Containment Procedures: SCP-8828 is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment chamber, furnished with a bed, a drawer of clothes, a bookshelf that is to be re-supplied with books upon SCP-8828's request, a toilet, and a shower. Paper and pencil are to be supplied to SCP-8828 upon request. Since SCP-8828 appears to be sensitive to bright lights, the lights in it's containment chamber are to remain dimmed. As of 1/14/2020, under no circumstances is SCP-8828 to be provided with a turntable, and is to be supervised when coming into contact with electric devices; in addition, SCP-8828 is to undergo biweekly counselling (see Incident Log-8828-7).

SCP-8828 is to receive standard humanoid rations three (3) times daily.

Additional privilages, such as being allowed to eat in the main canteen and supervised time in the facility courtyard, may be given to SCP-8828 for good behavior. Privilages in the form of Goldfish cracker snacks may also be given to SCP-8828. Lack of cooperation on SCP-8828's part may be dealt with by withholding of rations for no more than 24 hours, sleep deprivation, and the confiscation of the books, paper, and drawings within SCP-8828's containment chamber.

Personality: SCP-8828 is introverted and shows symptoms of Autism spectrum disorder, Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and Dyslexia. SCP-8828 generally does not speak unless spoken to, but has occasionally initiated conversations with security personnel and D-Class. Based on interviews conducted with SCP-8828, SCP-8828 appears to suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder and depression. In addition, SCP-8828 also suffers from some form of intellectual disability.

SCP-8828 is fluent in English, and speaks in a Pacific Northwest accent. SCP-8828 speaks English at a level proficient to an adult, but consistently displays moderate prosodic errors, including innapropriate placement of stress on syllables and fast rates of speaking. In addition, SCP-8828 is also fluent in Basque, as well as a seemingly extinct language it refers to as "Askali". No records exist of any language referred to as "Askali". SCP-8828 is somewhat sensitive to bright lights, experiencing moderate ocular pain in normal lighting.

SCP-8828 shows a profound affinity for 60s, 70s, and 80s music, appearing to prefer the later music of The Beatles (to which it particularly shows a strong affection towards the album Abbey Road), The Jacksons, and Michael Jackson (to which it shows a particular affection to his album Thriller).

Powers/Abilities: Genome sequencing of SCP-8828 has revealed that SCP-8828's DNA shares no common ancestor with any life on earth. Despite this, SCP-8828's biology appears remarkably similar to human biology.

Appearance: SCP-8828 is a sapient humanoid creature approximately 1.7 meters tall and weighing 42 kilograms. SCP-8828 is male and is believed to be between 16 to 21 years old. SCP-8828 appears vaguely reptilian, with two horns and an elongated snout, light grey-colored scales around it's chest, and a one (1) meter long tail. The tip of SCP-8828's horns and tail are covered with a hard crystalline substance, which dimly emit visible light and infrared light in the dark via unclear processes. It is believed that this is a form of bioluminescnece, though an artificial explanation has not been ruled out.

SCP-8828 is covered, with the exception of the scales on it's chest, entirely in dark grey-colored skin. SCP-8828's head and tail are covered in pale blue fur, and the rest of SCP-8828's body is hairless. SCP-8828 has five fingers on each hand and four toes on each foot. Each finger and toe is tipped with approximately two centimeter long claws. SCP-8828 is able to sheathe the claws on it's fingers, but it is unclear if this is voluntary. SCP-8828 wears Foundation-provided human clothing and prefers to wear pajama pants and white tanktops.

SCP-8828's brain is nearly identical to a human brain, the only significant difference being the apparent "switching" of Broca's area in humans with the amygdala. SCP-8828 appears to suffer from some amount of traumatic brain damage, with signs of nearly-healed cerebral contussions present, but it is unclear if these affect SCP-8828 in any significant way.

