Yes, depending on how high. IF you aim for the Inferno/Volcano hot, it will break setting it back to default of basic room. Scorch land, desert, and tropical temperatures all possible.

I'm sorry about the "Exterminate Fleshlings" phase I went through, but in all actuality, did I even DO anything when I did that? I can't think of anything I actually exterminated...

I'm growing more and more concerned over the weather forecast. The next few days is meant to be the worst ice storm this area has seen in decades, and power outages are possible. I'd like to not be in a position where Ssarak is needed for someone else to post, when and if that happens.

On a related note, does anyone have suggestion on how to keep a cold blooded creature alive without power?

Eysires are warm blooded, I think. If memory serves, Eysires are not true reptiles, unlike Naga. They're more like heavily mutated humans with the features of reptiles, a product of evolution in the scorched lands. Now, I could be wrong. But I think that's a tad more interesting than simple dragon-men.

If you can somehow get sunlight (Or any high intense light), try finding a good rock and let it bake. But since you're likely going to be covered by snow, the next best alternative I can imagine would be a sort of isolated den. I used a box filled with shredded newspaper. I made one for my pet snake once, and I'm somewhat certain it played a crucial part of surviving the winter. But than again, I also had power.
