It seemed like forever since the world had turned into this wasteland. The streets were often empty and quiet during dawn and sunset. That was usually what Cassie called 'the in-between time'. These zombie-like creatures were still like humans in some ways, in terms of they somehow still slept. And like human they had different sleep schedules, some sleeping during the day and others sleeping during the night. Usually during sun rise and sun set, they were all either getting ready to sleep or just waking up, meaning not many of them were out on the streets, giving Cassie a moment of having less risk in moving about outside of her makeshift home. If she was quick enough, sometimes she would be able to go out without running into one of those monsters at all.

And right now, that was what she was trying to achieve. She watched outside of the plane's window as the sky took on an orange tint, meaning it was time to head out. She threw her bookbag onto her back and pushed down as hard as she could on the heavily sealed plane door. If one thing was good, it was the safety this plane provided her. If she had a hard time opening that door, then it would be close to impossible for those deteriorating zombies to do so. Once she had it open, she pushing it closed and rushed down the runway, toward the tall gate. She scaled it pretty easily and was on the ground in a flash, running once more.

There were plenty of stores in this area, she found, that still had a lot of supplies in them. She guessed it was because this was a big city. Back when the virus had first started spreading, everyone fled the cities, thinking staying there would make it spread faster. They had all moved to the country or left the nation all together, leaving all these stores abandoned and quite easy to break into. She stood in front of one of the windows and was quick to pick up a rock and bust it out, stepping into the store. Once in, she immediately opened her bag an began to throw anything she needed in there, mainly water and food. Stocking up the way she did usually lasted her a couple of weeks, so this would be her only raid for a while, making the risk of actually going through some of the items in the store worth it.

Once she had her bag filled as much as possible, she hopped out of the window one more and started running again down the street. It was only when she turned a sharp corner that she came face to face with one of them. The zombie gave a roar right in her face and tried to jump at her, to which she dodged with a yelp and started running the other way. She had learned that while the zombies didn't move as slow as old movies depicted them to, they were still slower than normal humans, giving her the advantage. That was, if she hadn't turned another corner and come face to face with another. Soon, she was surrounded by them, which was surprising as normally they were low profile at this time. Something was making them more agitated than normal, meaning they weren't asleep.

And she soon found out what it was, because there was a loud noise that made her cover her ears at first and made the zombies stop their advances to look up at what was making the sound. And then, something strange happened. It was almost as though the zombies feared this thing, because they began to ignore her presence and go into the nearby buildings, as if hiding. She stood there, looking up at the sky, squinting to see what it was, only for her eyes to go wide with fear. Up in the sky, coming down to land, was a type of ship she remembered well and it was a horrifying memory. The last time she had saw that type of ship land here on earth, a day later she had lost her parents.

The aliens.

In an instant she was running, heading back as fast as she could for her airport, scaling the fence and making it back into her plane even faster than she had left. She pushed down on the plane lock as hard as she could, letting it airlock before she took a moment to sit in on of the seats and catch her breath. Cassie had no idea what she was going to do. She was the last human alive as far as she knew, and if those aliens were back, who knew what they would do to her? Kill her? Experiment on her? keep her as some pet? The threats were endless and so were her fears.

After a moment of being glued to her seat, she shakily stood to her feet and began to put her supplies on the shelves above the many seats of the plane, where other supplies had been stacked. Once they were stacked, she moved to the back of the plane were her make shift bed, a bed she had made from unscrewing seats from the floor and stacked the cushions, was and layed down on it, expecting to sleep, though found herself wide awake and ears listening for any signs of what the aliens or zombies might be doing, if they even come close to the abandoned airport she had claimed as her home.
Name: Castiel but is often called Cassie by those who were close to her.