Backstory: The existance of SCP-8828 was first brought to Foundation staff attention on 2/1/2017, with widespread reports of "dragon" sightings in the Basque Country, straddling Spain and France. SCP-8828 was recovered by Foundation personnel on the 4th of January in the French town of Louhossoa, suffering from moderate dehydration and mild malnourishment. SCP-8828 attempted to resist capture, and sustained a broken ankle. SCP-8828 was initially brought to Site 871, and was transferred to Site 872 in 2019.

Extra Info: SCP-8828 has claimed to have memories before it's capture, but it has consistently refused to disclose the nature of these memories to Foundation staff.

SCP-8828 possess a potted sunflower which it keeps on it's drawer. SCP-8828 refers to the sunflower as "Higerin". SCP-8828 shows a profound affection affinity for it, and it is discouraged for staff to handle it roughly (see Incident Log-8828-6).

Description:

On 1/9/2020, Dr. [] entered SCP-8828's containment chamber, intending to conduct an interview with SCP-8828. When Dr. [] entered the containment chamber, a potted sunflower had appeared on SCP-8828's drawer. A verbal altercation began between Dr. [] and SCP-8828, during which Dr. [] grabbed the sunflower and damaged the stem. SCP-8828 proceeded to attack Dr. [], scratching and attempting to punch Dr. []. Dr. [] retreated from the containment chamber and was treated for mild bleeding as a result of SCP-8828's attack. SCP-8828 was punished via the withholding of it's rations for 24 hours.

After the incident, SCP-8828 did not speak for over a month, despite repeated attempts for it to speak. Despite the unclear circumstaces regarding it's discovery in SCP-8828's containment chamber, SCP-8828's potted plant was allowed to remain in it's containment chamber, and the containment procedures for SCP-8828 were updated to discourage damaging the plant further.

Description:

On 1/14/2020, during the delivery of SCP-8828's daily morning rations, SCP-8828 was discovered on the floor of it's containment chamber, unconscious, and bleeding profusely from it's wrists. An examination of SCP-8828's containment chamber revealed that it had slit both of its wrists with the stylus from it's turntable in an attempt to commit suicide. SCP-8828 was taken to the facility medical ward, and it was determined that it had lost approximately 40% of it's blood over a period of approximately twenty minutes. An emergency xenotransfusion of type O human blood into SCP-8828 was performed --- SCP-8828 did not experience any form of reaction following the xenotransfusion, and recovered within several weeks.

At the time of the incident, SCP-8828 was still nonverbal (see Incident Log-8828-6), but confirmed that it had attempted to commit suicide and had been experiencing depression after it's containment. As a result of the incident, the turntable inside SCP-8828's containment chamber was removed, and the containment procedures of SCP-8828 were updated to forbid provision of SCP-8828 with turntables, and for the supervision of SCP-8828 when coming into contact with electronic equipment.

SCP-416

Name: The Converter #416

Containment Procedures: Must be contained within a 50ft×50ft×50ft glass cube, with light filling the room at all times.

Personality: Hostile when communicating with those it deems "unworthy". Exact parameters are unknown, research ongoing. Pacified when the moon is dark, reasons have yet to be determined.

Powers/abilities: Can travel through darkness, exceptional strength, retractable tendrils. Hypnosis effect on those who interact with it or linger in it's gaze for (on average) 5 minutes. Those who succumb are considered SCP #416-1, and refer to the entity as "The Enlightened". Subjects will attempt to free the anomaly though any means possible. Most effects appear to lessen after being removed from it's line of sight, however #416-1 victims will constantly attempt to negotiate for it's release for a time. Once the effect wears off, the victim will have little to no memory of the incident. Commicates telepathically, the tone and sound of the voice appearing to change according to the subject.

Appearance:


Backstory: SCP 416 was discovered in a small village deep in the mountains of [Redacted]. It appeared to be the subject of a strange religion the locals called "The Enlightening". Followers appear to be very docile and timid, except for any mention of the Converter. Positive references are met with joy and welcome. Negative references are met with scorn, shunning, or even outright violence for the worst offenses. Initial contact with the entity resulted in the first containment unit to turn on one another after the entity took offense at their "disrespect", resulting in the death of several locals and containment team personnel. The entity was finally contained after promises of new "faithful followers", after which the creature followed the task force of it's own free will.

