Y'know with all the new Isekai concepts coming out, I wonder if there is an isekai concept for "Reincarnated as a Truck that sends people to other worlds"

And edited. That any better?

Ay! with those changes she is accepted. Move it in the Character Tab!
Allow me to throw my hat into the ring!

Let's admit it: Blasted Tree in Apocrypha looks WAY better than it does in Grand Order.

First things first, I agree that Blasted Tree in Apocrypha does indeed look amazing compared to Grand Order.

But secondly. I know you brought mention to it within the field for blasted tree, but I do think Bridal Chest should go in its own field, since its got a few key things that are important to Fran. Both in that its the vector in which she can absorb energy for both rapid self repair amongst other things. Its also important because it mentions one of the better things about Fran, in that it allows her to be very low-maintence in terms of how much mana one needs to supply to her (in terms of being a berserker anyway)

Once Bridal Chest has its own field, Accepted.
@KoL

Accepted. Try not to Punch people through walls.
I didn't ask for that post to be made. Nor did i expect this sudden outcome in such a short time without being asked again to clarify. Though what is done is done.

Though it seems the player has already left so. Well anyway moving on. Lets keep the tone of the roleplay lighter from here on in.

@Tomotaxi

With the Changes made. Accepted.

With the edits suggested having been made. Accepted.

Oh, I'm sorry. This is something I've done a fair bit of consideration for but didn't throw much in other than

<Snipped quote>
Because normally there's a Legend section to these Fate CS. I tried to keep it a little more minimalist for a Deviation section since the format seemed fun, focusing on the post-death strangeness and amalgamation of minor persons that makes the Spirit what it is. I was too vague or there has been some misunderstanding and I'll try to clear things up so please forgive another long winded post.

The least intrusive explanation for the Servant is that in the legend enabling alt-history of the Nasuverse, at least some of the folklore was telling the truth about a Marie-Anne that otherwise didn't make it into the books. Treating myth as misunderstood alt-history fact seems pretty par for Fate and doesn't intrude on any of the many people from the era that, like you say, have their own business with the Throne. You want them amalgamated with a living person, and I agree because that is already the truth. In this case the supplied person originates from apocrypha of the era. Someone who in reality certainly did not exist as depicted but in a world where every historical figure was actually a cute anime girl, may have.

If we have to cannibalize someone who was probably not just a legend in real life history, no biggie. There is a story that I'm pretty sure originated in tabloids which states that Paul Barras was who choose the name, and he did so because of the wife of Jean-François Reubell. Marie-Anne Mouhat. Not credible history, but she was in arm's reach of Reubell, at least. It leans harder into the identity being thrust upon someone after the fact, but her connections make her my gun-to-my-head choice for a Real Person™ that can hold the bag for us.

I'm happy to run with whichever floats better in your interpretation of the lore. I have a preference because for whatever reason I am happier to go crazy with explaining pure myth than trying to tie a legend to questionable history, but there isn't a whole lot of difference between the two in the grand scheme of things.

I am a bit confused on the wording of your response, If you had wished to provide a legend section to your sheet you could have done so all the same, Or merely have PM'd me any distinct legend related material i need to have known.

I am just a little confused by the nature of this response.

Container base stats, mostly. They're at around the same level of upwards deviation from base as Mr. Jekyll, and like him they have the skew of the final letter grades getting bumped around by skills. Only, instead of Mad Enhancement upping STR it's Jusqu'au upping END. Their array is pretty typical for an Assassin and we see Servants that are even more modern doing about the same. Granted, there are modern chads like Mata Hari who flex by taking E in all fields, but it goes to show there's not exactly a rule to follow. As for the skills, well, one of the p.skills is a replacement bargain for a c.skill and her rank in Charisma is basically a cosmetic that doesn't need to be there if it eases your bookkeeping. Assassin is written to follow pretty closely to the established curve of how weirdo spirits adapt into the Grail War's Servants while still making a run to do something different with the freedom fighter concept. When you cut out the skills which are not just descriptive of the Servant's characteristics they sit right beside their immediate cousins in the kinda wraith/kinda not category, Kojiro and Jack.

Kojiro is barely a servant (and this is reflected by his kit his skills and his noble phantasms are approximations). Jack the Ripper on the other hand is a unique case due to the fact that she possesses NPs and unique characteristics from the GO, and is a stable existence able to be summoned by the grail to fill the class container she sorta falls outside standard wraith-classification anyway.

Even then, both of these are tied to 'individuals' while Kojiro themselves doesn't exist, anecdotes relating to Kojiro in relation to Miyamoto Musashi do. Even if its not the same person.

Jacks case is pretty awkward to explain but, given the nature of the Strange Fake Berserker whom is guranteed *not* the real Jack. As when they disguised as a unassuming young girl, they took the form of the assassin version of Jack, giving basis that even if 'multiple jack the rippers exist' Assassin Jack is a valid existence.

But to dial it back a bit to what I am getting at here. I'd suggest tying the concept of the Marianne to historical person, There are a lot of people from the revolution/birth of the republic that in of themselves qualify for servant status (Sanson) for instance. So I am certain you can figure out some revolutionary/republic figure that could be mixed with the concept of the Marianne. As the concept itself is a little broad to condense itself into a servant but it is a certainly feasible concept to embody if you can find an individual to give it that anchor.

----
TLDR

Parameter explanation is otherwise fine with this in mind, For bookkeeping reasons though it'd probably be easier to give the Marianne concept to a living person. (be it a revolutionary or otherwise) as free floating concepts are a bit hard to work around afterall.

