Appearance: 5'6" 120 left handed and often wearing several layers with thick gloves but stops before it looks out of place. For now the only tattoos on his face are a series of forest diamonds in a single stripe across the nose and cheeks of his emerald skin.
Personality:
He wears as many layers on the outside as he does on the inside. Due to his sensitive nature and natural ability to read an object by mere touch, he avoids physical contact to prevent an accidental reading. He seems curt in conversation, saying the minimum needed, but in truth he is more distracted than rude by keeping his mental walls up. If allowed to just be himself, he is a kind and empathic soul who has learned to enjoy himself by sitting in a room and just listen to whatever anyone has to say.

She raised him as a single mother could on a cops salary, taking up a desk job in the evidence room where she could keep an eye on him as needed is where he first showed signs of his psychometric powers, a racial ability he wasn't expected to inherit due to his impure blood. He told his mother of what he saw when he touched a box, images and sounds mostly, but what he described helped turn the case over to an arrest. For the next several years, his mother helped train and focus his abilities to a powerful edge the guardians could use to keep their people safe. A psychometric was uncommon but not any more than one in a hundred, what set him above was his skill that sat on peer with full adults while he is only a teen.
Soon enough his sensitivity was considered more than just a racial paragon and soon hw was off to the new temple to see if he had what it would take to be a jedi.
Strengths:
He is highly empathic, reading peoples body language and facial ticks makes him a fair combatant by being able to read the telegraph of the incoming attack as well as a negotiator to tell when he is gaining or loosing a target.
Weaknesses:
He is skilled at controlling himself and sensing others, but the skills needed to alter his surroundings seems to evade him at every turn.
As strong as his psychometrics are, he's witnessed a murder through the eyes of the victim, it haunts his sleep and has made him warry of physical contact to not catch another accidental reading.

His story starts with his mother and her time not-quite being a jedi. She was force- sensitive, as many Rodians are, but not enough to obtain a master before it was time to join one of the other branches, she chose the medical corps due to their few numbers meant what she did would make a bigger difference. She was tending to the result of a gang war between two rivals in the lower levels, a leader of street thugs with grievous injuries, when she discovered her patient's mechanical arm had a storage compartment full of lightsaber parts. Apparently this man was a jedi investigator in deep cover within the gangs to try and keep an ear to the ground for criminal activity while leading his people in less harmful expressions of gang life.
He couldn't let her reveal who he was so he 'kidnapped' her for his personal medic in the gang, that is where she met the mighty Koobis and fell in smitten. Over a year, smitten shifted to something more with the jedi encouraging their relationship to curb the gang members violent tendencies and soon she was gravid with child. Knowing the medic was already sensitive for the force, the hidden jedi spent much of his time meditating over her growing child to see if they could cultivate a stronger child as pregnant jedi were nearly unheard of since the order didn't want to establish 'bloodlines' within the temple or its teachings.
Her time away from the order is what saved her life as well as the jedi knight when order 66 passed through the galaxy, wiping out all traces of the past in either conversion or cremation. The jedi decided to move his criminal energy into a smuggling operation, the whole gang stole an old freighter and ran with 'jedi relics' they could sell on various black markets. A dangerous ploy, but it was more likely in the new empire to find looters rather than jedi selling their most ancient treasures.
Try as they might, the two seemed unable to have a child with naught but miscarriages along the way. After twenty years and some expensive therapies that wiped out their holdings, they managed to finally have a son on Corruscant
For the next sixteen years he was raised on the ship, his 'family' taught him the ways of the criminal, how to hide, how to steal, how to survive. The former jedi taught him the ways of the force but not the jedi and how to enhance his skillset with the power inside him. His father taught him how to hunt like a rodian should as well as how to fight for the lives of others, his mother taught him how to heal and alien anatomy to help harm the enemies he would have to face.
Sadly one of those enemies faced was a hutt who didn't take no for an answer, when the hutt wanted his mom for 'her' collection, she sent an Aracona bounty hunter to collect but only succeeded in killing the former jedi. After dismissing the Arcona with great prejudice, he took the addicted aliens salt collection and came to talk terms with the hutt. He had ground the sodium chloride and loaded it into a slugthrower scattergun so when it came for 'aggressive negotiations' he left the salt sensitive gastropod in a pile of her own dissolving sludge.
Now with a ridiculous bounty on his head, he had to flee his whole family to keep them safe. His mother gave him the parts of the lost knights saber to make one for himself and her trench knife. He spent the next year running before he came upon the blond human in all black.
Personality:
He isn't dark as much as he is practical. He had to live his life as a criminal to survive on the run even though he never knew he was running from in the first place. He steals things habitually in case they can be useful later from components in a droid shop to jewelry off someones wrist. He naturally tries to move in a stalking stride and clings to places he can hide. He has strong need for family ties and can be lead astray with such promises.
Lightsaber:
His lightsaber was once his vibro knife that he would use in close combat or affix to his rifle as a bayonet. the vibroblade was a gift from his mother and so he thought of it as a lucky charm of sorts and honored her by making it into his lightsaber. With the blade as well as the vibrational engine replaced with the lightsaber components, it now serves as a spiked knuckle for him to use if lethal force is not needed when un-ignited.
His 'style' of combat is similar to bayonet and lightsaber pike maneuvers, mixing lightsaber movements with full auto fire to try and score a blow of any kind. He is aware the greatest flaw in the style is the gun itself as it can easily be cut through but the benefit of the longer shaft is the extra strength and leverage he can generate with greater ease.

