Ava hadn't really been expecting to just be thrown onto his back and showed it with a yelp as he practically flipped her onto his back, "Hey! I could've climbed on myself you know!" She said in a sort of mock annoyance, because even she knew it would have taken a lot longer for her to climb onto his back than it would have been just him putting her onto his back. She couldn't help but jump a little when he let out a very loud roar, covering her ears, "Men. Always have to show off, don't you?" She half teased before he took off. The take off still let her a bit a shaky. It would take a while getting used to them. But at least she wasn't screaming or clinging onto him any more. She just leaned forward to help with the ascending and soon they were off into the air.

As they flew she sighed, enjoying the crisp morning breeze and just the feeling of freedom this flying gave. It was fantastic. It was only a half hour into the light that her stomach began to protest though for something sustain it an she looked down at him, "Hey, how about we stop and get some breakfast before continuing. It might be good for keeping our energy up with all of this traveling." Once they had found a good place to land on an island she hopped off of his back and began to gather woods for a fire. Dragons maybe were able to eat raw fish, but she had to cook hers. So, once she had the fire going, she went to the water of a small and pulled out her dagger. There were small pools of water where the tide had come and gone leaving fish in these pools. Using her dagger, she turned on the electricity and shocked the water until all she had to do was pull the fish out. Grinning to herself, she walked back over to the fish and began to cook, humming slightly to herself as she did. Very soon she had her fish done while eating she looked over at the dragon, a curious look on her face, "By the way, you never did tell me your name. I'm Ava."
No it was fine :) Nighty night.
Despite the rain, Ava managed to sleep peaceful through the night. She was definitely aware of the rain fall as she slept, but for some reason didn't gt wet and wasn't bothered by any of the droplets that were sure to be falling from the skies. She was warm even. And though she was aware of these thing, it didn't make her think enough for her wake up. She just slept on until morning time came and when she finally woke up, she nearly had a heart attack, finding something was wrapped around her and covering her. She went into a mini panic, thrusting her arms and trying to get away from whatever had her and when whatever was over her lifted and she saw it was the white dragon from before, having wrapped his tail around her and covered her with his wing she sighed, trying to catch her breath and calm down, "Don't do that. I nearly had a heart attack." She said and shook head, moving to stand up once she was calm again, "Warn me next time."

Looking up into the trees, she saw sunshine peaking through the canopy and smiled, "The storm's gone, maybe we can make it a little further today?" She said, looking back at him. It was strange, how relaxed she felt around this dragon. Like she had known him more than just the few hours she had spent with him thus far. If she was honest with her, she was even more relaxed around him than she was with her parents and she barely even knew him!

Tilting her head to the side, she thought about this a moment longer before shrugging to herself, "Let's get going."
POsted :) SOrry it took so long.
The flight was surprising.....soothing. She had thought she would be terrified of flying so high in the air, riding the wind currents on the back of a beast that could easily kill her or throw her off. But now being up in the sky, she felt.....at peace. She had never felt so calm, not even when she as working on her inventions. She wanted to hold onto this feeling for as long as she could.

But then the feeling changed. Maybe it was her viking instinct, knowing when a possible danger could be heading her way. And this time, the possible danger was not man made. The skies began to darken and the wind picked up ever so slightly. And she could guess that if it was dangerous to sail during such conditions that flying would by far be too dangerous to do during this. She brushed her shoulder length hair from her face as the wind began to whip it around and bent lower against Blizzard as he hanged direction and headed toward an island not too far away from them and she stayed that way against him even as he ran further inland to the middle of the island where the waves would have no chance of affecting them.

