While in her smoke form Nicotine is aware of anything which happens within her cloud, although cannot sense or perceive things happening outside of her area of control. This awareness can become overloaded when she is spread over a wide area, necessitating her to fully concentrate on one area at a time in order to monitor activities, for instance a single building or other location.

Incapacitation

In high concentration states Nicotine can use her smoke form as a weapon, binding and trapping a target in her coiling vapours or forcing herself over their mouths or into their airways to suffocate them. Studies have shown exposure to Nicotine's smoke form has no long term health implications for those around her, and once recovered her targets may act and move as normal.

Vivienne's incorporeal nature can sometimes trigger involuntarily, especially during highly emotional situations, leaving her unable to act on objects physically until she regains control of herself.

Even in a solidified state Vivienne has very little weight and can easily be knocked aside and thrown around by almost any opponent. She makes up for this somewhat with her skills in hand-to-hand combat, but still lacks the physical strength to easily cause damage to her enemies.

Weapons:

Nicotine can shape her smoke into solid, non-mechanical shapes, for instance blades, bludgeons and stabbing weapons. These blades can be thrown at distant targets but lose cohesion the further they are from her body, becoming nothing more than vapour after 187m.

None. As Nicotine's power affects her whole body at once she is unable to carry any items, even clothing, while using her abilities. She normally gets around this problem by forming clothes from her smoke, although technically she's almost always naked.

As a former supermodel Nicotine knows about fashion, presentation, psychological manipulation and seduction. She is also talented in a number of 'persuasion techniques', especially when it comes to influencing men. With her father's streetfighter training Nicotine is a skilled hand-to-hand combatant, able to use her abilities and combat techniques in combination to take out most opponents easily.

History

While growing up in São Paulo, Vivienne had no idea that her parents had once been the famous crime fighters 'Tufão' and 'Bull Dinâmico'¹ believing instead that the strange leather and latex costumes she found in their closets were something personal and best not to be discussed with their teenaged daughter. Having hung up their tights when Tufo had become pregnant her parents had gone into the Superhero Protection Programme, leaving their lives behind to be relocated safely away from their old nemeses in order to give Vivienne a normal life.

At the age of seventeen Vivienne was spotted by a talent scout for one of Brazil's largest fashion houses and soon found herself appearing on the covers of magazines across the country, and over the next few years she soon became recognised as one of the rising stars in the fashion world. With her international debut just around the corner her career hit a nosedive when a rival model gave Vivienne a poisoned cigarette in the hopes of eliminating her competition. The plan worked but not in the way the rival had planned as the cigarette caused Nicotine's powers to trigger for the first time, turning her body into vapour as she walked down the catwalk in the middle of an international fashion show, leaving her clothes behind on the floor and Vivienne naked and exposed before the world's press.

Returning home in tears, her dreams of fame and fortune shattered, Vivienne was welcomed by her parents who, after revealing the truth of their own past, set out to train their daughter in the use of her newly awakened powers. Her mother, sharing her daughter's vapour-like abilities, taught Vivienne how to manipulate her density at will, forming solid shapes and vanishing into mist at will, while her father's tough street fighting skills allowed him to show his daughter how to handle herself when she needed to.

After several years fighting crime on the backstreets of São Paulo, the woman once referred to as 'The Star Who Streaked The World of Fashion' is now ready to re-emerge as 'The Star Who Beat The World Of Crime'.

This, along with the embarrassing first display of her powers and her open and honest attitude regarding her sexuality, has led the social activist Constance Whitehouse to start an online hate campaign against the 'Superhero Slut', who she feels is no proper role model for the world's children.

Brief History:

History

When an asteroid of a previously unknown material fell to Earth Arthur thought his time to shine was dawning, and he could never have guessed how right he was, but in the worst possible way. As the first qualified specialist on-site, Arthur was also the first human to closely examine the meteorite, and the first to learn its terrible secret, that it was alive.

Leaping up onto him, still superheated by its entry through the atmosphere, the metal skin quickly burnt away Arthur's epidermus, scolding him skin from his body and leaving him scrieking in pain. Unable to help in any way his colleagues could only load Arthur into an ambulance and transport him to the bext medical facility available, but knowing nothing about the strange material attached to their friend all they could do was wait. After several days unconscious Arthur finally awoke, but his body had been fundamentally changed by the alien mineral, which had bonded with his nervous system and integrated with every cell in his body.

Learning to control the skin through a system of trial and error, Arthur came to understand it a little more, but still so many questions remain. With his enhanced strength and durability Arthur soon came under the watchful gaze of the military, and in order to protect himself from unending tests and assessments he quickly arrange to join the new international superhero community, using his new-found fame as protection from his own government.

Hardline's body is made up of metal which has been densely packed by her 'silver blood', giving her incredible durability and resistance to most physical forms of attack. Due to her synthetic nature she is also immune to most biological and chemical agents designed to incapacitate normal humans.

Silver Blood

Having absorbed a small portion of Meltdown's liquid skin, Hardline is capable of using the material to quickly forge new armour for herself out of whatever materials are available. The stronger the materials, the denser her armour can become.

Cybernetic Interface

When making physical contact with any piece of technology Hardline can allow her silver blood to attempt to fuse it into her body, integrating whatever abilities the device may have into her own systems. Due to the limited supply of her silver blood Ulyana usually focusses on absorbing a few small items at a time, but if required she could focus all her blood into taking over a vehicle such as a truck, tank or small aircraft. The integration process allows Hardline to fully understand the functions and operation of the equipment she absorbs, allowing her to use the item as though fully trained in its use immediately once the process is complete.

Hardline's components are dependant on the supply of silver blood she has within her, which she cannot replicate on her own. When required Meltdown can 'transfuse' Hardline with his own material, but such an operation takes time and leaves them both in a weakened state until the blood can be fully integrated with her systems once more.

Hardline's body is made up of whatever pieces of technology she has managed to absorb recently and is held together by her silver blood. Anything which would affect the blood can leave her literally falling to pieces, unable to defend herself until her blood is either restored to her control or replaced.

Ghost In The Machine

As none of Hardline's original body remains many have questioned whether the consciousness which identifies itself as Ulyana Yakovna is truly the same person as the doctor who ewas infected, or whether the personality is merely a synthetic copy of the person she was being used by the silver blood for its own purposes. Unable to prove even to herself whether she is actually the real Ulyana or not often leaves Hardline bitter and remorseful.