Physical Description: (roughly like Cable from X-men), Human (assumed full blooded), Caucasian, 5'8, stocky build, 105 kilograms. He wears armor made from the hides of Mynocks, making it more resistant against energy weapons than most natural materials. Bionic left eye and arm, from a particularly serious battle against the denizens of the lowest levels. His bionic eye gives him an increased visual range, from the Ultraviolet to the infrared. His bionic arm is several times stronger than a normal human arm.
Mental Description: A calculating individual, he likes to study the situation and plan the battle before engaging the enemy. He often uses traps the turn the battle in his favor.
History: Born on Sublevel 107 of Coruscant to a refugee, he grew up never seeing the sun. At the age of twelve, he ran into a couple hiding out in the higher-up sublevels, a Grey Paladin and a Former Jedi that had left the order shortly after passing the Initiate trials to become a Padawan. The elderly couple taught him to use the force, and when he heard the temple was being rebuilt, he made his way to the surface in order to join the order, knowing that it was the only way to learn more about the force.
When he finally did see the surface, he was overwhelmed by the openness of everything. He returned to the sublevels, staying in the upper levels until he could stand being up there. Eventually he got used to the surface enough and went to the temple just after they finished rebuilding it. He convinced them that he would make a good Jedi night and was accepted, quickly moving up to the rank of Knight because of his previous training.
He was assigned Lokk as a Padawan a few years after becoming a Knight.
Equipment: Carries a 0.7 meter long Vibroblade on his back, a DC-17 blaster pistol hangs on his right side. On his left hangs a blue lightsaber built from salvaged parts, made with a blue crystal, and enhanced with a Dragon Pearl from one of his early missions as a knight.
Skills: He is a talented mechanic and slicer who repairs what he can buy or salvage, though now that he is a Jedi it is more of a hobby than a necessity. He has mastered several forms of lightsaber combat, though he prefers the Echani sword styles. He is also a fair shot with a blaster.

