Anna glared at him when he finished speaking. There he went again with that attitude the made her feel like he thought she was inferior to him. She scoffed at his tone and looked at him with an annoyed expression on her face, the look in her bright blue eyes showing she was not pleased with the tone he took even speaking to her, "Well, Lexi , I don't know. Do I look like a threat to you. Because if you think so you might as well go ahead and rip my throat out, right?" She knew calling him that and smarting off to him like that wasnt the best thing to do, but it felt almost like he was threatening her and she couldn't help but at least try not to seem like some weak girl when in reality she was.

Connor watched what was going on between Natalie and the man who had come through the door, confused and slightly nervous. Especially when he heard the inhuman growl come from Natalie. He stood up now, noticing the way the man looked at her and rounded the other side of the table to stand in front of her, glaring at the man, not liking how uncomfortable he was making her, "Can I help you? Because if you're not a student here at tar university then you nerd to leave. Now."
Anna looked at him confused when he stated that they didn't save her, but his beta had. She somewhat recalled it. That warmth of him holding her close. Those soft golden eyes and rough yet sweet voice. Other than that and smuggling against him, she had no idea who this beta was. That is, until he walked in with a bowl of soup.

She blinked is disbelief, raising an eyebrow, "You? You're the one who saved me?" She wasn't sure how she felt about that. After all, he had been the one to try and stop her from searching for the wolves. The one who had acted as though she was there to do harm. The one who's yellow eyes had looked at her so menacingly when they first met. It was hard for her to believe those same eyes had looked at her so softly when saving her. Just like they were now. His eyes and voice were soft as he looked at her.

She gingerly picked up the bowel of soup, eyeing him both suspiciously and curiously, "So...you are the beta Lexi little Rin had came up to? The wolf that lead me to the pack? But I thought you didn't want me to find the wolves? After all, you told me they were dangerous." She said, taking a sip of the soup as she looked at him.
"Wolves?" Connor asked, looking at her in confusion, now unsure if it was true or not. After all, evolves chant been seen in Carson in over a hundred years. He figured maybe she was mistaken. She had been young at the time, a mere child. Maybe the murders had some sort of dogs with them. Maybe huskies, considering those dogs looked like wolves. He did believe her when she said they were killed. But by wolves? He was sure she was mistaken, though he didn't state it. He just nodded, "It must have been terrifying."
Annabella listened closely, and it all did indeed seem to make since. It explained why the the little girl had wolf ears and why the alpha wolf had been so protective over her. She frowned for a moment through and then looked up at the man and woman before her, "I understand. Most of it makes since. But....there is one thing that confuses me. If...if you all have been trying so hard to keep yourselves hidden from humans...then why allow me to come here? Wouldn't it have been smarter and safer to either kill me when you saw me, or just let me die in the snow instead of bringing me here?" She asked, looking at the alpha and his human mate, wondering slightly how these 'human mates' had even found the wolves. Had most of them just happened to come across them in the forests as she had, or had the wolves gone to the town in their human forms? Though, she supposed she could ask about that later. Right now, she just wanted to know why she was still alive is she could very well be a threat to them, especially with her attending the college that had, as she was told, killed some of their kind.

Conner smiled back when he saw that smile on her face and the look in her eyes, and chuckled, "Well that's a damn shame, isn't it? You would think more people would believe you. After all, you were there when it happened." He looked down at the scare and tilted his head to the side frowning, "That looks like a dog bite. Did the killers have a dog with them or something?" He asked, looking back to her, a confused look on his face. It wasn't much normal for murders to have dogs with him, though he supposed if they were attack dogs, then it might make sense.
Mirabella had been sitting beside the fire where the lunch for Ebeneezer and her father in law cooked, a book in hand, reading silently, when she heard a mad pounding at the door, and from the force of it, she knew just who it was even before the man behind it spoke. Enoch yelled angrily at the door, commanding she come out and speak with him. Her eyes grew wide and she quickly placed the book down, fear growing in her as she saw the door and the frame shake, the bolts in the bar vibrating. Surely the door wouldn't hold if the man kept that up. She wasn't sure what she should do. Ebeneezer was gone and she was home alone. If Enoch managed to break the bar, then who knew what he could do to her before anyone showed up. Mira stood against the wall beside the door, speaking loud enough for the man to hear, "There is nothing to speak about! Ebeneezer will be home soon, now get you gone or you will regret coming to this door!"

