"I'll take the bat." Cassie stated, taking the bat into her hands "When I was little my dad taught me how to swing on of these things." She took a practice swing with it and grinned before she sat back down, "He took me mini golfing once too but the club slipped right out of my hand and broke a window, so I think that is clear enough a sign for me to stay away from using those as a weapon." She joked and set the bat aside before going back to eating. She ate a couple of bites, thinking about what he had said on how he had survived this long and pursed her lips, "That's it? Just a bunch of traveling?" That sounded pretty uneventful to her, "No big attacks? Meeting other survivors? Just running around?" But, then again, what else should she had expected. All she had been doing to survive was hide in a plane and collect supplies when she needed them? Maybe the key to surviving this was to run and hide? it seemed to have worked with the two of them thus far anyway.

Taking another bite of her food, she shrugged, "I guess that does make sense. I survived by hiding, so traveling around to a lot of places shouldn't be any less efficient." She looked back up at him, a curious look coming to her face, "Am I the first person you've met in a while?" She had to admit she was curious about that. He could have met other people who maybe had died? Or maybe scavengers that didn't really want anything to do with other people. She sure hadn't seen any of those, but for all she knew he might have.
Name: Castiel but is often called Cassie by those who were close to her.

Age: 18

Race: Half Human-Half Lunairan

Bio: Castiel was born to a rather wealthy family and had a great young life. It was when she turned seven that things took a turn for the worst. Her father had worked for the government, creating robots that could fight enemies. These robots did well at first, fought in wars for the country so that none of their men had to. It made her father, and in turn her family, well known and even wealthier than before. But, because of his well liked status, when the aliens first become known to the public, her father was one of the first people to be attacked, as well as her mother. She was hidden away in a secret room of the house until the aliens had left when they were finished murdering her parents. It was the next day that her uncle, an old military buff, found her and stayed there with her, making sure she survived.

That year was the year everything went downhill for the humans. The robots her father had made for the government were soon of no use, as after just a few attacks of those robots, the aliens were able to learn their weaknesses and destroy the robots quickly. The aliens, on order to avoid loosing many of of their own they instead of killing the remaining humans directly, had a sickness spread throughout the planet and left temporarily on their ship, letting the disease take over and do their dirty work for them.

For years, her uncle kept them safe and hidden, and somehow he managed to not catch the disease for a long while. He would go out and gather supplies for them. For a long time he was doing well. But, it was when she was 14, that Cassie began to notice her uncle weakening. He was growing older, and thus had a more weaker immune system. Then, one day, after going out for supplies, her uncle came crawling back into their secret hide away, dying from sickness. Within the next few days, he suffered greatly. He realized the suffering would only grow and the disease would take much longer for him to die. He asked Cassie to shoot him and though she refused at first, she knew it was best for him and so, the fourteen year old innocent girl was forced to kill the last human she would ever be close to.

For the next few years, Cassie had somehow managed to keep herself alive since her uncle's death, and thanks to her being able to move fast and the fact she can out smart the remaining humans and savage animals, she has kept out of deaths grip. And now, ten years after the aliens came and with all other humans besides herself dead and gone, the aliens are returning.

Appearance:

Other: About a week after her uncles death, she felt she wasn't safe in her home anymore and left, finding an old airport. She stays there in one of the planes and feels safer there.
Okay no prob. :)

Sam smiled when he said he would see her later and nodded, looking to Cari, "Nice meeting you as well. I'll see you both later. Come by the shop anytime. You'll most likely find me there." With that, she walked out of the cafe and down the road, to her house that was just a couple streets up from the toy store. It wasn't a huge house, but it had enough room for she and a few more people if she would like. In fact, it was the house she lived in as a child before her parents had died. After their death it had pretty much remained untouched considering in her parents will it stated everything they owned belonged to her, yet legally she couldn't have any of it until she was eighteen and out of foster care.

Once she had turned eighteen, she had a lot of work to o as the house had been very dusty and run down in those years it had been just sitting there. But, in six monthes, she had it good as new, and though it held so many memories that were both joyful and painful to remember, she couldn't bare to leave the house, clinging to the last bit of her parents she had.

Once she was inside, she was quick to get ready for bed, getting a shower, brushing her teeth and hair, getting in her pajamas, and finally laying down in her bed. Though, she didn't fall asleep right away. She layed there for a long while, staring up at the ceiling and thinking about all that had happened that day, mainly about Jamie and his kids though. Finally, after a while of laying there, she managed to lose her eyes and fall asleep.

...

Sam groaned when the wail of her alarm clock rang through her bedroom. Turning over she pressed the button on it before she got up and with a yawn went to get ready for the rest of the day. She fixed her hair, got dressed, put on her shoes, and all the other daily morning routines. Once she was ready, she took her car to the bridal store to pick up some things for another photo shoot, only to find the shoot had been canceled due to the bride to be getting sick, leaving her morning wide open.

So, with nothing to do, she decided she would go to the toy shop and take stock and such a little more. So, she went to the store and walking in, began shelving things and humming to herself, taking care of a few costumers who would come in an out. But even that didn't take very long to do and by noon she was done with that, giving a sigh and leaning against the counter, thinking back to yesterday. It all had come to her mind quite a lot since she left and she couldn't help but smile, "Well, maybe today will be just as good as yesterday." She said to herself. Giving a soft laugh, she stood up straight and popped a piece of candy from the county into her mouth, going about her business, trying to keep herself busy.