Age: 18

Race: Human(for now)

Bio: Castiel was born to a rather wealthy family and had a great young life. It was when she turned seven that things took a turn for the worst. Her father had worked for the government, creating robots that could fight enemies. These robots did well at first, fought in wars for the country so that none of their men had to. It made her father, and in turn her family, well known and even wealthier than before. But, because of his well liked status, when the aliens first become known to the public, her father was one of the first people to be attacked, as well as her mother. She was hidden away in a secret room of the house until the aliens had left turning her parents into one of the zombies that roamed and turned other humans. It was the next day that her uncle, an old military buff, found her and stayed there with her, making sure she survived.

That year was the year everything went downhill for the humans. They lost the war against the aliens and what humans weren't killed were turned into zombie like creatures. The robots her father had made for the government were soon of no use, as after just a few attacks of those robots, the aliens were able to learn their weaknesses and destroy the robots quickly. Once the aliens had turned quite a few of the humans into those zombies, they left the planet, leaving the remaining humans to their fate.

For years, her uncle kept them safe from those monsters. He fought them. He would go out and gather supplies for them. And for a long time he was doing well. But, it was when she was 14, that Cassie began to notice her uncle weakening. He was growing older, and thus slower. Then, one day, after going out for supplies, her uncle came crawling back into their secret hide away, his arm baring a huge bite from one of the zombies. They both knew what this meant. He was going to turn. They tried t wait it out, as if time would fix all of this. But, within the next few days, his change quickened. When he was halfway through with is change, he had for a reason even Cassie doesn't remember, lashed out at her, trying to choke her. He had realized after a moment what he had just tried to do and let her go, though, seeing he had hurt her, and knowing it would only get worse, her uncle did what he thought was best for Cassie and took himself out of the picture. Before Cassie could stop him, her uncle shot himself, leaving Cassie alone in a zombie infested world by herself.

For the next few years, Cassie had somehow managed to keep herself alive since her uncle's death, and thanks to her being able to move fast and the fact she can out smart the zombies, she has kept out of deaths grip. And now, ten years after the aliens came and turned humans into zombies before leaving, the aliens are, unknown to Cassie, returning.

Appearance:

Other: About a week after her uncles death, she felt she wasn't say in her home anymore and let, finding an old airport. She stays there in one of the planes and feels safer there.
So, I'm not sure exactly how many people might be interested in this, but I'll put it up in case there is someone who does want to do this. I want to try an rp based on the movie God's Not Dead, with our own OCs. I'm not going to go too much into detail because I would like for my partner and I to talk abut it together and come up with ideas. Also, this will be an advanced rp. Just pm me if you are interested.
Well, the reason I put gnore is that I found I don't have time to GM a rp at the moment But if enough people are interested, I can take maybe a co-gm and that might make it easier on me so we can do the rp.

So, I tried doing this plot a while back, but the person I tried it with over reacted about me not posting after a DAY, then dropped out on me, calling me very rude names and such. And when I very kindly asked about a week ago if we could continue, they decided to get 'revenge on me(even though they were the ones int he wrong in the first place)' and say yes, making me write a rather long post, knowing from the start they weren't going to continue the rp. They were just in general rude and immature. You know who you are and you are on my Black List -_- Anyways, so I'm back looking for a less rude and more enjoyable partner. If you are interested and haven't been chased off by my rage in saying what a bad partner I had before, read below the rules and plot. Thanks :)

What I am looking for:
-A writer who is 18 and older(sorry, just makes me feel more comfortable) who can play both genders if needed(as even if your main character is male, there will still be some -side characters in this roleplay).
-An Advanced Rper(meaning three or more good paragraphs).
-Someone who can come up with their own ideas, as well as allow me to input my own.
-Someone who won't drop out after two or three posts.
-Someone really fun to work with. I like my rp partners to be my friends and enjoy making up plot twists just as much as I do. ☺