Appearance: Blue, scrawny, and usually wearing jedi robes.
Personality: A peaceful man, he tries to solve every situation without violence, but some times you have to use violence. He is more neutral in his use of the force than the Jedi of old would have him be, as he recognizes that there are times when Fear and anger, dark side emotions, are an appropriate response, and times when light side emotions will not help. He is always careful to not let these darker emotions consume him, knowing that they will only result in violence.
Backstory/History: Born to a prostitute on Nar Shadaa, he grew up fast, always trying to earn money any way he could. When he found that he had a gift for negotiation, he used it in much the same way. He made money through trading. Though he sometimes lost money, it was usually because he thought that more could be made in the long run if he sold the space captain cheap power cells, or gave the refugees food at cost. His dealings with so many sentient races taught him several languages, including Basic, Huttese, some Mandolorian, and even Sheriwook.
When he was thirteen he found out that a local starship mechanic owed a lot of money to a local Hutt, a being notorious for his underground fighting arenas. Lokk talked with the Hutt on the man's behalf and reached an agreement. In exchange for sparing his life, the man would work part time for the Hutt repairing the damage the fighters and patrons did to his arenas. Out of gratitude the man offered to teach him how to make simple repairs to many technological devices for a price, a deal that Lok took, knowing that refurbished ship parts brought quite a descent price compared to non-functioning components. He even managed to recondition an old R1 droid, though he couldn't find anyone willing to pay much for it. He kept it at home, letting it do the cleaning that he didn't like doing.
When a local rivalry between two Hutts heated up, he started studying medicine, knowing that soon their would be a huge demand for many medicines. He learned to craft many medical supplies which functioned well enough, though they weren't up to the standards of the local hospitals. Made from local chemicals and organics, he sold them to both sides, and used his skills as a negotiator to keep either side from caring that he was essentially double-dealing.
One day a ship landed on Nar Shadaa at a nearby landing pad carrying a Jedi Knight. The Knight saw how skillfully he manipulated the situation he was dealing with, a bar patron that had run up a substantial tab from drinking too much Juma Juice, and wondered if the boy, might have been unknowingly manipulating them through the force. He tested the boy, paying him a few credits for his trouble, and found that the boy had a somewhat impressive midichlorian count. He asked if the boy would accompany him back to Corruscant for further testing, and he agreed, realizing that the ability to use the Force would open up whole new worlds to him and, at the very least, would aid him in his negotiations.
Strengths: He has a strong will, making his abilities stronger, and he is able to find compromise is almost every situation. He is a skilled trader, and knows a little about anything of value, letting him find things that are rare.
Weaknesses: Bad with a lightsaber and combat in general. He is often forced to runaway from dangerous situations, and doesn't return until he either has to or he believes he knows of a non-violent way out of the situation.
Abilities/Skills: Tech and medicine savy, but by no means an expert.
Force healing: Heals minor injuries on himself and others.
Revitalize: Resuscitate the unconscious or the recently deceased. Doesn't work if they are too injured.
Knight speed: Uses the force to enhance his movement speed.
Mind trick: Can make people, especially the weak willed, accept simple things. The more it goes against their view and beliefs, the harder it is to manipulate them.
Force stealth: Hides his strength and alignment in the force from other force users. With enough concentration, he disappears from force senses all together, though he isn't skilled enough yet to move or even look around in this deepest state, as it requires deep meditation.