Weapons and Gear:

Since Hardline can integrate any weapon or piece of equipment she is required to use on a mission into her own body she tends not to bother with a standard loadout, instead taking whatever equipment will be needed for her latest mission, or procuring equipment needed in the field.

Skills:

A trained doctor and experienced field medic, Ulyana is able to treat most wounds on the battlefield, or at least stabilise a patient in order for them to be medivaced to proper treatment facilities. Through her exposure to technology and equipment through the use of her abilities Ulyana has begun to learn rudimentary mechanics and electrical maintenance, although she has little understanding of computer coding and programming.

History

Once a simple civilian doctor, Ulyana's only real claim to fame was that she was the attending ER physician on call when Meltdown was first brought to the hospital for treatment following his exposure to an alien meteorite. While treating him the metal skin attacked the doctor, infecting her with a small portion of itself before Meltdown learnt how to control it. At first it seemed that no harm was done, but over the next few days the silver blood worked its way through Ulyana's body, learning her physiology until finally taking control of her.

Seemingly unable to understand the purpose of an organic body, the silver blood began fusing medical equipment into Ulyana's body while she was asleep, and by the time she awoke over half of her organic systems had been replaced with a mash-up of different electronic and mechanical components, all working under the guidance of her metal blood. While panicking at first, with Meltdown's help Ulyana discovered that she could direct the blood herself, rather than letting it control her, but with most of her body already adapted with synthetic components at that point it was too late to save her organic form, and so she embraced the upgrades given to her and allowed the blood to fully transform her into an artificial being.

When the military heard of her powers they immediately took steps to bring Ulyana under their control, seeing her potential as a weapon to be used against their enemies. While refusing at first Hardline eventually agreed to work for the military, but only as long as she was allowed to chose her own missions. Watching from a distance Meltdown became worried at the military's influence on the young woman, who was clearly being manipulated by her superiors into making difficult moral decisions which would eventually lead her to accepting the more vicious and aggressive assignments they wished her to carry out. Making contact with her via their shared technological link, Meltdown managed to convince Hardline to have herself transferred to the same group he was working for, one that was considering the benefits for the entire world, rather than the limited local viewpoint of the Soviet military.

With her silver blood being the same material as Meltdown's skin Hardline appears to have some sort of connection to the scientist, although the exact nature of this connection is unknown. Able to sense when each other are in danger, as well as having as having the uncanny ability to always find each other, no matter how far apart they are it's clear that there is more to the silver blood than would first appear.

Natalie refuses to allow her to be tied down and quickly rotates between relationships. Brief History: At the age of fourteen, Wanda's parents were asleep in their bed, when a driver stoned out of his mind plowed through the house killing them both. The driver survived with barely a scratch. Wanda had no other family and was taken in by the government. A shady organization within the US government arranged for her to be adopted but in reality she was taken to be experimented upon, for two years they experimented and tested her. For those two years she only had one friend, a woman in the cell next to hers, she never saw her friend. At the age eighteen they concluded her finished, but she had one last test, to see if she was willing to kill on command. The man who killed her parents was put in front of her, she was ordered to kill. She didn't hesitate; she knocked him the ground and beat him to death. When she was done the only thing left of his head was the blood on the floor. That night her friend did her best to console Wanda. The next day when they came for Wanda to put her to work, Wanda began her escape attempt. Wanda made sure only to injure anyone who got in her way. She was nearly free when she was cut down by a twenty machine guns. Her body was dumped in the ocean and eventually washed ashore where it was taken to the morgue. Before they could autopsy her, the woman Wanda called friend revealed herself to be a goddess. She brought Wanda back to life. Before she left she activated Wanda's dormant metahuman abilities and gifted her with an indestructible sword and shield. Personality: The boastful woman is very confident in herself, both in her abilities and simply herself in life. She is known for a fearless and never say die attitude, making her popular with fellow soldiers when combined with a strong sense of loyalty. While normally more mission focused, she doesn't mind occasionally relaxing and having fun.

Physically Superior

Now an Elite Soviet Super Weapon she is physically far above that of normal humanity and most of the previous generation super soldiers.

Her bones and muscles have become rebuilt much stronger despite only making her slightly larger than before. She is now capable of juggling tanks as if simple toys, and has stopped speeding trains in their tracks. Most bullets don't break her skin and even higher caliber ones normally stop on her flesh. Tests have shown her body can take hundreds of tons of pressure before beginning to become seriously damaged by it and has been hit with lower yield bombs and only been slowed down.

While her body is tough to injure, when it does happen it will heal itself at a much faster rate. Healing most non lethal wounds within a day or two even if it would take a human weeks or months. This combined with resistant built into her new body also makes her incredibly hard to kill via poison, with most just making her temporarily sick.
She can maintain a full sprint for about an hour and half, with a top speed of roughly 300 mph (482.8 km/h). Her powerful legs also allowing her to leap onto small buildings.

Her sense of sight, smell, and hearing are all 5 times that of a healthy human

Imperfect procedure

The process that made her killed almost every kid that was selected, of those that made it through the surgeries, about a third died from the later tests and another third passed and died from their bodies breaking down. Vera herself requires special medication daily and is required to frequent visits to special doctors to keep her body working. Without the medication after a day she will find enhanced healing gone and after 3 develop flu like symptoms in addition to random moments of extreme pain. She will die within a month.

Certain more easy to access chemicals can stave off death for longer but won't stop the pain or restore her healing factor. She requires the specialized drugs for that. Even with the drugs her body is at risk which is why she has see special doctors often to check up on her and fix any issues that develop.

Weapons: A combat Knife made of a secret soviet alloy, designed to pierce psychic shields but can be used to cut open most metal plating.

CQC expertise: She has been extensively trained in both striking and grappling by the top Soviet combat instructors, allowing her to get the most out of her strength.