I'm not asking you to change your skills or what have you, I am merely asking that the Marianne is sort of amalgamated with another person whomever that be is up to you. But that will solve most of the issues. Even a minor person whom without being mixed with the Marianne would not be summonable. Would be feasible.

As we have run over this in DM's and the fact that for the most part this falls in line with the canonical version of Nero, Accepted

So a few things of note that I want to clear up with you first. Firstly if its important in DM's I'd like to know why his Crest is paining him just in case. Secondly, Thought acceleration is not possible to learn from Clocktower alchemists as its specifically a magecraft of The Atlas Temple, (There are different types of Alchemists afterall its not all one school of alchemy). Clear these up with me and I'll give it another look over, since its otherwise pretty good.

Hello! I'm really interested in giving this a try. Here's a character concept I've kicked around in a couple different iterations for Fate stuff. Their historical origin is a little abstract in the Sasaki Kojiro way but I've got other ideas if that's an issue.

Neat concept, however its a servant based around a concept and a pretty modern one at that (post 1700's the era of the republic) so I must ask why is her parameters so high? / Why does she has so many personal skills. Usually servants revolving around conceptual things stick extremely close to their concepts afterall.
Thank you all for showing interest.

Another Victim

The rain was particular heavy tonight on the streets of the Shibuya ward in Tokyo, The entire metropolis was having a particularly nasty case of missing person incidents, coupled with an increased number of people suffering violent moodswings or bouts of amnesia, This had led to many rumours to begin to plague the streets of Tokyo as to the cause of this...

Either way, business had to continue right? as such a businessman of average build with a drunken expression after a night drinking with their boss, They had forgotten their umbrella but their sorrows at the world meant they did not care such for the rain beating down upon them. They just wanted to get home soon.

The Businessman perhap drunk, Perhaps just too lost on his own feet decided to go off the main side-street and into an alleyway perhaps to save time or to make use of an overhang to avoid the rain. As he moved through the alleyway he could of sworn that his vision was getting cloudy, it was getting harder to see past a certain point the further he moved in.

The clacking of shoes on paved ground of modern day would soon be replaced by the muffled steps of shoes on grass. The Businessman had to blink for a moment.. Where were they that they were walking on dry grass. Had they passed out? The thought barely crossed their mind before they would notice a figure though they could barely make out the shape. They didn't really have a chance as with a swift motion. The businessman would fall under another missing persons statistic...

The Premise

One day, out of the blue, and seemingly at random, you awake with three command seals upon your body. A person or entity asking if you are their master. These beings known as servants are usually summoned during events known as Holy Grail Wars as part of a ritual to reach the ultimate goal of a magus family. The Root. But this time they seemed to have been summoned seemingly without reason and not adhering to the limitations of a standard grail war either. Their classes vary from the standard and some even overlap in having the same class. What does seem to maintain however is that servants summoned are all compatible to their master in some way (as per how summoning normally works without a catalyst)

The magus association did not find this to have gone unnoticed however and quickly contacted the church for an emergency representative as per standard Grail war condition though this would be anything but a standard war for the holy grail. This was a battle for something greater against something that threatened to escape out into the wider world...

OOC explanation

If it wasn't obvious enough from the title, This is a Fate RP, though inspired with things from other media in order to provide a unique take on Fate RPs in general. This is intended as more of a 'PvE' scenario then PvP, As the RP is about these Masters (and servants alike) unravelling the nature of a threat that threatens the foundation of human order.

You do this through tackling "Domains" which take the form of reality marbles populated by a servant or shadow servant. These domains vary based on the servant they are built around and can be as simple as an open field or as complex as the Labyrinth of the Minotaur, Or with a atmosphere that poisons the lungs that breath it in. These are places not to enter without caution. For you won't know what's inside until you enter.

Everything else about the roleplay adheres to standard fate mechanics, Mages exist and can be app'd, As can non-mages. As both work as potential masters. There is not a set limit on what servants can be app'd just exercise some reasonability. Custom servants are also fine (within reason of course).

Masters and servants will also get periods of which they can spend bonding and interacting with eachother to grow closer as a pair, or to hang out with other masters/servants in order to further work on figuring out the mystery at hand. Perhaps during a period where there is no Domain to tackle you might spend it going fishing with your servant or instead sneaking into the police station to look at records. How you spend your time and the consequences of that is up to you.

Of course in the event servant injuries are sustained through this and you are ill equipped to heal them, there is a designated location in Shinjuku, as the church's designated individual is more of a ear low to the ground sort of person then one that likes to stay cooped up in cathedrals where one can receive medical attention.

The roleplay takes place in the year 2010, in an alternate timeline to the standard fate timeline or the apocrypha timeline, so expect some things to be a little different, but also don't expect to run into pre-established canon mages.

Rules:
1: Play nice, Try not to argue with other players. Do not try to actively hunt down another player from the start. However if a Player does perform an action that could be regarded as something reasonable worth attacking them for and your character is aware of it (e.g Murder without cause) then conflict is inevitable and will be handled as such (it is fine in that instance)
2: When it comes to pairing master to servant you can either pair yourself to your own servant or your master can pair with another players servant, or vice versa with your servant to another players master, Pairing with other players is preferred as it fosters interaction.
3: If you have any questions on if or not something is ok don't hesitate to ask!
4: This Roleplay only restricts one servant from being applicable and that servant is of course Gilgamesh this is due to Ea being able to completely negate a crucial part of the rp by itself. Other servants that affect reality marbles to similar extent are also potentially not ok! so make sure to ask first
5: GM's word is the final say on any matter.