My Rules
-I perfer someone who can try to post at least once a day, hopefully more. Though if RL is being a hassle, no biggie. I know how that is, as I am a collge student and have a lot of work myself. But if you take longer than a week to post and do not contact me at all during that week to let me know what is going on, than I WILL drop the rp thinking you left me hanging(which will in turn put you on my 'black list'.
-If you loose interest, don't just say you're busy and can't post. I'm not stupid like you may think. I can see you posting in other rps -_- JUST LET ME KNOW! If you loose interest and let me know than maybe we can come up with ideas to liven the rp up. And if not, than we can drop it and start a new rp. I'm really easy going with it comes to these things because its likely, if you have lost interest than I probably have too. But if you say your busy and I see you posting mulitple times elsewhere or if you flat out just don't reply to my messages, again, this will get you on my 'blacklist'(I'm serious, I do have one).
-If you read these rules, follow these instructions; if you want to just play the male put 'football' as the subject of your message to me and if you want a double up put 'teacher's helper' as the subject.
-If I have never rped with you before please give me an example post or link my to one of your recent rps so I can see your writing style.
-If we double up, DO NOT make your female one of these 'all about me/look at me I'm so ugly, terrible, stupid and the world should revolve around me because I'm so pitiful' girls. PLEASE DON'T. NO. It is one of my major pet peeves. Give all your characters some depth. Don't make them a character who relies on everything the male does. Make them independent to think feel and do things without the approval of my characters.
-If we do a double up, I would like to see it where its just not two seperate rps put into one. This is not what I want. I want ALL the charcters interacting with one another. Even if it means the girls go out shopping and the guys go to bar(not that it will happen. Thats just an example XD). What I'm saying it I don't want the characters to be split off into pairs the WHOLE time.

Alright! Now on to the plot. I got the idea for this plot from the song Try by Pink.
-Please not this is not JUST romance. Yes there will of course be some romance, but I also want comedy, family moments, and drama please! Plot twists welcome :) -
James had it all. He was the son of a big CEO for the company(big company of your choice. can be fake or real). With his father as CEO for this company, he never had to worry about anything. When he was ten, his parents divorced over his father cheating on his mother with a star model and his mother got custody over him. He moved with her to a small town, far away from the big city they had once lived in with his father. His father managed to get by without making any payments of child support thanks to his big lawyers, leaving Jame's mother to take care of him all by herself. She struggled for years financially, trying to support her son in a small one bedroom apartment, worrying that she would never be able to make a better life for her son. Jame was a senior in high school when all the stress and worry got to his mother. He found her dead in her bed after coming home from school one day. The doctor s claimed she had been overdosed with her anxiety medicine. When James checked he did indeed find the bottle empty, when she had just gotten it refilled days before.

It devastated James that his mother had been so overwhelmed that she would go to these lengths. He felt a pure hatred for his father at that moment. He wished the man would have been the one to die instead of his mother, after all, he was one who had been too selfish to help his ex-wife and his only child. And three months after his mother's death, his wish for his father to die came true. While on the way to a conference in Japan, his father's private plane crashed. Being his father's only child, and considering the fact his father had never remarried, everything his father owned belonged to James. A whole fortune, enough to keep the boy set for life.

But even when he was set for life, feeling the need to do something with himself, he decided he wanted to go to college(you can decide what Major you want him to have). He already had a football scholarship anyway, so he felt he should go ahead and use it. He began going to the local collage and it was there that he met Amelia Carter. She was a sweet innocent and pretty girl who had a strong sense of responsibility and a clear line of right and wrong with no grey in the middle. The two immediately hit it off and a relationship sparked between the two. They became close to one another, dating for a whole year.

Yet, a whole year changes people. James, although head over heels for these all around good girl, began to fall into the same trap his father had fallen into. He became popular. Being the football star of the school and a now very rich man, he began drifting away from the understanding young man he had once been. He started giving his girlfriend excuses as to why he couldn't go on dates or come eat lunch with her between classes. And though Amelia saw James's changes, she continued to try and break through to him. She made attempts to see him when ever she could and though even when they were together he almost completely ignored her, she still felt the need to try.