Brief History: During the start of the third world war, the Soviets were hard at work on making the next generation of super soldiers before the Americans did. Tests were done in all of their republics to find children who had the right traits needed for their procedures, Vera was one of 5000 children deemed compatible. First there was the mental conditioning, breaking and remolding the kids to become effective soldiers, many were too damaged by that stage alone. After that she and the others were subjected to dozens of extensive surgeries, rigorous physical training, exposed to strange and deadly energies with no protection, and injected with countless chemicals. 1 third of the children died before the process was finished, those who survived were a new type of super weapon. They were meant to wreck havoc on the ene yas living power weapons, shredding through armored vehicles and keeping focus from the bulk of the Soviet military. When partnered with the powerful state psychics they would armies in their own right often forces enemies to destroy their own territory and bases to stop them. Most of them didn't see much combat however do the war ending before the younger ones were battle ready, most are now used to help enforce order as the State focuses on preparing for a proper offense against the aliens. As a well respected soldier, Vera was offered by her government to work with Prometheus given a position of authority over other superhumans to ensure that Soviet interests were kept in mind. Now she focuses mostly on Prometheus actual purpose but has not forgotten her loyalty to her people and does all she can to ensure that the Soviet members of the Prometheus command don't lose sight of why they were actually selected.

Her durability to piercing weapons is the lowest, though bullet proof to normal bullets and blades, her skin can be pierced by enhanced metals and bullets.

Qiqi has an enhance healing factor that takes care of any sustained injuries in a fight.

Qiqi is able to see, sense and smell magic when it is being used, lingering around or if something is imbued with magic.

Weaknesses: Being sober, a lack of alcohol in her system makes her very shaky, jittery and imbalanced. She will be slower, reflexes will be off and she will be solely focused on drinking.

Weapons: Kirin Fang is her weapon, it is an extension of herself and therefore can be called back to her person at will. The sword is able to absorb and cancel out magic and be used to block various forms of energy. Virtually indestructible unless someone more powerful than it's creator/her benefactor were to try and destroy the blade. When she strikes a killing blow on a being of magic or an object resonating with magic then the blade absorbs the magical essence.

Gear: Gourd that she keeps on her hip filled with alcohol. AC/DC's entire catalog kept on a musical device.

Hells Bells- Her trusty and ever evolving time traveling ship. Right now it is docked under the care and supervision of the agency, as far as she knows, they have no way of using it without her using it. Cyn can copy how a person aims, giving her incredible marksmanship, though if she wanted to use certain weapons she would have to watch a person fire that weapon to be able to copy it. Such as how to fire a rifle as opposed to how to fire a bow, or how to throw knives or darts.

She can slip through a network of lasers, reach through dangerous narrow tunnels, keep perfect balance, or juggle effortlessly without ever tripping or wobbling. Cyn can only fall over when physically uprooted or pushed, though most times she can land on her feet. Brief History:
Cynthia was born and raised in Manhattan's Chinatown in a household containing her parents and both sets of grandparents. Sent to a private school in the upper eastside Cynthia lived what many consider a normal life.

Her life changed when Cynthia turned 13 while vacationing with her family in California. They were staying at the Yún Family's compound in Malibu with the rest of the extended Yún family. It was while playing with her cousins that her older cousin Jon (16) was demonstrating his skills in Wing Chun and he challenged her to do the same things he'd just done. Kwan as she's called among her family asked to see him perform his kata again as she watched intently. After her cousin Jon finished Cyn stepped up and performed almost flawlessly the moves he'd made.

Some of the older members of the family saw her perform and soon she found herself before Uncle Sang the patriarch of the family. He asked her to show him what the others had seen her do and as an obedient child she did as he asked.

Uncle Sang was delighted by what he saw and asked her parents to allow her to stay in California where he would see to her education and training. Cyn's parents were at first reluctant to part with their daughter but conceded to Uncle Sang in respect of his position in the family.

Cyn was nervous in uncle's presence at first as she'd always thought of him as the embodiment of a Dragon. Uncle Sang proved that though he was demanding of those members of the family he took interest in he was as well a kind an doting uncle as well if you pleased him.

Cyn soon became his favorite student as she quickly excelled at any physical task he assigned her, performing flawlessly all her forms she became a Master of the family style at 16. It was while training and attending tournaments in California's martial arts community that Cyn discovered that she could perform any form she saw after observing it only once.

Uncle Sang only allowed her to enter the various forms competitions because as an old fashioned man he believed the idea of women in public fights was vulgar. Cyn knowing that trying to change her uncle's mind was to move a mountain kept any disagreement to herself and did as he said.

At age 17 Cyn asked her Uncle if she could return to New York to live with her family once more to which he agreed. He told her that he was proud of her and that he knew that she would continue to make him proud.
Cyn moved back into New York where her family there welcomed her with tears an a party.

Cyn then enrolled in NYU taking business courses so that she could join the family business of Import&Export.

It was during her first year back that Cyn saw a group of students at her collage engaged in the art of Parkor (Free running) Cyn fell in love with the urban sport an was soon one of her groups most skilled traceuse (female practitioner). It was a wonderful way for her to expend the excess energy she always felt overflowing her body.

Graduating with a degree in business management Cyn went to work for the family business as a manager's assistant under her Cousin William at a dock side warehouse. She did her job as expected for six months and would have most likely been nothing more than an office worker for the rest of her life if not for fate.

While working late one night trying to complete an inventory Cyn heard shouting in the Warehouse though it should have been empty that night. So she went to investigate what was going on. She soon found the source of the shouting, it was her cousin William arguing with a man who seemed to be in charge of a group of six men who were in the process of loading a truck.. William was telling the smug man that he was taking too much and the man laughed an then back handed William sending him to the ground.

Cyn stepped out telling the man to get out of the warehouse which only made the thug grin as he walked towards her drawing a long knife. What happened next changed her goals as Cyn first defeated the leader then the men under him, Cyn had never felt so alive.

Bud is rather conservative in terms of his political views, he doesn't believe in big government, but he has deep respect for war veterans and policemen who lay their life on the line. He is rather patriotic and very to be a Texan. He hates northerners or Yankees as he likes to call them sometimes, who think themselves above people who live in more rural parts of the country. Demigod physiology: As with most demigods Bud is granted enhanced physical capabilities as well as unique powers associated with his divine parent. His strength, speed, reflexes and senses are ten times stronger than an Olympic athlete human and is durable enough to take a bullet without suffering too much damage as long as it's not the head or heart. Bud also has a healing factor which can repair wounds and fix broken bones much faster than a normal human, but it won't stop vital wounds from killing him.

Magical Crafting: As the demigod son of Horanor The God of Craftsmanship, Metallurgy and Fire Bud can create weapons, armor and objects with magical properties. He literally can combine the science of craftsmanship with the mystical powers of magic granted to him by his godly parent. His powers allow him to create things at a much faster rate than a human, but still takes time especially if he has to summon the material with his magical powers.

