@Stekkmen you don't need to keep any of the original text after the colon in the sheet. That is merely explanatory. And if he is normal he has no Red Sky Traits (you can add his tic on others, appearance or even in psychological profile). I'll analyze your character tomorrow.

[code][/code] tags.If I am correct, pheromones don't produce such permanent effect. They're different compared to mental control, they induce a state, it means that you will not inducing random ideas to people. You can make people agree with you or induce effects like calm or aggression, all because they are influenced by pheromones. And yes, continuous exposure to pheromones can change something in someone's subconscious. But again, we not talking about two or three meetings. Now, direct mental control by voice or mental induction are about implanting ideas in the subconscious (pheromones). I think that you're aiming to another mind control variation.

The virus can kill you, turn you into divergent or ace. But there's a small portion of divergents—called for now just ace-divergents—that has ace powers (most of divergents have no to little powers) and obvious deformities.

Sorry, Knowing how to fly a plane and helicopter is the result of being rich, playing some videogame, and thinking "I should do this IRL", not being a marine.
Now I'm more confused.
You need at least to have 18 years to fly planes (in any flight school) and your character spent 7 years (although you can learn while off duty) as marine... Also the time is 1997... I can't say that we have high tech videogames about flying—although that can serve as inspiration for classes (movies can work as inspiration but still, you don't learn how to use a plane "watching" 007). You still need to explain me the red eyes. Is something related to his powers? People need to look at his eyes? Every time he tries to mind control someone his eyes turn red? I don't want random mutations just because is cool. Also, can you provide why you character is on the army? If he is rich... why? I'm just trying to make sense to the stuff writen.
I don't want to sound like an "evil GM" but can you rework your CS taking note that there's no reason to your power work better in divergents or worst in aces (plus all the questions raised)? I don't know if I can accept him as he is now.

Just random information to everyone: the virus don't infect everyone, there's no need to kill everyone in the relationship chain. And any faction/gang is "new" to the universe. Nothing world-famous.

@Jozarin, I don't understand is why the mind control is weakened against aces or strong against divergents. There's no innate mental control in the mind of an ace, let alone a door wide open the mind of a divergent. There is no biological factor that dictates this. There's a lot of mind control powers. An example is suggestion, imagine a master in neuro-linguistic programming using his speech to control masses; in the second, the body produces pheromones that causes anyone who inhales them to instantly like you or even induce another mental state. They will like you and whatever you speak will correct opinion. Furthermore, they will find themselves agreeing with you as if every word you says becomes the most logical and sensible thing they've ever heard. The problem that this ability theoretically only work while they are induced and you're within the immediate vicinity; and the third is telepathic suggestion. You enter on someone's mind and implants the idea. In the second case simply avoid contact with the pheromone while the third would need training to "block" the ideas (the same way as someone trying to read your mind.). What I'm trying to say is that not everyone is alert "to something", without a resistance training an ace is as vulnerable as a human.
About your character, why a marine would know how to fly a plane and helicopter? To be honest, I do not see how to serve as Marine and learn to fly aircraft and helicopter at the same time (mostly plane, I don't know U.S military system, but still). Why he has red eyes? Related to his powers? Can you elaborate more your background? The first red sky crisis was in New York; since your character was in "mission" I imagine he's somewhere else? There will be others "red sky days" around the world (but no concurrent to the first). Related to this, for now, there's no problems, the RP will begun "a few months later" we can figure out things.
