Sorry for not posting.

I've been busy at work and had suddenly become a GM, albeit that was a few weeks ago.

Anyways, it's pretty good.

You're inside. Eating. Osamu has no reason to even know it's going on, let alone get involved with the fight. Let alone know that Hiroko's not a mage.

And, yes, I'm sure I showed Vita that post on MeetingWords before I posted it.

You didn't tell them to tail Asami, though. ^^;

He's also pretty strictly an observer who doesn't have that kind of authority, from what is included in his bio. It's also bad form to send NPCs to tail every PC so he can show up all over the place.

Also the White Night, while it does have some people devoted to keeping an eye on things, is not so regulated that people jump out of no-where whenever someone mundane sees something supernatural. That's not really how it works.

"Wipe memories of the supernatural" is seen as a totally humane solution to a mundane person seeing the supernatural as long as it's done properly. The alternatives are "kill person", which is considerably worse and is seen as a last resort most of the time.

I'm just honestly not sure what he'd been intending to do if he appeared.