Personality: Chase has never been known for her patience. She is rash and impulsive for a Jedi and struggles with the idea of 'thinking before acting'. Coupled with this is her knack for violence. To her, if it doesn't work, give it a few whacks- and that goes for people too. Luckily though, she doesn't have much of a temper. She isn't the kind of person who gets angry easily, or lets her emotions take over at all for that matter. When a serious problem arises, Chase won't lose her head. She'll definitely rush ahead with her lightsaber ready, but she won't become blind to everything else around her. When it comes to friends, Chase's knack for violence attracts the shadiest of people, which sometimes pushes the 'goody-goods' away. Though, despite the sometimes sketchy nature of her friends, she cares about them, and is willing to do anything to protect them.
Backstory/History: Chase's parents were both long time space pirates who never intended to have a kid. When they did they had no clue what to do with it. Chase's father wanted to get rid of it but Chase's mother refused. She thought they were meant to have it for some reason. When the father protested, claiming that the baby would be safer without them, she slapped him so hard he lost one of his front teeth. And so for several years, Chase lived with her parents, traveling from planet to planet. Chase never thought her parents were bad people, just a bit misunderstood. Her mother was as beautiful as she was deadly. Her father, a natural jokester who could steal your clothes right off your body while making you laugh as he did it.
When Chase was about nine, her parent's made a fateful stop at Bespin in the Outer Rim. They said they had 'business to finish' and told Chase to wait in their ship for them. Chase waited 9 hours for them to return, and when they did, they came sprinting. Chase tried to asked them what was happening but they were too busy yelling at each other as well as the controls to the ship. All Chase could gather was that they needed to get away quickly and that someone was coming for them. It was the first time Chase saw her parents so scared. As the planet grew smaller behind them, the ship grew silent. 'I think we're saf-' her mother said just before the ship's hull was hit. Alarms were blazing in the cockpit and her parents said something Chase could not make out. Then they both turned to her and grabbed her. They threw her in the only escape pod the small ship was equipped with. Crying out to them the door closed and she was blasted into the depths of space. Moments later the ship exploded, sending shrapnel and metalwork everywhere, including the pod. A large piece of debris lodged itself directly through the middle of the pod, and through the middle of Chase.
Chase awoke in a soft hospital bed a week later. She could tell she was still on Bespin, however, she didn't know how. She laid in her bed for a while, seeing only her parents' face just before their ship... Finally she realized she was probably in danger. If whoever was after them discovered that she was their daughter then they might come for her too. Just as she bolted from her bed, the door opened. With cat-like reflexes she dashed toward the door, and when the figure of a man appeared, she slipped between his legs and down the hall. Dodging various peoples, she made her way out of the hospital she was being held as fast as she could. She didn't know where she was going or what she would do, she just kept running. Finally, she came to a dead end. Gasping for air she turned to look out one of the window's overlooking the planet's cloudy horizon. It was then that she noticed a glint of light in her reflection. For the first time she looked down at her own body to discover she was naked. Not only was she naked but most of her body was gone, replaced by metal and gears.
"You don't have to run" a voice said behind her. She jumped at the sound of the voice only to find it was the same man who had entered her hospital room earlier. He was young, or at least had the look of it, and spoke softly. However, what Chase noticed more than his soft demeanor was that he was not dressed like a medic. In fact, he wasn't dressed like anyone she had ever seen before. Backing into a corner, fearful that he was the man who killed her parents, she asked who he was. He revealed that he was a Jedi and that he was responsible for saving her. "I'm also responsible for your body," he said pointing to her cybernetics. It was then that he explained to her that he could feel her presence as her ship was attacked and that her cat-like reflexes in the hospital moments ago were an indicator to her natural affiliation to the force. She had no idea what he meant by the force but she could feel his presence now. It was calming. She hadn't realized but she was no longer cowering in the corner, but standing next to him, her body, or what was left of it, fully at ease.
After staying with the Jedi for several days he took her to the Jedi Academy to be trained in the ways of the force. She has never discovered that her parents were killed by Jedi Malt'ok, the same Jedi who saved her.
Strengths: Strong of body and strong of mind, Chase is one tough cookie. Chase's main asset is her combat ability, graciously enhanced by her cybernetics.
Weaknesses: Rash and hasty, Chase often runs head first into danger. Many times she relies too much on her brawn and not enough on her wit. Also, Chase has trouble controlling the force as easily as others, being that much of her living body was replaced with a metal one.

A large piece of debris lodged itself directly through the middle of the pod, and through the middle of Chase.
Chase awoke in a soft hospital bed a week later. She could tell she was still on Bespin, however, she didn't know how. She laid in her bed for a while, seeing only her parents' face just before their ship... Finally she realized she was probably in danger. If whoever was after them discovered that she was their daughter then they might come for her too. Just as she bolted from her bed, the door opened. With cat-like reflexes she dashed toward the door, and when the figure of a man appeared, she slipped between his legs and down the hall. Dodging various peoples, she made her way out of the hospital she was being held as fast as she could. She didn't know where she was going or what she would do, she just kept running. Finally, she came to a dead end. Gasping for air she turned to look out one of the window's overlooking the planet's cloudy horizon. It was then that she noticed a glint of light in her reflection. For the first time she looked down at her own body to discover she was naked. Not only was she naked but most of her body was gone, replaced by metal and gears.
"You don't have to run" a voice said behind her. She jumped at the sound of the voice only to find it was the same man who had entered her hospital room earlier. He was young, or at least had the look of it, and spoke softly. However, what Chase noticed more than his soft demeanor was that he was not dressed like a medic. In fact, he wasn't dressed like anyone she had ever seen before. Backing into a corner, fearful that he was the man who killed her parents, she asked who he was. He revealed that he was a Jedi and that he was responsible for saving her. "I'm also responsible for your body," he said pointing to her cybernetics. It was then that he explained to her that he could feel her presence as her ship was attacked and that her cat-like reflexes in the hospital moments ago were an indicator to her natural affiliation to the force. She had no idea what he meant by the force but she could feel his presence now. It was calming. She hadn't realized but she was no longer cowering in the corner, but standing next to him, her body, or what was left of it, fully at ease.
After staying with the Jedi for several days he took her to the Jedi Academy to be trained in the ways of the force. She has never discovered that her parents were killed by Jedi Malt'ok, the same Jedi who saved her.
Strengths: Strong of body and strong of mind, Chase is one tough cookie. Chase's main asset is her combat ability, graciously enhanced by her cybernetics.
Weaknesses: Rash and hasty, Chase often runs head first into danger. Many times she relies too much on her brawn and not enough on her wit. Also, Chase has trouble controlling the force as easily as others, being that much of her living body was replaced with a metal one.
Abilities/Skills: Enhanced Strength and speed from cybernetics.

