I can definitely see Alex and Jack becoming good friends later down the road. And sorry my post was a little on the short side. Promise to make it longer next time around. I just wasn't sure how much i could do without overstepping the power-playing rule. hehe ^^;

EDIT: I guess my net won't be shut off until the 29th if not paid, so looks like I'll be here uninterrupted until the end of the month. :D

Operation: X-Men

Amid everything that was going on from Will’s attack, which caused an earthquake, to Helena giving the order to either Alex or Jack, the Canadian just couldn’t help but look over towards Alex’s direction. Jack couldn’t tell exactly what was being said, being a bit away from Alex, but when it was all said and done, Jack witnessed a few things. The first was Alex looking down at the ground, at what it looked to be something charred. Jack remembered that Alex went ape-shit with his powers. Maybe it was form the lightning that hit one of the guys from the enemy group. In either case, next came Alex utilized his Weather Manipulation ability to grant high winds and storm clouds, and lightning. The lightning pretty much went into the ground, It was followed by a scream from Alex.

Jack didn’t know what to do, but he knew that he would at least get that cellphone that Helena told either him or Alex to get. So, using his ice powers, he used it to create a slide of sorts beneath his feet, and he slid right behind the dude who had the phone. With a simple motion of his hand raising, Jack shot darts of ice through the phone, and instantly it exploded in the man’s hands. The guy was surprised as all hell. Jack then used the ice slide again to go over to Alex. He felt so bad for him. He didn’t know what to do, but he knew what his orders.

Jack looked around, hoping to locate exactly where Helena was, but it seemed that she already got the hell out of dodge. As Jack continued to remember, he did see her fly off with Will. Yeah, now it’s coming back to him. Jack did see that Will was in pretty bad shape, so it’s no wonder that Helena went on home ahead of everyone else. “I hope they made it home safely.” Jack said as he looked around, and he fixated his sight on Alex.

Running towards Alex, Jack looked down and he kneeled down to one knee. He put one of his hands(the right one) on Alex’s left shoulder. “C’mon Alex, let’s go get X and head home.” Jack said hoping that the notion of going home would help Alex come to.

Nazo’s attack was fast, powerful, and it failed. Dammit, it failed and Nazo only had a few seconds in-between the time that his attack was launched, to the initial contact with Seisui’s blade right up until the part that the Mayonaka had launched a counter-attack and boy wasn’t a freaking close call. Nazo didn’t know how he would, but in the motions that followed, he found himself only being able to escape certain death. He would be able to, somehow, twist his body as Seisui’s blade came in at his heart. The god’s of fate were with Nazo this time, but how many lucky breaks can he get? In any case, he was able to just walk away with a mildly threatening cut on his back as he had positioned his body to such that the sharp edge of Seisui’s blade would slide against his back, but that wasn’t a perdiciment that Nazo would prefer to find himself in.

Nazo knew that this battle would start getting super serious just cause of the lengths that these two are going. Nazo actually using one of his chakra-based attacks, and Seisui resorting to whatever he did. “You know, you’re really good, Seisui of clan Mayonaka. It’s too bad that you’re going to lose this fight. I would much rather win and have you alive so I can fight you another day.” Nazo said as he, with his free hand, took off his shirt, leaving his upper-body bare. As seen by anyone with eyes, scars all over his body could be seen. The years he had been fighting have been shown and imprinted into his body. “I think we should take off the kiddy gloves, what say you, Mayonaka, Seisui?” Nazo said as he took his Iaido stance, preparing the ultimate stance for whatever Seisui had to throw at him.

Well it can still go off, but I'm just happy it hasn't yet. ^^ Btw, will be posting tonight for sure. :3
