Does the Republic of Mandelore control wayland? If so we're fucked

Yes, Wayland is in GRM control and is a Fortress World serving as a Hostile-Climate Training Center for the Clone Armies of the GRM. Something to keep in mind, however, is that beyond 19BBY things no longer line up, and much of what is canon will simply not happen. So, this means that Palpatine never established any form of presence there in terms of research bases.

Nope, just active in doing what I can to answer questions.

He worked willingly with Darth sidious.Oke but still can I remake my request for empire of the hand. Because it is a problem there unkown reaches are not on the map.

He worked willingly with Chancellor Palpatine, as did many other Jedi and otherwise good people =P

As for playing the Empire of the Hand, it makes no difference to me, it's your choice, but ultimately it is up to Sigma to say yes or no to the request.

1) http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Emperor%27s_Citadel cloning shenenigans.2) Why would Tarkin somone who has been loyal to dark sidious before the clone wars join an jedi mandelorian army.Since he clearly had bad feelings for the jedi

He didn't always have bad feelings for the Jedi, as he notably served with several during the Clone Wars, and came to respect a few of them. This was mainly because he was a man of action, and respected those Jedi who acted, rather than debated, a trait that the Jedi of the Ninth shared.
Yes, Tarkin is in my faction, I just have yet to actually get around to detailing HOW it is that he is there besides having commanded elements of the Ninth Systems Army. With Thrawn, I think that would larger depend on whether or no someone wants to play as the Chiss and introduce him.

As for the Emperor Reborn, I believe much of the cloning shenanigans started well into the reign of the Empire, but that's really a Sigma question.

Bless the star wars wiki.I discovered that in the Seswana sector is the home Sector to the Tarkin Familiy. Guesing he would be killed with the emperor.Means I now have sole acces to the interdictor star destroyer design. I suppose I mean the cruiser not yet the interdictor class star destroyerAlso the emperor died months after the galactic empire. But his rebirth tower on Byrs was constructed immeditaly. Will he return or ?

Well, actually, Tarkin was commander of the 18th Sector Army, which was part of the Ninth System Army. I have yet to decide what actually happens with Tarkin during the rise of the GRM, though there's no reason to say we can't both have the Interdictor =D
I am making edits on my faction as well, mostly in terms of defining some Civilian Assets.
Been busy with work and some other commitments of late, so not much has progressed beyond my work on the CS.

I think this is true. They're not a part of China, just heavily influenced by them. Either way, I don't think a rebellion to get out of the Chinese sphere of influence would go very well. Not to mention that, given how much support they get from the Comintern, I doubt they'd want to get out of it and go back to being on their own in a region almost completely dominated by China and the Comintern. A rebellion in South Korea might make a bit more sense, but you'd still be in a bad spot. Because in the end, even if you somehow succeed, you'll be sitting between China and the Comintern, and the Japanese Empire.

Apologies if this is answered in the Lore Summaries, but what exactly is the Comintern, and why is Korea so tied into it?

Lets face it though, North Korea would have very little to do. They are kind of beholden to the Chinese. Maybe not de-jure, but certainly de-facto.

I was under the impression from the lore summaries that North Korea was already independent, albeit in pacts and economic treaties with the Chinese. Granted, there really isn't much about the Koreas in the lore summaries, so I'm kind of working with what I'm being presented here.
