When Anna heard foot steps following her quickly out of the building, she was about to quicken her pace when her next door neighbor spoke to her, asking her if she needed a ride. She stopped walking and turned slightly, looking at him for a quick moment, her blond hair slightly hanging in her face, before she nervously glanced at her watch. She was indeed a few minutes late. Now she was torn. She could walk and likely get to her class late, which she really hated to do, or accept the ride from a boy she barely even knew and risk something slipping out that she definitely didn't want slipping. She shifted her weight nervously again from one foot to the other before she carefully nodded, "Okay." She knew this was a bad idea. A really bad idea. But it was just simple a car ride. How bad could it be?

She followed him a few paces behind, walking over to his car. It was an older car, but definitely a classic she had to admit. It was a nice car. She silently opened up the door to the passenger side and climbed on, the same worried look on her face as she refused to look at him. What if something happened? What if her powers, for any reason, got out of control while she was with him in this car? She had purposely avoided people, especially him, for such reasons. He reminded her too much of her past. Too much of Danny. Danny had been a lot like Tucker. Smiling. Always happy and cracking jokes. She had loved that about Danny. And being around someone who acted as Danny had wasn't helping to conceal her powers at all.

She buckled up and placed her backpack in her lap, her medium length straight blonde hair acting as a curtain between she and the boy in the drivers seat, as if she were trying to hide from him. Well, technically she was trying to hide from him, but surely he didn't know that. She bit down on her bottom lip as the car roared to life when he turned the key in the ignition and glanced out the car window, her body tense and unsure about what she had just agreed to.
Okay cool :) I posted.
Anna nodded when he agreed to call her Anna instead of Mira. She had halfway expected him to disagree with her, but was glad he hadn't. As much as she didn't want to admit it, she was still unstable. Shaken up by the events that had taken place just hours earlier. Any little thing that angered or upset her could start that fiasco all over again. She didn't want it to happen again. She didn't enjoy hurting or killing people. But there was a chance it could happen. And more so, she worried this time Vincent might be among the victims if he got too close to her during another attack. She would never be able to live with herself if that happened. It had been hard enough thinking he had been killed because a group of brats hated her, but to kill him herself? She wouldn't be able to bare the thought of it.

Anna laughed softly when he mimicked his cracking voice from when the two had been in choir a couple of years back. She nodded in agreement, her mind sudden;y brought back to the video they had played overhead at the prom. The video of her in the shower, believing she was bleeding to death when in reality it had just been the period no one had ever bothered o tell her about. She nodded slightly, seeming slightly out of it for a moment, the colors on his shirt fading slowly to that red color again, things in the room trembling, reading to be thrust into the air again, "Yeah. Puberty was harsh." She said quietly, very close to having another meltdown.

When she felt Vincent pressing kisses on her skin again though, she took a shaky breath, calming down once more, the colors of his shirt shifting back to that same calming tone. She sighed softly and cuddled up closer to him, burying her face against his neck, relieved when he said he wasn't going anywhere. He was the only person she had now and if he decided that he didn't want to be with her anymore and that he wanted to leave her, she would be alone. She didn't want to be alone. The thought of being all be herself, with no one to turn to and on top that living with these powers, scared her. She was frightened of herself. But, she was sure that as long as her Vincent was here with her, she would be fine. She wouldn't be alone and she would be safe.

She breathed in his scent as she buried her face against him once more, only to look back up at him to ask where exactly they were. She sat up from where they lay, a slightly confused look on her face, "To be very honest...I'm not all too sure. I just kind of picked a direction and started driving. I was kind of out of it at the time as you can imagine." But then again, he didn't seem to remember what happened a the prom, and he hadn't been there when she had killed her mother, so maybe even he couldn't imagine what she had been feeling at that time. She frowned and standing up, getting out of the bed, she walked over, searching through the drawers of different things int he hotel room for any kind of identification of where they could possible be.

