Also, can't believe I'm saying this, I used google maps and google earth to look around the area. I believe I picked a slightly bad place to put them. Against Walkers it's fine, but against people ehhh not so great.
btw Alex has three siblings in the group. An older one as mentioned in the IC Ollie. He is 24 and was a pro baseball player. Also two younger siblings. Sadie who is 12 and Micky(real name Mitch) who is 8. I'll do more details on them later. Those are the only NPC's that I specifically need to have at San Clemente. Anything else is open to whoever wants to do whatever.
Just outside of San Clemente High School in a sniper's den which is well concealed by large rocks and some foliage, Alex is holding the Hunting rifle looking down the scope and checking the fence. Pretty clear. The clean-up crew this month was doing very well. Maybe whoever got chosen this month would choose the same people. Alex didn't care where he got put as long as there was some solitude involved.

As he was about ready to pack up and head back to the gate his walkie squawked to life, "Hey Alex. Meetings about to happen soon. Did you remember to put your vote in this month." Alex detached his walkie from his belt and pulled it up in front of himself to respond, "Nah. You know it don't matter to me. I always vote for you anyway, Ollie." Alex always voted for Ollie. Why wouldn't he. Ollie knew how to lead a group of people, he was trustworthy, he was fun to laugh at, and last but not least he was his older brother.

"You know I'm getting tired of that excuse. A couple of the others are too. They think you don't take the system seriously." With that Alex grabbed the rifle, his backpack, and the binoculars and left the small perch, "Don't worry about it. Hey tell Dave that I'm approaching the gate. He's way to jumpy. I don't wanna risk getting shot." Alex turned his walkie off and walked the rest of the way down the hill and picked up a slight jog when he got close to the gate, "Hey. It's me. Guard Tower A Cycle 3 reporting back. Under his breath I seriously hope I'm not under Jefferson again." The gate swings open in front of Alex and he rushes to the supply room and drops off the binoculars and rifle, then makes his way to the cafeteria for the meeting. By the time he arrived they had already started counting the votes for the month. Out of the corner of his eye he saw Erin, wait or was it Clara, whatever. Either way he decided he might as well congratulate her for the good work she did this month. He always hated running into stragglers on his way back from the perch. He walked over and sat beside her, "Hey good work this month. Hopefully whoever is in charge of clean-up chooses you for their crew. I heard you got the most kills this month."

A) I wasn't talking to you
B) I definitely watched the show, not read the comics or the novels so I don't know who Clem was. In the television program Carl started out nine I believe, and only shot zombie Shane because he was going to kill Rick. During which event he did recoil how he should have. He was traumatized. This was also the second season, so he'd already developed a bit.
C) *Granted

In response to A. It is a group roleplay so everyone is involved in everything which happens.

In response to B. In the comics he started at 7. Killed a non-walker Shane. A few strips later killed a child his age and grieved, but specifically stated he didn't regret his actions and still did much more.

In response to C. Guaranteed not granted. Space bar doesn't always like to work on my computer. Also no need to be rude. This is a game and we all want to have fun. You can be kind and tell people something is wrong.

So I hate to be the fun police here, but someone's gotta say it. Walking Dead is a someone practical and realistic zombie survival show. Ten year olds don't swing bats hard enough to break things. Nor are they tall enough to reach. To be totally honest here, Camy is barely big enough to run away from a couple walkers, let alone smash their skulls in. It's really not that realistic or practical.

I'm with you on keeping it realistic but remember. In the comics Carl started out 7, and also killed Shane really early on. Guaranteedit was with a gun, but I'm just saying we don't know what happened with her the whole time period from the start of the apocalypse to now. In Telltale's the walking dead Clem at the age of ten(? somewhere around there) used a baseball bat to smash the skull of the guard in. She also dragged Lee's limp body into a store with walkers all around them.

You hate me don't you. :(
@josephbAbout where do you say they are on the road.

@BelleIs she in San Clemente or no?

@Aintitfun1997Same question about her.
@josephb@ViolentVioletI picked something close so that it was reasonable for the Dana Point survivors to get there semi quickly. And yes they have a system set specifically for a horde and for human attackers.
@Demonic Angel Would they probably be most trusted for defense, supply runs, or walker clean-up?
@ViolentViolet We can work together to make all the other NPC's for the group if no one else decides they want their main characters to start there.