She watched with curiosity as the dragon blew fire to heat up the ground before laying down. She took this as a sign they weren't leaving any time soon and carefully slide off of hi back to it on the warm scorched ground. The warmth of it was comforting and she sighed as she lay back, very few droplets of rain reaching them through the thick over growth of leaves, "I could really get used to this. Its.....nice." Giving a yawn she stretched and rolled over to her side, getting comfortable, "Night Dragon Boy." And with that, not too long after her words, she peacefully asleep.
Ava shakily sat on the back of the dragon as he walked from the cell, nervously awaiting for them to get outside so they could fly off. The idea of being so high up int he air was a scary thought. Well, the idea of falling mainly was what she was afraid of. Once they were outside, she jumped slightly at the sudden movement of the dragon's quick run. She yelped, holding onto the dragon with her arms around his neck, eyes closed tightly as the two of them ascended into the skies. It left her heart racing and her body shaking, even scared to move or open her eyes those first few moment in the sky. It was only when she felt their flight smooth out and heard his purr that she slowly opened her eyes and looked around.

She had to admit, the view from where they were was amazing. Snow fell around them in flurries and the village by now was al gone out of the sights. This dragon really was fast. Faster than she thought he would be at least. Sitting up, she gazed around, "So....this is what you dragons see every day? Must be nice. If I had wings, I'd stay up here forever."

She had no idea where they were going. She had never been outside of the village before(as far as she knew anyway) and thus had no idea what might be a good place to go to or explore. So she figured she'd let the dragon take her somewhere he thought fitting. After all, he had to have seen may places, so she assumed he would take her somewhere nice and exciting. She patted his side with a still slightly shaky hand, "Alright, I don't really have anywhere I know I'd like to go, so...just take me where ever you think would be a good place for me to start off at in my exploring."
Cool. Im writing my post now :)
"Another form.....so that means....you're a....." Dragon. A dragon that could transform into a human. She could only imagine all she could learn from such a being. All the inventions she could build with the information. But right now her mind wasn't set on what she could build or learn from him. No, right now her mind was set on his offer. He would fly her away from here safely if she let him go. She thought about this deal and decided after a moment of thinking through and finding things that could go wrong with her trip, to add something to this deal of theirs, "Okay, I'll take you for your word BUT, there are plenty of my father's enemies out there. Dragon rider's mainly. I don't wish to run into any of them. I'll agree to your deal if you keep me safe from the dragon riders."

She figured there wouldn't be much of an argument there. There were plenty of dragon riders out there, but what were the chances they would run into one? She figured slim. Taking her keys she unlocked and opened the cell door, awaiting for him to change back into his dragon form before she drew closer, as she didn't want to see anything by accident, and after looking to his mouth to see he really didn't have any teeth, she carefully approached him. It was a scary thing, being this close to a dragon. Her hand swere shaking as she reached out for the chains and went to work unlocking the chains that bounded the dragon.

Once she had him free, she very clumsily climbed onto his back, "Okay, well, it's late, so I think everyone should be in bed...we shouldn't have any problems getting out of the pit and once out, we'll be home free to fly off." She informed and had a nervous smile, "Just....uh...don't fly to fast.....or too high.....okay?"
It was good :) I liked it
Castiel bent down, grabbing more fish, before moving over to another cell. She threw the fish in quickly and closed the door just as she had done with other dragon moments before, only this time, as she closed it, she heard a male's voice speaking to her. he turned quickly in fear, to see in one of the cells not a dragon, but a young man. Out of instinct, she reached to her side and unsheathed her dagger, pressed a button on the side to have it spark to life, made from pure electricity. She wasn't sure what to make of this sudden appearance. How had a person gotten in here without anyone seeing him? And more importantly, what happened to the dragon that had been in the cell before.

A part of her mind came up with its own answer that the rest of her refused to believe. This young man had white hair and bright green eyes. The dragon that ha been in that cell had had white scales and bright green eyes. Yet, what she was thinking was impossible. Dragons couldn't transform into humans. That was crazy and unrealistic. But...the idea that they could just seemed so familiar to her for some reason. So familiar in fact that the impossible prospect of them changing like this seemed possible.

Very slowly she approached the cell, caution and a slight fear in her eyes, holding the dagger tightly by the hilt, "Who are you? And how did you get in here?" She asked in a stern voice she she normally wouldn't have at all, but one she mimicked from her father and mother and all the other vikings in her village. It wasn't natural for her, but it would make her seem less weak. Right? She hoped so anyway.

She paused at the offer he could help her leave and seemed to consider this, "You.....can help me leave? How?"