Finally, opening the drawer in one of the dressers, she pulled out a phone book, looking at the city it was from, "We're in Montrero. I guess that means I drove about..." She paused, calculating it in her head for a moment before she nodded to herself, "About six hours." She had left the flaming house at ten thirty, meaning she didn't get here until four thirty in the morning. Turning her head slightly she looked at the clock and saw it read six. She hadn't slept long then obviously, and yet, with all of the events that had happened, she wasn't all that tired.

Walking back over to the bed, she flopped down onto it, a frown on her face as she looked over at him, "Vince....do you really...do you really not remember anything that happened after we were called up onto the stage?"
Hey Im heading to bed. Its only 10 here but staying up so late last night has made me exhausted. Night. I'll post in the morning.

Anna was getting a little aggravated. The elevator was taking so long to come up to the floor and she was never a very patient person. She shifted her weight from one side to the other and in fixing the strap of her backpack suddenly couldn't remember if she had placed her essay for her college language arts class in her back pack or not. Turning slightly without taking her backpack fully off, she unzipped it and began rummaging through her and just as she sighed in relief, pulling the essay out to make sure all the pages were there, when a very loud and overly excited voice spoke right next to her, scaring her and making her jump and drop her papers, the lights above flickering ever so slightly but thankfully not busting. She took a deep breath and nervously bent down to pick up her papers, looking up at him, her voice quiet and shy as usual, a nervousness to her posture at him speaking to her, as she always was when he or anyone else attempted a conversation with her, "I-I'm fine I suppose...."

Once she had all the papers in hand, she put them in order and in a neat stack, placing them in to her backpack just as the elevator dinged and the metal doors slid open. She moved shyly into the elevator, brushing a stray strand of blond hair from her face as he entered the elevator with her. He was always so happy. How couldn't someone just be that over joyed all the time? It seemed so against nature. Or maybe that was just her. She glanced over at him for a moment, studying his happy features, as well as his handsome face, not even realizing she was staring at him until his eyes met hers for a split second, making her quickly avert her gaze to look straight ahead of her, that same all nervous look coming to her face once more.

She was more than relieved when the elevator dinged, signaling they were on the 1st floor. She quickly made her way out of the elevator, keeping her head down as she walked. It was a good thirty minute walk to the college and the slow elevator had already made her a few minutes off schedule. She quickened her pace a little as she walked out of the building and moved to walk down the sidewalk, going in the direction of the university.

Everything was like a whirlwind around Mira. Things broke and smashed, flying through the air by her levitation only to be thrown and shattered. It was much like that night at the prom, only on a much smaller scale. She cried there, bent over, her hands clawing at the dirt under her, and with the intensity of her powers building, her ghost self as physically able to touch the dirt under her fingers. She screamed more, the energy building all around them that she was so sure this boy in front of her, the one who held her necklace, would be the next to fall victim to her overwhelming powers. That is, until the boy suddenly yelled for her to stop so loudly even she could hear the comand over the loud roar of the wind and breaking of different objects around them.

The command he gave for her stop echoed and it was like a huge gust of wind smacked into her, making her fall backward as the commotion around her stopped instantly. She laid there stunned for a long moment, wondering what in the world had just happened to her. Carefully and slowly lifting herself up out of the mud, she winced. It hurt. Being hit by that gust of wind had physically hurt her. But if she was ghost how could something hurt her? She knew the answer before the thought was even finished in her mind. She eyed the necklace in his hand. Her coming back was obviously connected to that necklace. Maybe her powers were connected to it as well. Her powers did work in strange ways. Maybe the holder of that necklace, also held her powers, and even more so, her will, in his or her hands. So, that hadn't been a gust of wind at all. It had been her own powers being used against her.

Mira now glared at the boy and with a sudden snarl upon her pretty face, the image of her there flickered and in a instant was standing in front of him. Her hand going to snatch for the necklace. Only her hand went right through it. She yelled out in frustration, things beginning to move through the air again as she drew her hand back, her long nails ready to come down and slash at him.

So idea. With him having the necklace and the necklace being what keeps her there as well as holds her powers, what if as long as he has the necklace, whatever commands he gives her she is forced by her own powers to follow?