Yet, that only seemed to make the man madder. The door shook harder and Mira flinched with each beating of the door. Her fears grew more as she saw the wood in the bar begin to split and her frantic eyes began searching for something that would give her an idea of what to do. Maybe if she locked herself in one of the bedrooms? She nodded to herself and moved quickly to Ebeneezer's room, getting the key ring out of her dress. Only there were so many keys, she wasn't sure which went to what door yet. She started trying each one and when she was halfway through with the ring, she heard the nasty cracking of wood and just knew he had finally broken the bar.

She fearfully moved into the room and shut the door, though she found the right key a moment too late. She slipped it into the hole and was about to turn it when Enoch got to the door and threw it open. A loud yelp come from Mira as he grabbed her arm and jerked her out of the room, the force so strong that it caused her fall to the ground. She tried scrambling to her feet but he just hit her in the back with his foot and rolled her over pinning her down there. With one last chance at getting help, for she wasn't sure what Enoch would do to her at this time, she screamed as loud as she could before the man hit her hard enough to knock her unconscious, laying there motionless under him.
Annabella looked at the woman, a little confused and was even more confused as a man walked in. There was something very familiar about the man, especially his gold eyes and the color of his hair. It really reminded her of the wolf she had seen before the little girl had been laying on. But, she really didn't know what to think about that. After all, she was still coming to terms with the fact the little girl had wolf ears on her head. For a human to turn into a wolf and vise versa was...well it was far from strange. It was near impossible. And yet, right now that impossibility was indeed seeming very possible. She blinked in confusion, wrapping the blanket she had tighter around her, "T-thank you." She said when he welcomed her, then with an unsure look on her face, spoke up, "W....whats going on here? I don't understand. I feel like I'm going crazy. That child....the little girl. She had wolf ears...and you...." She said looking over at the alpha, "You were a wolf. Weren't you?" She didn't need him to answer, because she seemed to already know it was true, "How is that possible? How can a human turn into a wolf?"

Conner looked down for a moment, then back up at her, "A freak accident?" He thought for a moment. He had been here all of his life and was so sure he knew everything that had happened. And when she said that, he seemed to recall what she was talking about, "The....the Silver family. You were the daughter, weren't you? The one who survived. I heard about that, but never really heard the full story. People said it was an accident, so I never really asked about it." He shook his head, "If it was a murder then you would think the police would look more into it." He whispered, before looking back to her, "Well, screw what those people say. I believe you. It you say it wasn't an accident, then it wasn't."
Aurora wasn't sure how this situation was going to be for her. When she had first gotten the call that her father had fallen and gotten hurt she had been so worried. She didn't want to loose her father, the only living relative she had left. But thankfully, he was going to be alright. She had been informed not too long after she had arrived at the hospital that he was going to live and be close to normal again. But, in order to heal properly, they were sending him to a rehabilitation center for a few months. She hadn't been too worried about that, but it was when she got word that his bosses were planning on firing him because he couldn't work for those few months, she had frantically called them, trying to make a deal with them so her father would not loose his job. And, they did indeed come up with a solution. While her father was rehabilitating, Aurora would stay int he mansion and work for them there cleaning and such until her father grew well enough to get back to work cleaning the mansion himself.

It was why she was standing there now, a backpack on her back, standing at the door of the rather large mansion, an unsure and nervous look on her face. Biting her lip, she reached a hand up, knowing on the door softly and within moments an elderly woman answered the door, looking down at her, "We don't want to buy anything."

When the woman went to slam the door, Aurora quickly, put her hand on the door, "W-wait! I'm Aurora! Mourise's daughter!"

The woman opened the door back and though she didn't seem too happy about having a teenaged girl in the house nodded, "Ah. Yes. I was told you would be arriving today." She sighed and turned, waving her hand for her to follow, "Very well. Follow me. I shall show you your room. You are expected to begin work immediately." Aurora followed the woman up the stairs and placed her bag on her bed before being lead right back out and given many instructions on what to do. It was a lot of cleaning. Apparently her father had been the only one to clean the whole mansion. In fact, there were only three workers in the mansion, which she found surprising considering how big the place was.