In fact, when others are training their skills with a lightsaber, Krol is spending time sitting in a room of complete silence, trying to grow closer to the force. When a conflict arises, Krol is never the first to act. Some of his peers call him a coward, claiming that he is afraid to fight. This, however, is untrue. Krol will fight when he needs. He simply prefers to think about the situation from every aspect and finding the best case scenario before acting. Krol has no friends of his age, preferring the company of his masters. Though, he would hardly call them his friends either. They share a bond, yes, but on a very different level. Despite all his logic, he does not understand why this bothers him so much.

His parents, equally as unnerved, refused to tell him. A year eventually passed and nothing happened. He was confused. Not only did nothing happen among the masters, but his own vision had yet to pass. He consulted his parents but they told him that the visions that they saw sometimes never happened. Time was ever weaving the threads of history, ever changing, mutable. Yet, Krol was not convinced. He continued to meditate but found no answers. Although no more visions came to him, he began to feel something else. He couldn't explain it but it was like the presence of a star far far away. Krol did not speak of this to his parents.
Many months passed and Krol never stopped feeling this presence. He didn't know how but he knew it was related to his vision. Finally, while meditating one morning, his parents approached him. They told him that a Jedi was coming to Dorian. He was coming to see the people of Baran Do. Although Krol did not know what a Jedi was, he knew it was this presence he had been feeling. "The Masters invited him here," they told him. "Do you know what this means?" Krol thought for several moments about the question until finally deciding it was rhetorical. "It's your vision Krol. You're going to go with him to train in the ways of the Jedi," they explained. This was strange. It seemed as though his parents were acting this way only because they knew of his vision. Would they have agreed to this if he had never told them of it? If he had never had the vision at all? He did not ask these questions.
As the days passed, Krol could feel the presence coming closer and closer to his planet. It truly was akin to a star for as it grew closer it seemed to dwarf everything around it. Eventually it became overwhelming and Krol found himself unable to even meditate without being consumed by it. The day before it arrived, this star coming to burn his life away, he spent the night with his parents. They seemed anxious and Krol could not decide if that was good or bad.
Finally the day came where the Jedi arrived. The entire day Krol felt this presence surrounding him, crushing him under its weight. He went with his parents to the place where the Jedi was meeting the masters. It was underground but Krol felt as though he had never been so exposed in his life. As they finally entered the room Krol could see the man turn his attention toward him. It felt as though all the pressure that had been surrounding him suddenly converged onto where this man's gaze fell- him. He began to cry that the man's eyes were yellow and it scared him. His parents, embarrassed, tried comforting him, saying that his eyes were brown like many other humans. When Krol looked again he saw that what they said was true.
As the meeting progressed it became apparent that the masters of the Baran Do did not intend on letting the Jedi's have any of their force sensitive children. Instead, they were more intent on discussing an alliance. Krol watched his parents as they grew more and more bewildered. They were so certain that this was going to be how Krol left their planet. It would have been an honor to them. Finally they spoke up and urged the Jedi to take their son with them. The masters silenced them quickly and, though the Jedi remained silent, his gaze lingered only a moment longer than normal. "They will take you," Krol's mother whispered into his ear.
That evening, after the meeting was over and night had fallen, a female Jedi met with Krol's family at their house. She came cloaked with a large hood over her head in an effort to remain unseen. This Jedi informed Krol's family that the Jedi who she followed would be staying on their planet for a while longer. However, several of his escorts, including her, were to return home immediately. "If you want your son to come with us, he must come now," she told them. With hardly a goodbye, nine year old Krol was sent off with this group of strangers to become a Jedi.
The woman who took him from his parents was Chase and she was a Jedi Knight. On their journey to the new Jedi Academy, she explained to him exactly what was happening. She was surprised when he did not know what a Jedi even was. She joked a bit with him and punched his arm a little too hard (a lot too hard actually), but she seemed pleasant. Despite his leaving home, he liked her. As the overwhelming presence of the other Jedi grew more and more distant, he could feel the presence of this woman blossom.
Chase was around the Academy for a while when Krol was still an Initiate. When ever she was around, he would know and his eyes would be drawn to her. It wasn't by accident that they had met and it wasnt by accident that they had a connection. Krol could feel it. And to no one's surprise when Krol passed his Initiate Trials, Chase took him as her student. Despite being complete opposites, they knew that their pairing was more than coincidence.
Strengths: Krol is an extremely gifted force user. For his age, he can complete force feats that many others cannot. Additionally, Krol is an exceptional analytic thinker. His ability to analyze complicated problems exceed that of many of his peers. However, his most notable skill is his patience. When others crack under the pressure of a difficult situation, Krol is known to endure until he finally finds a solution.
Weaknesses: Krol's skills with a lightsaber are particularly poor. His inexperience coupled with his frailness make him ill suited for physical combat. Futhermore, Krol is completely inept at anything involving social interaction. While they do not make him uncomfortable, he fails to make others comfortable in his presence. His most notable weakness, however, is his patience. Many claim that he is too slow to act or that he is a coward. Although he has never missed an opportunity due to taking too long to make a decision, many fear that a day will come- and when it does, it will be his biggest failure.