Metal Senses: Bud has a sixth sense, which can detect the exact location of any type of metal even if he can't see it.

Fire Resistance: He has a magical defense against fire and thus is very hard to burn or freeze thanks to his high bodily temperatures.

Flaming hands: Bud can ignite his hands with super hot flames as means of offense in case he is without a weapon and he can also heat up his hands to burn through metal.

Weaknesses: He is vulnerable to silver and has no special defenses against it, it is also harder for him to craft it. All of his weapons' magical properties draw power from his massive well of magical energy, but his reserves of magic within him will become depleted after large amounts of combat and it takes a long time to fully replenish his reserves. Water can also greatly weaken his flaming hands power.

A Harley Davidson motorcycle That can fly at a top speed of mach 4 and fire off blasts of searing heat, and is as tough as a tank. The bike also produces a flaming contrail when it flies. On land it can break the sound barrier, but can only hit a top speed of mach 1.5. Bud can summon the motorcycle to him with his will should he ever become separated from it. The vehicle runs on a mixture of magic and heat which it draws from the environment around it and stores it up inside it when it is not in use, but its source of power can be depleted if it takes too much damage. After a three hour recharge it can run for nine hours.

Brief History: When you're the demigod son of an relatively unknown god even other demigods ask who Horanor is. So unless people asked him he wouldn't tell them and that was how far his pride in being a demigod would go. Bud was born in in a rural town not too far from Austin Texas and it wasn't until he was eight years old that his mother told him about the son of a god. Being young and Catholic, Bud thought that his mom had been chosen to give birth to a divine child. Even though others called him a demigod, he didn't use the term and preferred to be called a child of the divine.

Eventually his mother was able to marry a normal human husband named John, and even though Bud wasn't always too fund of him they tolerated each other. For most of his pre-adult life he didn't know of the magic deep within him, but he knew that he was different physically when he showed off feats of incredible strnegth. He also had a great skill in craftsmanship and weaponry and regularly tinkered with things. School was not too great of a place for Bud and he found the crowded halls to be unpleasant. He did however develop a love for motorcycles during his high school years.

After he done with school Bud used the money he had saved up to buy his first motorcycle and he was delighted to finally take it for a ride around the long highways that stretched throughout his state. During one of his rides Bud was thrown off his bike by the strange force and was encountered by the sight of his father Horanor who had only come to give instruction on how to use his powers to their proper purpose.

Bud wasn't too happy with having to talk with his father who had up until now taken no interest in being a part of his life, but he took the instruction since he did want to learn how to control the power within him. After the lessons were done his father disappeared and his was on his own again, but this time with his magical crafting abilities. He moved out of his mother's house and went to live in Austin where he went to work for a motor store.

Things were as normal as they could be, but he still used his powers to craft weapons and a new motorcycle with magical properties. He then began to use these tools to fight crime and dispense justice on those he thought deserved it. Eventually he was approached by Prometheus with the offer of joining others in the fight against evil, but after seeing the last attack on earth, he reluctantly joined the agency. Taking the name Rider, Bud is now a biker hero who rides for what thinks his proper justice.

Personality: With the thoughts of the profecy of him being the greatest sorcerer of his family's magical bloodline, Finn felt almost estranged from the rest of his family. The few family members with magical capabilities were adamant about him being completely focused on his development of magic and thus Finn didn't really have a normal childhood. This shaped his personality into a more controlled and mature adolescent.

Even before he was told of the prophesy, Finn had a love of books and learning, which helped him unlock his potential as a magic user. Finn is a kind person who tries to do the right thing, but the dragon blood running through his veins also gives him a temper and he can become hungry for battle when he taps into his powerful sorcery. He tries to keep his darker emotions in check, but they can come through under bad stress or pain.

Sorcery is mostly instinct and emotion, which is why Finn tries to keep his emotions in check in order to not let his great power run rampant and that is something he fears. His greatest fear is that his destiny will destroy everything and everyone he loves. Despite his mature personality Finn still has the vulnerabilities of a young person and secretly desires to live a normal life. He loves magic, but the responsibilities that come with it are a hard burden to bare.

With the death of his family, Finn has a desire for revenge on the evil sorcerer who killed them and thus has made his control of his dragon-like emotions more difficult. This was his reason for joining Prometheus so that he could one day see vengeance.

Sorcery: As a sorcerer Finn is capable of wielding extremely powerful magic that derived from his sorcerer bloodline. His bloodline is descendant from ancestors who were given the blood of dragons as gifts that granted them the power to wield great magic. This magic allows Finn to cast a variety of spells.

Element Sphere: This spell allows him to create a sphere of elemental force that is five in diameter. The sphere is made up of an element depending on what Finn chooses when he casts the spell. The elements are as follows, fire, air, lightning, water, ice, and earth. Depending on the element chooses it can either hit with explosive or concussive force

Phantasmal Force: Finn sends out a wave of invisible magic energy that can either knock his enemies away or draw them to him. This can also be used used to defend against projectile and physical attacks. The power of this spell is determined by how much he puts into it.

Lightning Wave: This spell creates a powerful stream of Lightning which he can shoot out of either his hands or staff.

Scorching Ray: Finn creates four beams of intense heat that he can fire at his enemies and guide towards them through sheer will and hand movements. Upon contact each beam has enough power to blow apart a tank.

Dragon Avatar: A massive amount of magical energy surges through him and a glowing aura forms around him and takes the shape of his dragon ancestor. While under this transmutation spell's effect Finn's bodily features become more dragon like and large wings grow out of his back and grant him the power of high speed flight and his hands turn into claws which can slice through metal. His strength and speed are also largely increased but this spell costs a great amount of magical energy and will tire him out if he stays under its effects for too long. The aura can also defend him from physical and magical attacks.

Mind Guard: This technique grants him the ability to protect his mind from mental assaults, but its strength is determined by the power of his will.

Charms: These are very simple spells that allow him to effect non-sentient or magical objects and alter their properties such as turn rocks into flowers and start a small fire.

Familiar: Finn summons a dragon fox spirit named Drake that takes a physical form. The spell forms a mental connection between Finn and Drake that also grants them the ability to share magic between each other and allows Drake to casts spells that Finn knows. Drake can be killed and will be sent back to the spirit world if that happens and it takes several days for him to reform enough to be summoned back.

