@BilboTheGreat I have a question. Do we all start off knowing each other and have already formed some sort of group at the beginning or do we start off as lone wolves?

I just want to point out that a lot of characters here were 10,11 or 12 when the outbreak started, so. Keep in mind that your character wouldn't be the brightest tool in the shed. (I'm not the GM but it seems as though people do not realise the amount of time that passed.)

@Aewin I guess it depends. Anybody who wants to start off in a group with eachother can, but not everybody has too. I know my girl is starting off on her own, not sure about my boy.

I imagine that eventually most characters would be in a group for RP interaction, whether its one big one and some outsiders or two or three smaller, rival groups.

Viktor has a mentality of showing no mercy. Getting into bad situations with him will be difficult to get out of. He will let you know when you get him angry, and he only allows one warning. When he says he will do something, he will do it. Viktor lacks a sense of humor and doesn't smile an awful lot. His face can seem unfriendly, especially with what is recently going on. He tends to be a risk taker and leaves behind those that don't keep up. Viktor does have a soft side, even if he won't admit it. With all the recent chaos, there are no guarantees that you will get on his good side. Viktor is probably one of the most formidable allies to have in times like these.
Bio:
Originally, Viktor was sent in with a squad of men to take in civilians and direct them to safe haven. They were supposed to be a relief force to the area. They were joined by a few German soldiers they had run into along the way. The story was that command had cut off communications with them and left them to die. The leader of the Russian squad at the time, Captain Edik Yakovich, decided that they would be a good crew to have with them, especially for the fact that they knew their way around the area. After about a week or two, and only signs of cannibalistic hell spawns, the German soldiers became odd. According to the captain, they were planning to turn on the squad. Viktor and one of his comrades killed them with their own knives that night. They left the group as food for the crazies and decided to bug out towards the outskirts of town.

Within the next two weeks, Viktor had only two men on their side, and no communication with their original command post, which was over ran during the third week of the Spetsnaz groups operation. The Captain and a sergeant got into a quarrel and eventually all both men had guns pointed at each other. They even drew their side arms and pointed it at Viktor. During the heat of yelling and looking at each other, Viktor drew his side arm and without hesitation raised both of his weapons and put a bullet in their heads. He took what he thought was necessary and took off.

Recently, things have gotten worse and Viktor is just aiming to survive. He is trying to do what he can to live. He has had to kill people because of his distrust in them. He has lived off of food from others and he has been able to conserve much of his ammo. He has decided that he will try and find a few people to get used to. His new goal is to get a save haven going, for he has realized that the only chance humanity has, is by working together.
Past Occupation:
A soldier with the Spetsnaz GRU.
Weapons:
An AKMS (Rifle in the picture) along with a MP-443 Grach, resting in a thigh holster on his right leg, and a Kizlyar DV-2 sitting on his left boot. He has six spare magazines for his AKMS, which are empty and only seven bullets in his current magazine. He has three spare magazines for his MP-443 Grach, which are also empty, except for the full magazine which is already in the pistol.
Inventory:
Besides the pouches on his vest that carry magazines, he also has a flashlight which is almost dead, with a spare pair of batteries he picked up off of a fellow comrade. The batteries are at half life. The rest of his stuff is in his backpack. He carries a canteen, a basic first aid kit, three MREs, rope with a carabiner clip, a fire starting kit, and a few extra filters for his gas mask.

@GodOfChaos I am not the GM but I don't quite understand what a Russian soldier would be doing in The Netherlands.

Seems like an acceptable reason to me, unless I'm missing something over here?

@BilboTheGreat@Aewin Each country would have enough of their own problems to help another country. But that's not the oddest part, it's not a German Soldier, not a Belgian soldier. Both of which could have been possibly send to aid the Dutch or possibly wandered towards The Netherlands. It's a Russian soldier. Russia and The Netherlands are seperated by quite a few countries.

@Sven the Silent Fair point, German soldiers seemed to have joined him and the Russian squad so it looked like a joint effort? Maybe some political treaty? I don't know so I would just wait for an actual explanation by @GodOfChaos themself, but that's how I reasoned it.