As such she has never known the colony which became their home after their homeworld became uninhabitable. Growing up her parents became smugglers. Always using headgear to cover their heads so their species was not identifiable beyond their humanoid forms. It was during these years that Kerren began to learn how to pilot, as soon as he was capable of seeing in the Force.
When he got older and the New Republic came into being he heard the exploits of the starfighter corps and knew that one day he wanted to fly with the infamous rogue squadron. However destiny chose another path for him. Luke Skywalker began rebuilding the Jedi Order as the Jedi Temple, which had been known as the Imperial Palace in Palpatines Rule was returned to its former glory. Or as much as possible anyway. His parents recognising the opportunity sent him, a slightly older initiate than what would previously have been accepted however people of all ages were taught under Lukes control off the Jedi Order. Several years in training it has finally come time for him to become a Padawan, despite it being old tradition he decided to grow the Padawan braid but then there was another issue.

Weaknesses: In areas where the force is blocked he has no sight at all, cannot see colour, if someone is capable of removing their presence in the force he cannot see them, in crowded areas he has to limit his range of sight to avoid confusion,

No, because at this time, there were already enough population to fill in the Jedi. The master and padawan relationship will also be fun to explore.

Not reallly. If you're pre-yuuzhan vong war their order was big but Luke hadn't yet re-established the council and was actually only beginning to do the one-on-one training like the Old Order. It's one of the main points especially in the first book of the NJO.
Though of course technically we're in legends not in canon so I won't dispute with you if you want to change stuff up :P

Following the Yuuzhan Vong war (30ABY), the Jedi academy was moved to Ossus, while the High Council relocated to a newly-constructed Jedi Temple on Coruscant (35 ABY). During the Dark Nest Crisis they numbered over 200 Jedi.
This is our time period before 40 ABY (the time of Caedus) but after 35 ABY.

Well if he goes NuCanon the old Temple still exists.
In Nucanon Palps makes it into Imperial Palace, just finished reading the NuCanon book "Tarkin".

I won't be doing this. I made my character and master because I wanted to play them- not so I can let someone else play the character I created while I'm forced to play the master they created.