Weaknesses: His magic is ineffective against pure iron and silver is like kryptonite to him and will slowly drain him of his magic. His magical powers come from a finite source and although his reserves are massive and grow as he ages and trains, Finn will run out if he uses too much magic and it will take long periods of resting and meditation to regain back all of his magical energy. When mentally connected to his familiar Finn can suffer intense mental pain and possible damage if Drake is destroyed. When separated form his staff Finn has trouble controlling his magical power.

Brief History: Finn's magical bloodline goes back over two thousand years when the great dragons roamed the earth. When his ancestors saved a clan of them from a band of slayers, the dragons gave his family a gift, which was their blood and the power to wield incredible magic. Finn's ancestor Aerik The Great was said to be so powerful that he could send legions of warriors fleeing before his magical power. The magical blood passed down through the generations granting the ability of using magic to a few of his family.

One hundred years ago one member of his family by the name Eric broke off and became a dark sorcerer. He took several others with him on his dark path. Their ambitions would have been disastrous for the world around and those who had not followed him were forced to fight him. For as long as he could remember Finn displayed magical talent such has knocking things over without even touching them and creating sparks of electricity form his hands.

That is why his magical relatives began to teach him magic, most sorcerers didn't start to display magical talent until they were close to puberty, but Finn showed off magical talent as little as three. He was trained in the arts of sorcery and studied the history of his family's magical bloodline and the great sorcerers that it produced. Even though he showed great potential, Finn still wished that he could have normal childhood and his parents understood this, but his teachers wouldn't allow it.

They were almost zealous in their conviction of the gravity of him being trained properly and not falling to evil, but evil would come into Finn's life when an evil sorcerer by the name of Morban sought to take him has his apprentice and killed his parents and teachers. Finn managed to escape thanks to a last minute traveling spell and he was now on his own. Not sure what to do next, he heard about Prometheus and thought that they would offer a safe heaven for him until he grew strong enough to defeat Morban and avenge his family.

Persuasion - Fen has both the natural charisma along with his ability to talk to people and over time with his ability, he slowly twists people around his finger whether he likes it or not. His ability comes off like nicotine, where people who are more exposed around him get more and more addicted to his presence. Slowly he can turn an acquaintance into his friend, a stranger as well and even his rivals as long as he sticks around them long enough. With his influence, he can make these people who had fallen for his ability to be 'suggested' into doing work for him as long it doesn't go directly against their morals, allies and themselves.

People who have resistance to mind-affecting abilities are more resistant to this ability, but will never the less break if you spend too much time with him. It takes more or less around a week to influence weaker-willed peopled and longer for those who are stronger willed or have resistance. If their is a combination of both, then it will take a very long time for the ability to effect them no matter how long he is around them. When trying to influence a person who has a strong will, Fen has to enter a miniature battle within the mind to try and influence their action which can fail of course. Those who have mental-powers may feel a strange sensation every time he talks, but for the most part seems unintentional and for the most part feels good.

Telepathy - Fen's powers of Persuasion most likely branches off his telepathic powers of being able to read other people's mind if they are not protected. With his telepathy he can communicate to others by talking through his mind and theirs freely along with maintaining a connection as long as their is no disturbance or significant distant put between him and the other person. On extreme cases he can mind-control people by trapping the host's conscious within a maze or trap, and control their bodies through their mind while their distracted. The other option is by brute force which shoves the host's mind out, but he generally preferring the former option due to the discreetness.

Limited Precognition - Another but newer extension of Fen's telepathic powers have allowed him to not exactly see the future, but see event as if it was an forgotten memory being remembered. However, from what he has experienced these memories comes from the futures that have yet to happen and if he carefully analyze the situation, he is able to change it from the original. The longest he has been able to 'see' into the future in 3 hours.

Weaknesses:
Soloist/Loner - Fen has always worked alone, and being a part of Prometheus wont change that either. He doesn't care if he works in a official team but when it is out in the field he takes off on his own and states it clearly. This is more of a work habit that had been stuck after working for so long and not a egotistic personality disorder.

Untrustful - Again with work habits leaves Fen as a untrusting individual who doesn't like investing his faith in other people besides himself. Preferring his own way to get out of things if he can help it, and accepting work when the going gets too tough for himself to handle makes him rub off bad to co-workers again. However, besides that Fen relies on himself to carry through things in his own manner without holding people back if he can. Also if your another mutant that is not on his team, good luck not being shot if you don't have a good alibi if he hasn't read your mind already.

Survival of Fittest - Another habit Fen is that if the team doesn't have a solid plan when in a tight situation of life or death, his loner-persona kicks in and basically leaves the team to handle their situation themselves while he either completes the mission or bails out to save his own hide.

Brief History:
Short and Bitter Sweet, Fen was thrown into the Prometheus Project by the government to help out with things, and give the project more hands to work with. Claws and teeth

He has retractable claws at the end of his finger, these claws can easily rend flesh and can carve through most forms of stone like paper. They can be broken if hit certain ways or if he slashes too hard on durable object, but they will grow back over the next few days.

His teeth have stronger and larger fangs than a normal human, as well as sharper teeth in general. With super strong jaws he can use his mouth as a weapon as he can easily bite through bones.

Physical Ability

He can lift roughly 15 tons comfortably making him more than strong enough to handle most foes up close, the strength also allowing him to cut into things normally too durable through sheer force, though often at the cost of breaking his own claws.

While he heals much better than humans, it isn't anything notably rapid a slow to kill fatal wound will eventually stabilize itself and he will be fine even with no medical attention. What is notable is that his body will delay the effects of several and even lethal wounds, allowing him to temporarily go unhindered from extreme blood lose or damaged organs. Normally as a means to escape and be stabilized, or in theory to take a foe down with him.

Sprinting most comfortably on all fours he can run at mach 4 if allowed some time to build up speed. He is able to leap large distances and up rather large buildings. Even at full speed he has an incredibly sense of equilibrium, allowing him to keep balance on narrow ledges and hang off of things with no trouble.

While he has more or less normal eyesight for a healthy human, his sense of smell and hearing are very superhuman. He can pick up on several layers of a person's scent with incredible detail and accuracy, able to sniff out specific scents from over a mile away. In regards to his sense of hearing he can hear the tiniest movements of the clothing people wear from across several rooms, as well as here in frequencies that humans can't.

