Since its a pulse, the effects would be minimal the further away from the source it got.

Okay...Alright, I just went to take a look at the anti-magic thing, and it didn't really say anything about him being able to use a wave to cancel out the usage of magic. All it said was that he could sap magic from those he touches.

We're all on the same team so take it in stride. The effects aren't permanent, the AOE wont be crazy large.

good that's what I was most worried about... also apparently all of Cythllas work on the awesome behemoth seems to have gone to waist since the behemoth was most likely in range.... Cythlla is gonna be mad at him later

Behemoth wasn't summoned. Its a blob of magic and dead flesh. Its gonna be slow and lose a few limbs but it should, in theory, continue to function.
Its still a sacrificial cast technically.
