The room is about as big as the Bellagio minus the lodging part. And the Khan will be playing black jack as well as dueling a simulator simultaneously... The simulator is rigged for him to look amazing since he knows you his are coming :) dread out

On a slightly unrelated note, I'm crying in a corner because every single Nekroz Ritual and Exo/Kaleido are secret. God dammit, Konami. On a brighter note, Abyss Dweller reprint confirmed! Vanity's is a possibility. Oh boy.

I mentioned I'd be editing the side deck some time last night, but now I might make one change to the extra deck. Delteros is in there, but seeing as we have a Tellar user it wouldn't make much sense for it to be in Lyall's deck other than it being a tech I'd use irl if I had it. I'm thinking Shock Master if DreadPirate will allow me to use it. I used to have a Vanity's, but I traded it away for Exciton Knight. Don't really regret it.

'cept Exciton's like 15s now and Vanity's 30-40. You should've sold when the hype train picked up so you could sustain the hobby! \o/ Now that you mention it, I should probably pull Dread aside one of these days to hash out what's okay and what's not okay. Shock Master's just mean. Edit: I should actually probably request for older decks to get more leniency banlist-wise. Like... Older archetypes having access to more cards being off the list. NO, THAT DOES NOT MEAN THE BABY DRULERS ARE ALLOWED, OKAY.

Exciton at its lowest is $24, while Vanity's at its is $20. According to TCGPlayer at least. I personally didn't mind trading it away since I trade for what I need, ignoring rarity. I also only ever buy cards when I'm making a deck, meaning I buy them online and by singles so I won't use up more money than I need to. Every now and then though I'll buy a few booster packs, but that's not something I enjoy doing too much. I don't think Shock Master is TOO bad of a card considering its possible to negate its effect, has relatively low attack for a 3 material card, and can be destroyed by common means. Some leniency for the more casual decks might be nice.

Okay, sent a request to re-evaluate everyone's decks for what's k and what's not. Hopefully he'll allow people to make specific requests to take something off the banlist for them. And uh... I think the recent Vanity's price drop is because of the rumored reprint of Secret Forces. It's usually at 30s in my area... For the STBL commons, at least. On that note, I've seen Excitons go for ~20s at my locals. I pulled one from the Mega-Tin so I dunno.

You could also get UnendingEmpire in on the conversation too, he's been the GM of a couple other Yugioh RPs and I'm sure he knows a thing or two about evaluating cards for this type of talk. Also, I know there's been talk of this before but how will we be doing these tag battles? I usually like doing Titanpad collabs since you can add in as much detail and stuff as you want, but that might take a long ass time to finish up. Still, that's kind of the fun part, isn't it?

I vouch for Unending too! Oh yeah, there's apparently something called YGOPro that's supposed to be able to do tag duels.

Yeah, I've done a few tag duels with UE and some other friends on YGOPro. Doing our duels on that, while quicker and easier, won't really leave much room for creativity in our posts. That or we'll have like, four different people saying different things about something. Not to mention that if you wanted to write the post you'd probably have to keep replaying the replay over and over again to catch key moments... I could be wrong of course, but that's the way I picture it as of now.

Yeah I wouldn't really go for that method either, I prefer doing it on Titanpad. Creativity > real life.

If the length of the duel and post is a concern, we can always break it up into segments and post them once we decide on a good stopping point. I'd recommend that for ordinary duels too, since it'll give room for people to post their characters reactions or have them begin working on some other little arc they might have planned for them.

I end up having to do write-ups for Dread anyways, so I'm sure to write everything in detail by detail. It's no issue if we do that; I can just send the same play-by-play to everyone via PMs or something to work over.