Brief History: Officially considered a domestic terrorist by the U.S. government, not too much is known to the public about his past. He became in the spotlight after joining a group dedicated to bringing the court American government to justice, often times resorting to violence to do so. While mostly responsible for assault and property damage, that changed when a prominent congressman was accused of knowingly allowing and supporting a program that caused the deaths of thousands of American citizens. When the case was dismissed the group was outraged and attacked the congressman on the way out of the courthouse. During the ensuring battle, Antonio killed dozens of law enforcement as well as killing the official himself being violently taken down. When it was discovered Antonio was still alive he was taken to one of the newly built metahuman prisons, where he would await trial. After being forced in permanent isolation after several murders within the prison of people he got into fights with. When time came for his sentencing he was quickly sentenced to death, and would still be sitting on death row if he wasn't given an offer by Prometheus. Help direct his anger towards the real enemies of the people and give the people fighting the good fight a shot at even have a world to fight for.

Other: While he was unofficially pardoned for his crimes, he isn't allowed to set foot on American soil outside for Prometheus missions.

He doesn't like Prometheus but he thinks making sure the planet isn't either destroyed or them wiped out, a good enough reason to put up with their rules.

Personality: While surly and rude on the surface, Oni's aggressive demeanor conceals a deep-seated protective instinct. Though his social skills are lacking to say the least, and he is not especially motivated to build relationships, his loyalty to those who have earned it is endless. He considers himself to be more expendable than most, which derives from a deflated sense of self-worth, as well as overconfidence in his powers.

Powers/Abilities: While he has lost the vast majority of his vampiric powers, Oni still retains a few of his less spectacular abilities, albeit in far weaker forms. Oni is stronger and faster than the average human by a decent margin, barely treading into what can be considered 'superhuman,' his senses are sharper than those of normal humans, and his regenerative ability allows him to quickly heal from wounds that would be fatal to normal person.

When he restores his lost vampiric powers, new abilities are revealed, and his baseline abilities become far stronger. His speed and strength at their maximum make him too fast to be seen with the naked eye, and he can cleave through a human body bare handed with ease. His senses become so powerful, that they border on the psychic or precognitive. His regeneration is particularly prodigious, as he can restore a severed limb before the one that was cut off hits the ground. He can gain the abilities of transformation, allowing him to take the shape of other people, animals, and even inanimate objects, vampiric healing, using his blood to heal the wounds of mortals or other vampires, and soul-devouring, allowing him to consume the spiritual essence of other people, including their skills and memories.

Weaknesses: While in his normal form, Oni is unaffected by the traditional vampiric banes of sunlight, fire and silver, as he increases his power, his weaknesses emerge, subjecting him to hideous physical pain, and rapid degeneration of his physical form.

Psychologically, Oni's weaknesses are more severe. He is self-sacrificial to the the extreme, in battle treating himself as nothing more than a meat-shield. Overly zealous, Oni has a terrible habit of charging in recklessly, and ending up in more trouble than is necessary. Some consider him to be too dependant on his powers, and not rely enough on tactics. When in vampiric form, he gives into bloodlust more easily than most, and has a difficult time calming down after a battle wherein he became a vampire. He also has traits of a communication disorder, oftentimes thinking that others can pick up on his intentions and emotions far more often than is true.

Weapons: Oni wields his sire's odaichi, an ancient Japanese greatsword, known as Kokorowatari, "the Passage Across the Heart." Kokorowatari is called the "sword of demon-killing," and is extremely damaging to supernatural beings. Even a glancing blow can leave one in immobilizing pain, and such is its sharpness that it can cut a possessive spirit out of a human without harming the host.

Gear: Oni owns an MC Bridgestone Hurricane, which he has modified to support his weight and size.

Skills: Oni is a skilled street-fighter, and is proficient in riding, maintaining and modifying motorcycles.

Brief History: Originally a motorcycle punk from the streets of Tokyo, the boy then known as Suzaku had his life changed when he met the beautiful legendary vampire, Cherry Hunter. Mortally wounded from an attack by assassins from her clan, Suzaku was so entranced by her beauty that he was willing to lay down his life to save her. He offered her his blood, and rather than consume him entirely, she fed just enough to restore her strength, and in doing so turned Suzaku into a vampire.

The two lived together for some time, escaping vampire hunters in Japan, and a bond grew between them. However, Suzaku tired of the life of constant travel and fear of assassination. The two of them were powerful, even among vampires, but they were not invincible. He sought out the help of an eastern mystic, who gave him the answer to their troubles. If he fed on Cherry Hunter, their relationship as master and servant would be reversed, and the resulting magical feedback would reduce the both of them to a level of power so low that they could not be tracked by vampire hunters.

Suzaku did this when the opportunity presented itself. Though he did this to save their lives, Cherry Hunter considered this a betrayal of her trust, and has gained a sense of bitterness over the ordeal, especially considering how her weakened form has hurt her pride. It was her suggestion that they join Prometheus together, as a support network to protect them from still-vengeful vampire clans and hunters. Suzaku had little choice, as he had sworn to follow his master to the end, and now they were but a single soul in two bodies.

Personality: Haughty, loudly arrogant, and opinionated; all things to expect from an ancient, legendary vampire. Not things one expects from an eight-year-old girl. The dissonance in Akuma's manner of speech from her appearance is jarring, and this irritates her to no end. A very prideful creature, Akuma does not abide insults or disobedience toward her. Just as well, those who she considers worthy to be "hers" are likely to be protected from such slander.

Powers/Abilities: Though once among the most powerful vampires on the planet, Akuma's drop in power has been so significant that she is sometimes referred to as "the remains" of her former self. Even so, she is stronger and faster than any human is capable of being, which is especially shocking for such a small creature. Her regenerative ability is significant among vampires, and her senses are predatorily sharp. The vampiric powers which she retains include a pocket dimension in her stomach, allowing her to eat essentially anything that she can fit in her mouth, and then regurgitate it at a later point, shadow manipulation, which allows her to shape shadows, and even hide inside of them, vampiric healing, allowing her to heal humans and vampires with her blood or saliva, and soul-devouring, allowing her to consume spiritual energy with her bite.

When she feeds on Oni's blood, their balance as master and servant is restored, restoring both of their powers, depending on the amount of blood consumed. As the balance is restored, she advances in age, closer to her true form. In her true form, Akuma is imperceptibly fast and capable of terrifying feats of strength, with senses so sharp that she seems to see into one's soul, and regenerative power so great that she seems unkillable by ordinary means. The powers she gains include transformation, flight, hypnosis, and telekinesis.

