They are, if we let rilla or someone known in the ranking headquarters. It appears like that draw will be officially what we are going with.

Me and Melon are at a stalemate of not starting it, me being super busy with the other tournament and other stuff as well. However, it's still on like Donkey Kong! *stares at Melon, hoping he will take the initiative due to me being busy at the moment

Well, guess it's up to @Innue for the final say on how this should proceed given the massive delay, but I personally am fine with waiting it out.

It is up to you two honestly. I would like it to finish just because I think it'd be a good final round, but if there are too many roadblocks, I understand.