Personality: SCP-9843 is thought to have the IQ of a toddler, so she doesn't talk much and just acts like how a baby would at its first steps in life.
Powers/Abilities: SCP-9843 has only one ability - the ability to cripple people who threaten her in a purposeful way, though she is said to have never used the ability throughout her life, according to the Foundation due to her toddler-like mindset and not being able to register a fight-or-flight response.
Appearance: Neck-length shaggy black hair, blue eyes, 4 foot 8, wears a hospital gown and has bandages on her arms (from many times she accidentally hurt herself while being kept at the Foundation.
Backstory: Her family sent her to the Foundation to know if she is a threat due to the ability and mindset she was born with, but turns out she is safe, and before she was ever able to be sent back, her family moved to a faraway country.

Abilities: SCP-24601 possesses the ability to communicate telepathically with other beings. Being able to speak to someone many miles away. SCP-24601 is also capable of communicating via dreams. Choosing various visages so mortals could comprehend his presence. He is also able to read minds, learning about his target’s past and their thoughts.

SCP-24601 can regenerate lost limbs or wounds at an exponential rate. Being able to sustain various injuries that would usually kill other beings.

SCP-24601 also possesses the ability to shapeshift into various forms, including humans, animals, plants, and even objects.

SCP-24601 can also fly, breathe underwater, and be fluent in many languages, including some extinct languages. It possesses vast knowledge of black magic and the occult.

SCP-24601's primary anomaly is the ability to induce madness in those it interacts with. The start of induced madness starts if someone has had long-term exposure to SCP-24601. His sphere of influence extends to those around the world. However, this effect is unintentional and causes SCP-24601 great distress. This effect of madness affects living beings but not those with high mental fortitude. Random cults have emerged, seeking to worship SCP-24601. With some planning and trying to break into the SCP Foundation to free SCP-24601. With them performing debaucherous rituals that greatly distress SCP-24601.

Personality:

SCP-24601 is a laid-back god, more concerned about which video game he will play or which book he will read. He doesn’t care about creating a cult or trying to take over the world. Nor does he care about the other gods trying to contact him to try and convince him to help them with their schemes. SCP-24601 is a jovial and optimistic person who always finds the bright side of life. As well as being quite kind and empathic to everyone he meets. SCP-24601 displays extreme distrust and discomfort whenever he interacts with his cult members.

However, SCP-24601 can occasionally behave like a typical teenager. Being rude, aloof, and quite moody.

Appearance:

Backstory: SCP-24601 was born in the early 19th century in Providence, Rhode Island. His father, who is an ancient and evil God, mated with a female cultist. SCP-24601 lived with the female cultist, her father and his half-brother, who was born to a different mother. His maternal grandfather taught him dark and evil magic. SCP-24601 was taught many things, and a few years later, his half-brother, grandfather, and mother were killed by a professor investigating disappearances in which they were involved.

SCP-24601 then spent the next couple of decades exploring the world, learning about various subjects. As well as watching the world and humans growing and innovating. For a time, living underground in Egypt, China, South America, and Africa. However, the effects of his anomalous abilities were affecting those he hung around with. Learning that the humans he was in constant encounter with would turn into gibbering madmen. Losing friends and his life, his life turned for the worse as his father and other evil gods tried to contact him. Trying to convince him to create a cult and summon a portal, so that his father could conquer Earth.

However, SCP-24601 showed no interest in him and escaped for many years, eventually settling in Antarctica. Living with some penguins that soon become large albino monstrosities. The SCP-Foundation discovered SCP-24601 following an incident involving a group of Norwegian and American researchers. Causing most of their deaths, except for one man who seemed immune to SCP-24601’s maddening effects. The two lived together for a time before being found by the Foundation. The man returned to civilization, while SCP-24601 accompanied them willingly.