It a cold day in December when James gave Amelia the excuse he was sick and couldn't come to her house for the birthday dinner he had promised he would have with her for just the two of them. She tried to convince him that if he came she would take care of everything and all he would have to do was eat, but still, he said the snow and ice was too think to come anyway. When the call had ended, Amelia was very much disappointed, but then decided if he felt like he didn't want to come ot her house for dinner, that she would bring the dinner to him. Surely it would be the best surprise for him!

So, she made the dinner and happily drove through the ice and snow(which at this time was somewhat dangerous with the winter storm coming in). She finally made it to his house and knocked on the door. She didn't get an answer and so carefully walked in. After searching the down stair sand finding he wasn't there, she came to the conclusion he much be sleeping off the illness up stairs in his room. Only when she got upstairs, she heard soft noises coming from his room. Confused she walked into his room and when she saw broke her heart. James was in bed all right, but he wasn't alone. Dropping the food she had brought on the floor in shock, she saw him laying on top of a very well known cheerleader, both caught in the act. She didn't even give him time to try and explain. She sobbed and turned, running down the stairs and out of the house as fast as she could.

She had been so trusting. She had loved him with her all and never asking questions. She had thought he loved her too. And maybe he had at first. But it was clear to see this James was not the same James she had fallen in love with. The next day, she managed to catch him alone and confronted him. She had to know what he felt about her now. And as much as she wished he had said he had made a huge mistake and that the girl had seduced him, for the first time in a long time he spoke the cold hard truth to her. That she was pretty, but not pretty enough to be with him. That she wasn't popular enough, stupid, and worst of all that he didn't care about her anymore and had just been with her for the 'benefits'.

That day ended their relationship. James continued his carefree life of partying and sleeping with whoever he wanted to, while Amelia did her best to continue her hardworking school life, keeping her grades up and being the good girl she had always been. Only, her life didn't stay too calm for long. After being sick for a week straight, Amelia went to the doctor, only to find out news that turned her world upside down. She was pregnant. Confused on what she should do and scared about the whole situation, the first thing she did was try to call James. He completely ignored her phone calls and she refused to tell him this shocking news over voice mail. She continued to call and when she finally decided he wouldn't answer her calls, she tried to visit his house and even when he was home he wouldn't answer the door. He just thought her to be desperate and trying to get back with him and so he refused to have anything to do with her.

After many uncountable attempt to let him know what was going on, Amelia gave up on trying to get through to him. That day she decided she would just care for this baby on her own. And she really was on her own. James, though he had dated her for over a year, never learned about Amelia's past. She had always spoke about her 'family' but in reality that family had really been multiple Foster Homes. Her living in foster care for most of her life was what cause Amelia to strive in order to her best and be so responsible, and though it had made her a good person, she refused to give her baby up to the Foster system. She would just take care of it on her own.

She left the town she had been living in and transferred to a new college an hour's drive from her old one, staying in an apartment a few blocks from her new college. Months later, she gave birth to her child.

Years pass and Amelia graduated college the top student in her class. She becomes an elementary school teacher at a local school and strives to good for her child. She struggles to keep up with her bills, while not showing her stress in front of her child. She never wants him/her to see her dismay, not wishing to subject him/her to such worries and concerns. All she wants is for her child to be happy and does everything in her power to make sure that happens.

Only, her life is turned upside down once again when none other than James shows up at the school she teaches at(i have an idea to explain why he would be there so we shall discuss this). But, he soon realizes she's not the same naive and trusting Amelia he had fallen for in college. She's not one to trust so easily anymore, more so him. Yes he feels himself drawn to her now just as much as he had been when they first met freshman year in college. And when he finds out about the child that is undoubtedly his, he can't help but be taken back to his own life with his mother. Feeling guilt how he had all around turned into his father by not only cheating on Amelia, but also not taking care of his child when Amelia was clearly struggling to, he makes a promise to step up and become a better father than his own father had ever been, as well as to try and piece the broken and shielded girl's heart he had so easily and without care ripped apart years ago.

The only problem is Amelia is doing everything she can to keep the herself and the child away from James and keep life for she and her child the way its always been. Them against the world.
Anyways, please pm me if you are interested.