Even though it was a lot of work, if it was to save her father's job, she would do it and do it to the best of her ability. She went to work right away, moving from room to room, cleaning as much as she could. There were many rooms and still when she got done with them they were all spotless. Finally she finished the last room and to her surprise, a few hours had passed and it was well into the night. She stood up and sighed in relief, putting her cleaning supplies away before trudging up the stairs, hoping to get to her room for some sleep.
Name: Aurora
Age: 17
Appearance:

Other: She has scars all over her arms(as seen in her pic) from where she used to cut herself as a younger teen(from the time she was 12 when her mother died until about two months prior to the rp). It became somewhat of an addiction to her and she is still struggling to get rid of the habit and currently struggles with trying to not relapse and cut herself again.
After she floated off from the spot the shot at, E.V.E. got serious and went down to business, scanning the area she thought would most likely have vegetation, but so far, was not having any luck what so ever. As always. She already knew form the moment she got to this planet it would be just like the others. Uninhabitable. Why did the humans still even try? But then again, she supposed she should be grateful the humans didn't give up, otherwise they would disable all of the Extraterrestrial Vegetation Evaluators, including her. Sighing, she floated back down to the ground and landed her feet on the dusty ground, looking around. She carefully walked about the earth, examining different things curiously, that is, until she thought she heard the patting of footsteps behind her.

In one swift motion she spun around and shot her ray, only to blink in surprise to see some fluffy creature. It barked and she jumped a little in surprise, almost losing the grip on her gun. Carefully she put her laser gun back into its holster and knelled down, reaching her hand out. The creature went over to her and sniffed her hand before happily running around her and licking her face. E.V.E giggled, falling back on her bottom, petting the over excited animal, only to hear another noise and instantly went back on defense mode. She turned and seeing a figure, shot a few time, missing. The creature jumped about to avoid being shot and she tapped her heels, floating in the air again before approaching it.

As the dust cleared, E.V.E saw what looked like her, though she knew very well this was not like her at all. She was based after humans, so this life form must have been a human. Obviously male from his appearance if she was correct. She floated there in front of him and with her laser gun still pointed at his head, she spoke, a stern and not too kind look on her face, “Eduzi? Dirigée? Nakadirekta? Directed?” Seeing him perk up at the last word, and thinking he understood it, she took to that language, defining it as English, “Directed? What are your directions?” She asked, pressing the barrel of her gun to his forehead, just in case, “What is your mission here on this planet?”
Anna thought she was done for. That she would die out there in the snow freezing and alone. But as she layed there, she heard footsteps and was picked up by someone. The person was very warm and she couldn't help but snuggle up to him. When the person spoke in a voice that was rusty yet sounded comforting to her, putting a jacket around her, she looked up into golden looking eyes, but didn't look at anything else before the wind began blowing harder, forcing her to bury her face against his neck again and I was there that she fell asleep, still weak from the cold.
...
When Anna woke again, it was a few hours later and in the middle of the night. She was so confused as to where she was and sat up, sitting on the edge of the bed, still a little too weak to stand up. She looked about worriedly, trying to see if who had brought her there was there now.
"Visiting their graves?" He asked, a frown upon his face as he looked over at her, pausing in his sketching for now, setting his pencil down before continuing to speak,"I...I'm sorry to hear about that. I lost my older sister a few years ago. I know how hard it is to move on from such a huge loss like that." Shaking his head he looked back at her, giving her a gentle smile, "I'm sure it will be okay though. It's good to have closure like that."
"Music? That's awesome. I like music as well. Honestly, if not for my love of art, I would have chosen it as my major." He nodded at her explanation of why she loved music so much. How it always helped her with her angerment issues, "I know how that is. Art is that way for me. I went through a, sort of a depression I guess, when I was sixteen. Art is the one thing though that kept me together. I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have my artwork." He looked up and smiled at her. That expression on her face was so adorable. It made him grin all the more. Chuckling, he looked back down at his artwork after a moment and spoke, "So, about that trip you mentioned. Where are you going?"

Annabella ran, the skies growing dark as night time came in, but all too soon, a snow storm began to blow, and the snow began to fall heavily, to the point where she couldn't even see five feet in front of her. She shivered, looking about nervously, her long blonde hair blowing about wildly, "No...no, no, no." She whispered, shaking her head, because she knew she was lost. Picking a random direction, she began to move that way, her speed getting slower and slowly until finally she had to stop, her body numb, and fell to her knees, curling up there like that, trembling and shivering. She felt horrible. She had wanted to help that little girl, to help the wolves, but now she wouldn't be able to. She couldn't even help herself right now. Wrapping her arms around herself, she sat there on her knees for another few moment before even they gave out and she layed there in the snow, so sure she wouldn't make it to see the next morning.