Weaknesses: While vampiric banes such as sunlight, fire and silver are no longer lethal to Akuma, they are irritating, and she tries to avoid them. As he power is restored, so are her weaknesses, which seem to be the only ways of killing her when she reaches her full potential.

Akuma is prideful to a fault, and while she is intelligent and tactically-minded, she can often make serious blunders in the name of saving face. She is also spiteful and arrogant, and is slow to forget grudges until they are avenged. This can make her easy to manipulate, as she often can't see traps behind insults. As her powers are restored, her humanity fades away, and she grows less interested in the plights and lives of others, even her beloved servant.

Weapons: Akuma wields her older servant's wakizashi, an ancient Japanese shortsword, known as Yumewatari, "the Passage Across the Dream." Yumewatari is called the "sword of demon-reviving," and has strange effects on supernatural beings, ranging from healing their bodies, to restoring lost knowledge, to even temporarily raising the dead.

Gear: Akuma keeps various knick-knacks stored in her stomach for various occasions, such as a butane lighter, handcuffs, cigarettes, a portable video game, a bottle of wine, a rope, and a crowbar. Both hers and Oni's swords are kept in her stomach, also.

Skills: While notable lacking in practical skills, Akuma is a decent tactician, has a great knowledge of world history (having experienced a great deal of it), and is very knowledgeable regarding fashion and architecture.

Brief History: A legendary member of the English Vampire Nobility, Cherry Hunter (as she called herself) has roamed the world for centuries in a hedonistic spree of glamour and debauchery. This lead her to Japan some four-hundred years ago, where she sired her first servant, a samurai monster-hunter. So great was his despair at become a monster that he killed himself with his own magic blade. Cherry Hunter kept his swords as mementos and carried on.

It was Cherry Hunter's dereliction of her duties to her clan that drove her to offending them, and her lack of respect for her elders led them to considering her an outcast. She lent some small support to a rival clan as a token of revenge, but this resulted in her elders putting out a hit on her life, with both clan assassins and vampire hunters. Cherry Hunter fled to Japan, where she was ambushed by hunters, and had her life saved by Suzaku.

While she has become bitter over losing so much of her power, she secretly wishes to truly make amends with Oni, rather than the awkward patch-up job that they have done already. Her burgeoning pride keeps her from doing so, but she truly cares for her servant, and wishes for him to not be bound to her eternally as he is.

Anything that had recently died, still with flesh, a brain, and not controlled by anything else.

Note: Effects can city-wide and can only be used on ordinary human beings. Can affect grave sites with recently deceased (No walking skeletons). Those brought back have 2-3x their original strength but have no intellect, are ordinary, slow-fast walking zombies. Nothing is healed, their bodies merely reanimated.

Disorder

Create havoc and chaos, defined as explosions, busting of glass, roads split, earthquakes rumble, fires burst from any flammable source, normal animals become wild and aggressive. Also cause slight 'zero-g' environments; not jump into space, but everything becomes a little lighter and travels further. This is her personal, natural power from herself. It is not just for causing havoc, but for the rest of its' abilities lie in non-combat roles.

Notes: Only breaks what is physically breakable by human kinetic force. If it is flammable easily (As a type of gas, unlikely for wood to just start burning), can be shattered, crumbled, etc. easily, it does. Bulk head doors, thick and solid concrete, bullet proof glass are examples of hardened material and do not get erupted during Disorder. Earthquakes are completely random and not able to be use in targeting, same as tornadoes from Chaotic Storms. Is city-wide but on small scales.

Chaotic Storms

Creation of a City-wide storm that causes electrical storms, disturbances, heavy and fast winds, and multiple lightning strikes (Chance of creating derechos, tornadoes, water cyclones, and maybe even Supercell Tornadoes, depending on the location).

Absent Existence

Ability to travel through solid surfaces through a specific type of focusing, i.e. can not 'phase through' a solid object being thrown at Dice at random. Also able to manipulate own body parts to other places within a certain range. i.e. producing her hand and arm out of a wall or the floor. (Must have seen the area to know its location) -- When striking her own staff with the body part. As a result of having this ability, Dice naturally floats, or hovers in the air. Another result allows her to 'blink' travel. The distance and amount of uses requires intense amount of power, an example of how much power needed is it is recommended only for her blink within half a mile at most. The farther she blinks, the less she can use it. The more of other powers she uses, the less she is allowed to use the blink travel. (Associate blink with teleport)

Physically Weak

She has little to no physical strength in resistance or power. She relies heavily on her staff for most of her powers.

Power Overuse

For most of her abilities, she uses a staff imbued by her father, Setesh. The Staff essentially uses abilities from her father, and she can manipulate what is used and how much power is used. But how much power is also taken from her Father. If she uses too much power, or uses too many of her abilities at once, her Father can choose to 'cut her off' from the source, leaving her with only her personal powers. EVERY power, except Disorder requires intense of amounts of power the wider it is used and the longer it is used. Even for a few minutes it takes incredible amount of power. Each day only one power can be used, excluding Disorder which may be used multiple times, and if attempting to use a single or multiple powers more than once, too long, or too wide, results in immediate cut off for the rest of the day.

Mental Instability

No matter the emotion, she is always on the peak of it. If she is happy, she is as excited as humanly possible. If she's nervous, she's nearly to the point of crying. If she's saddened, she becomes suicidal. If she's scared, she will snap and probably go unconscious.

Setesh' Imbued Staff

Created by Setesh and given to her when she was matured enough, the staff is a direct link to some of her Fathers power and abilities. It was given to her as a fail-safe and not a toy, in case of emergency as she is unable to physically fight for herself. The staff also can act as a shield or weapon for melee, giving her the ability to fight face to face with her attackers. The strength of the staff in physical use is as strong as needed. But as it was intended for defensive purposes, it is made sure to never break with Setesh' power, but not be able to break everything it hits. In the unlikely event that Setesh cuts Dice off from his power, the staff will still not break, but it will not hold the resistance it had before, basically able to prevent a powerful blow to her, but not allowing her to keep her footing.

Gear: Along with her simple skin-tight clothing, she likes keeping two pistols with her for normal combat.

Skills:High Precision, incredible agility, stupidly overconfident, with her powers and abilities, mostly because of who she comes from, she believes nothing bad will ever happen to her, and she will never have bad luck (Although she acts like she lives on bad luck), because her father is Setesh and if anything happens he will come to her aid. Contrary to the thought, Setesh' only impact on her life was her birth and the gift of the staff. He will truly never encounter her again, reasons why are unknown.