The foundation has made SCP-24601 a Euclid entity because of the cults and those that want to break SCP-24601 out.

SCP-6947

Name: Abraham Ketch

Containment Procedures: SCP-6947 is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment unit. However, SCP-6947 is allowed access to most site facilities with director approval and supervision.
SCP-6947 is also implanted with a tracker and intracranial explosive devise. Any attempt to remove either will result in the detonation of the explosive in his skull.
Personality: SCP-6947 is pretty reserved in nature. Often seen content just sitting in their room throwing a bouncy ball at the wall. However, don’t mistake this for a simplemindedness or stupidity. It’s more an exercise in mindfulness.
SCP-6947 shows a positive attitude towards the foundation and its staff. Being amicable and accepting of any requests the Foundation makes of it.
Powers/Abilities: SCP-6947 as far all records show was born a regular human. However, after an unclear amount of time in an extra-dimensional environment, has become anomalous. Strange energies have permeated every cell of his body. Making him faster, stronger and more durable than an ordinary person. Resting has shown he is strong enough to lift small cars and bend metal, fast enough to move at/beyond the speed of automobiles, durable enough to withstand being thrown off tall buildings. However, most curiously, SCP-6947 has some more esoteric tricks up its sleeve. Abraham Ketch was previously a Class B Thaumaturge, however, after his reclassification as an SCP he has been reassessed as an equivalent to a Class A. He exhibits more kinetic based abilities now. Able to create protective fields of force, move objects telekinetically and even launch blasts of kinetic energy.
Appearance: SCP-6947 appears as a middle aged man with dark hair. He has bright yellow eyes. He has a scar that runs down the right side of his face and down his neck. He usually has a small amount of stubble.

Backstory: Born on the 13^th of April 1991 to Tiffany and Michael Ketch. Abraham Ketch would live a relatively normal life until he was twelve, when he had his first brush with Anomalous. On the 3^rd of May, 2003, an anomalous entity broke into their home and killed Abraham’s parents. The Foundation arrived shortly after, they gave Abraham some amnestics and put him into foster care. Four years later, he started to dream of the creature that killed his parents as repressed memories started to dislodge in his brain. When he was seventeen, he went down a rabbit hole of research trying to figure out what happened to his real parents, and uncovered the existence of the SCP Foundation. He made it his mission to join. However, he was ill informed and believed to be a part of the military.
So when he turned eighteen, he joined the US army and worked his absolute hardest to be the top of his class. Hoping to get selected for the secret government wing that deals with anomalous things.
However, when he was twenty one, his questions and high grades got him poached for a Mobile Task Force by the Foundation. It was around this time he met Lisa. He told Lisa he got a job as a security guard for S&C Plastics. When in actuality he was an operative for MTF Beta-777.
Abraham’s story would take a tragic turn.
On the 9^th of October, 2016, MTF-777 was deployed to stop a Thaumaturgic ritual. However the cultists had progressed faster than the Foundation had calculated. Beta-777 burst into the abandoned warehouse just as the summoning was nearly complete. A hole within reality present. To prevent the summoning from being completed, and to save the lives of the rest of his unit, Abraham sacrificed himself to seal the breach. The warehouse exploded as the rest of the MTF evacuated. Abraham Ketch believed to be dead.
Abraham however was not dead. Instead flung on an inter dimensional adventure full of weird realms, time loops, talking cats, a magic gunslinging cowboy and more. After what, to Abraham, was over fourth years of time had passed, he found his back to our Earth. Where he found due to time dilation and other weird temporal effects, only two months had passed.
He was a changed man. Now boasting some strange anomalous powers. He was classed as an SCP.
His former clearance landed him a spot on the rocky MTF Omega-7.
Omega 7, or Pandora’s box, would only remain operational for two years after Abraham joined, with it being disbanded five years ago.

Extra Info: Oddly enough, despite more then 40 years passing for him, when he was traveling between dimensions, he only seems to age on our earth.
