Tas is a beautiful young woman with striking features; bright almond eyes, high cheek bones and a slender body. She has pale skin but it can make her look overly tired if she is not careful and she tries to conceal the dark circles under her eyes with either heavy make-up or glasses.

She does not so much have a style of clothing but more of a lack of style. If she is not in her scrubs or sweats she will usually just be in various t-shirts or tank tops and jeans with worn out tennis shoes. She refuses to wear dresses and if she has to attend a formal event for the hospital she will wear a pant suit or tux just because she wants to. She was once gifted a pair of heels, they were quickly chucked out the window of her apartment.

Her hair always seems to be a mess, even when she spends hours styling it; which she rarely does. Most of the time she just tosses it up in a bun or ponytail and runs with it; figuring she can better spend her time doing anything other than messing with her hair, like binge watching the last three seasons of Game Of Thrones in one sitting.

To say that Tas is a driven and complex individual would be a gross understatement. Once she puts her mind to something there is nothing to stop her, except for herself. A loving person under the cold surface, she feels far too much and usually only expresses it in the worst possible ways. She will do everything she can to help someone but tends to be a bit too blunt when voicing her opinion; especially if she sees someone doing something she knows is the cause of their own heart ache.

Tas grew up quickly, never really going through that rebellious teenage years since she was so focused on her studies. This has led her to be somewhat immature when it comes to emotional things, hardly ever having dated when she was a teen or since. The few relationships she did have ended badly, quickly breaking up with anyone she felt deeply for; too afraid to grow close to anyone in fear they would one day leave. To her, it is better to be alone than lonely; sadly she is both these days.

History:

Tas was born in Chicago, Ill to Everett, professor of history, and Anna Brinne, a housewife. Life was simple and wonderful until Tas reached the age of eight when her mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. For a year she watched her mother quickly fade no matter how much radiation and chemotherapy she went through. Tas adored Anna and didn't know how to cope with her mothers passing. Her father wasn't much help in the situation, distancing himself from his daugher after his wifes death; Tas looked too much like Anna for him to be able to deal with the loss. They drifted apart and Tas turned her feelings inward, focusing at a young age on her studies to try to take her mind off the problems at home. Her father enrolled her in Tae Kwon Do in middle school to try to help her come out of her shell but it ended up doing the opposite. Not having to deal with a team and only having to focus one on one helped draw her even further into solitude; one good thing coming from it; it gave her a way to vent her frustrations.

When she reached High School she made the decision to go into medicine and focused all her time and effort to getting into Med School. She did well enough and graduated high school with honors. Thanks to her fathers position at University of Illinois she was offered a full ride. One which she turned down, the last thing she wanted was her college years to be tainted by her fathers presence on campus. She was accepted into UCSF medical program and quickly packed her bags, moving to the west coast.

Her father was against the move, not wanting to loose his daughter completely but he admired her drive and supported her on the surface; promising to pay what she needed until she finished her residency. Tas enjoys the west coast, having found a place to live, a place to practice and a place to learn; all without the harsh Chicago winters nipping at her toes. Tas finished her bachelors degree a year early, opting to attend during summer semester so she would not have to return to Chicago during breaks, and is now interning at UCSF Medical Center to complete her doctorate program in emergency medicine.

Dom is not overly muscular however, with a somewhat stocky build. Quite often, Dom will grow a thick beard and let his hair grow out wildly when travelling, he only shaves it off if his boss tells him too so he looks relatively clean when serving drinks at the bar. History:

Dominic Mason was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Raised in the countryside on a farm; Dom’s early life was very simple. His life was a routine of early mornings, feed the animals, milk the cows, tend to what needed tended to, head into town to sell what they could and then back home in time for supper. It was a quiet life many would crave, Dom from a very early age, always felt like he was destined for more. This relatively tough early life instilled in him the drive and determination many of his generation lack. This isolated upbringing also stunted Dom’s inter-personal growth. The absence of friends around him meant that his social interactions left something to be desired. He desperately struggled to form any lasting bonds with anyone so he found solace in music, often just sitting with his headphones on rather than talk to people.

Although Dom did attend high school in the city, he still struggled to fit in. After a while he began to enjoy the solitude and began to pursue solitary pass times like swimming, climbing and he eventually graduated to mountaineering, often going off on long trips with his father to traverse the harshest mountains the US had to offer. Eventually, Dominic developed an interest in trying out for the Olympic Ice Hockey team having grown up as a standout in pee wee and amateur leagues and at the behest of his gym trainer, he began to hone is skills and train hard. Dom was well in with a shot to be picked for the Olympic team but sadly, during a routine training exercise, Dom suffered a massive cardiac arrest. He survived and after testing it was found that Dom suffered from HCM, a heart condition sometimes found in young athletes which puts them at risk of sudden heart failure.

During his time at the rehabilitation clinic, the young man struck up a friendship with another patient named Jason. Jason was a former soldier who had been struck by some shrapnel and was now unable to walk. The two men became fast friends, even to the point that whenever Jason skyped with his sister Noelle, he would allow Dominic to join in the conversation. After a while, Noelle began skyping Dom by himself and the two developed a close relationship, finally it felt like Dom had found a friend. She even sent him a watch which he never takes off.

Once he left the rehabilitation clinic, Dom returned to the farm. Still believing there was more for him out there, he decided to uproot his life and leave the colds of Minnesota for the sun of California. Having managed to make a nice nest-egg for himself working on the family farm, Dom got himself a nice apartment – shared obviously since he isn’t made of money and a job at a bar on the same street with his boss even allowing him to flake out on occasion to go climb a mountain. His friends in the other apartments often call him the mountain man, as he seems more comfortable in the middle of nowhere than in a crowded place. Right now Dom is struggling to find anything to do with his life, he’s waiting for inspiration.

Natalya is very motherly in terms of taking care of someone who really needs it. She'll always open up her heart to anyone who deserves to have a little love. History:

Born of Saint Patrick's Day to Martin and Vanessa Olsen, another female was brought into the world by the name of Natalya. From birth, her parents has always talked about how they were going to shower her with everything she needed and more. Indeed that did. She was the only child of the duo and still is till this day. Natalya's parents had sent her to an academy in New York, where she discovered her love for photography and filming. She excel in the academy with perfect attendance and grades combined and her teachers were very impressed. They even recommended that Natalya be apart of a film guild nearby over the Summer. Her parents declined the offer but Natalya forged their signatures and ventured off anyway. When she got back, there some severe consequences.

She removed from the academy and sent to public school, a place she absolutely hated. Her family moved to California at the start of her ninth grade year. She went to Hollywood High and excelled there, too in the Theater department. Over the course of her high school years, she made amazing friends and was sad when her high school days came to an end. She misses her friends dearly, and hope that they come back to California and visit her soon.

Natalya stayed in California though not really going to college, she instead got a local job at the Coffeehouse and been there every since she was eighteen. She was recently promoted to a manager and her parents were proud of her. She eventually moved out of her parents houe and found herself an apartment closer to the place she works at. It is very convenient for her since she can walk to her job and not waste any gas money. She loves her life ever more now that she is away from her parents and doing things her way. But her parents do call periodically and sometimes she answers or sometimes she declines the call.