Brief History: Dice was kept in secret for most of her maturity, even after release she stayed under the radar. Her 'modern life' becoming heavily associated with being the 'princess of chaos.' Although she kept off the radar, she has been through many professions (not any that increase her combat skills, just a more understanding of the world and its situation, also for fun).

But when the news came that there was a new main enemy to everyone, and a super team was being assembled to fight them back, Dice saw this as an opportunity to show off. Not to be 'good,' but she always wanted to get into new and crazy things. And fighting aliens may sound corny but for her it was something new to do and did not sound 'normal' to this 'modern day living.' Dice always loved change, which is the reason for her multiple different professions. She also thought it would be hilarious to think about how the conversation would go as 'I'm the daughter of the Egyptian god Setesh.'

Other: Dice has been alive for along time, but her aging is significantly different than the average human being. She is not, unfortunately immortal, and the lifespan of hers seeming to range to a max of 10,000 years at most. When she realized she was mortal and would only live for such a length of time, she has been known to keep her weaknesses and age a secret. When attempting to converse with her about life, illness, or otherwise similar, she tends to immediately become anti-social or run away. Due to her mental state, anything negative throws her off completely and she can not handle it.

One of his greatest weaknesses is control. When he changes the weather dramatically in a set climate or area it can have detrimental effects. For example, if he was to make it rain in the middle of Death Valley, it would start as simple rain fall but then nature could turn it into a Flash Flood Thunder Storm. This rapid change and increase in power can prove useful in some cases but detrimental in most. The "Nature Trigger" is the earths simple way of trying to re-balance the climate, but this simple act can either increase the overall desired affect of the natural phenomenon or do the exact opposite and only make things worse.

Childhood

Eli grew up in a loving home with his parents and younger brother. But at the age of six a tragic accident fell upon his family. Their small town was destroyed by one of the new super villains. His entire family was killed in the aftermath and he was left alone. After the attack he felt numb and could not smile, the death of his family brought about his emotional numbness.

Snow Class Event

When Eli turned ten his abilities began to surface. He started with making small clouds then larger ones then making snow and so on. One day a kid in his class began to pick on him and make fun of his family (by now he was an orphan). While this is going on he began to feel an emotion he had not felt in a long time, hatred. This anger and hate made him conjure up a snow storm right in the middle of class, it was so cold that most walked out with frost bite and hypothermia except him. After he was moved to a new city.

F7 Spotted

By the time Eli was sixteen he had been moved city to city and foster home to foster home. He ended up in a small city in Kansas. He had no real connection with anyone for a while. His powers were more manageable and the only thing he had to worry about was his anger. It was the only emotion he could feel at times and it triggered snow. He was working on learning how to control his emotions by taking the beatings of his high school bullies. On one of his training days (as he called them) he had been beaten so bad that he had broken his arm, although he could not feel pain another emotion came over him, one worse than hate or anger, fear. This fear caused him to accidentally create an F7 tornado. This tornado whipped the entire small town off the map and either killed or wounded the 200+ inhabitants.

Found

Eli was found four years later, on the run, by a group named Prometheus. They offered him a chance to join there organization and help him control his powers.

Due to his lack of emotion he has no sexual preference. Although he is still a young man he cannot feel his own desires, sexually or other wise. This has left any relationship he has ever been in, in shambles due to his lack of empathy and overall caring.

Appearance: Malik is a very baby-faced man, despite his relative maturity he appears to be in his late teens; rather than the grown man he actually is. His ebony-black hair is usually kept in a caesar cut, though he will often slick this backwards to prevent his fringe straying into his eyes whilst wearing his helmet. A casual beard usually sits upon his cheeks below his icy blue eyes, being the only indicator that he is not a child.





Personality: Arrogant, selfish and outright narcissistic. Malik is often discredited for his belief (or in his words, his knowledge) that he is absolutely perfect. This coupled with his un-serious and happy-go-lucky attitude tend to make him walking marmite; he is either absolutely adored, or passionately hated by those around him. It is exceptionally rare for a person to feel indifferently about him.

Enhanced Reflexes and Mental Fortitude:

Being the sole survivor of the ARK (Anti-Revolutionary-Kommando) Project headed by German and American scientists Alfred Neumann and Howard Wayne, Malik has preposterous reflexes. These are backed up by his ability to 'blank'; a process of denying mind-readers and puppeteers their tricks, learned during the extereme psychological torture brought on by months of captured Russian Psychic Agents having their way with him. It takes a notorious and skilled supernatural of any kind to take a hold of his mind.

Mark Three Archangel Armour:

Developed by DARPA during the later stages of the Third World War, the original Archangel suits were used by American DEVGRU operatives in counter-insurgency raids across the globe, and were considered among the best suits of powered armour available at the time. Though these suits looked nothing alike the modern prototype used by Ghaffar, and lacked many of the key features of the Mark Three, they were incredibly effective tools against the Soviets during the conflict.

The Mark Three however, is a tool like no-other available in the world. The masterpiece of the now deceased Howard Wayne, the prototype version is incredibly slim-lined. Powered by a miniature photon-nuclear reactor confined within a small pentagonal backpack which keeps it running indefinitely, it features armour plating constructed of an incredible titanium, carbon fibre and alien metal alloy which renders it highly durable against all but the highest calibre rounds. Miniature thrusters placed in the palms, soles and at the base of the backpack of the armour allow Malik to achieve sustained flight at approximately two-hundred kilometres an hour through use of advanced pulse technology. (Though it is only viable for roughly an hour and forty minutes before needing to recharge.)

In the confines of the suit, an array of gadgets and gizmos too long to list are available to The Archangel. In summary, the suit bestow upon Malik the following benefits:

(Also it is worth noting that if somehow his mni-reactor contained within the Archangel Suit's backpack is breached it is theorized that it can, and will cause a detonation akin to a six or eight kiloton bomb.)

Skills: Trained by some of the best operatives the US has to offer, Malik is highly skilled in the arts of stealth, espionage and close-quarters combat. Wherein he is far more formidable anyway, being a certified black-belt in Karate, Jeet Kune Do and Judo. (He has also studied the Israeli Krav Maga, though his attachment to his styles means many of the Krav manoeuvres elude him.)
