OOC: When Nazo talks, I was kind of going for a Joker-esque tone. Like how Joker talks when he stretches out certain words and pronunciation.

IC:

Through his eyes, Nazo saw a lot of things. Through his hands, he felt a lot of things, and yes through his body, he understood a lot of things. This is exactly what caused some weird sensation within Nazo to awaken. It couldn’t had happened at a more bizarre time. With the blood on his back very gradually being dripped out of his body, Nazo also would have another minor cut to add to that one. This would happen through Nazo’s own underestimation of his opponent. He didn’t think to calculate the factor that before the first slash of his multiple-slashing attack, Seisui would already make contact with his sword and the next few slashes would prove to be ineffective. Furthermore, the clash had begun.

This clashing of blades was fierce, this clashing of blades was elegant, and this clashing of the blades was exactly how any great duel should have. As Nazo’s blade came down, Seisui’s came up and disrupted chakra flow throughout the Yagami’s sword. The moments in-between Nazo recovering was filled in with Seisui slashing towards Nazo’s sword arm and proceeding to aim at his chest(above his hip). Nazo caught it slightly ahead of the planned attack, though he did take some slight cutting damage.

The slash took a slight slide on the back end of Nazo’s sword arm, specifically his hand. Now in the seconds that had happened, Nazo twisted his body in counterclockwise motion, dashed away, and his tactics changed drastically. A simple change in his attitude forged a slight evasive side to Nazo. Because of this, he distances himself away from Seisui. It only took seconds cause, as most would know, Nazo is incredibly fast. How he dashes away seems more like flashes. Well, more like blurs, but one would get the gist of it.

“Seisui of Clan Mayonaka, you have awoken something inside me. You have my deepest thanks.” Nazo’s words were vague, yet clear. A bravado of stretched punctuation is how Nazo spoke. He seemed eccentric in some ways. He was now reverting back to the style that has earned him the nickname Enigma of the Yagami. “Heehah, your turn again, Seisui of the clan Mayonaka.” Nazo was actually grinning as he swooned his body to the side. The distance between them was roughly ten feet.

There was a lot of shit going down from the time that Nazo had started his shift at his job to what could only be described as some type of invasion. Or a revolt. Nazo really couldn't make heads or tails of it. .Nazo definitely didn’t want to be caught in the middle of that. He was what some would call a neutral party in this war between the Empire and the so-called Rebels. He didn’t want to get involved unless he felt that either side would affect the way he lived his life.

Nazo didn’t feel like just cause there was an invasion-type of deal currently happening that he had to go out of his way to actually defend the Leaf. Granted, he loves the hell out of his home, but he didn’t want to be one of those guys that attack, attack, attack. Besides, he’s a planner, and he already knew there were some pretty wonderful shinobi in the village. Another reason why he chose to go to the bunkers and not fight was cause he feared someone would recognize his style. He has a very unique skill set that anyone with half of a brain would be able to tell that Nazo is of the Yagami Clan. He really doesn’t want that to be known to the public given that there very well may be another member from his Clan here in the village. Let’s just say that Nazo doesn’t want to encounter this maniac.So, Nazo chose to take shelter in the bunkers. He knew it would help him keep his identity hidden and even more important, he would be able to stay out of the cross-hairs of whoever it was that started the shit that is going down. It isn’t the most honorable choice, but Nazo knew that in the long run, it would eventually be the smartest plan for a man of his nature.

I know I said I would post today, but I got so busy with other stuff. I can't promise anything, but I'll try my best to get a post in as soon as I can.

Nazo, the Enigma of the Yagami Clan, and Seisui, the Tranquil Lotus of the Mayonaka Clan — they both take a stance; they both ready for the start of the conclusion of the fight they have entered. Nazo is in the classic Iaido Stance. This is a stance that is both traditional as it is deadly. It is among one of the most revered and common stances a samurai can take. In the hands of a novice, it’s nothing, but with a master, it’s better than having unlimited chakra and techniques. For Nazo, it is the stance he uses when he is ready to end fights. It’s been so long since he has used it so many times in one battle. For Seisui, Nazo had noticed a shift in his stance. From what he could gather, the Mayonaka uttered the words Core Lotus. Nazo could decipher that this stance must be the grand-daddy of his style. Which means that Seisui is taking heed to what Nazo said about the kiddie gloves coming off. Nazo smiles at this realization.

With his Iaido stance in full effect, Nazo stands ready for what Seisui had to offer and boy did he offer something good. From in front of him, Nazo saw Seisui dashing towards him. In the seconds that followed, Nazo was already planning a counterattack. It would first be defensive, but eventually the force poured into this attack would be offensive, should it be successful, that is. This attack that Nazo used was one of his favorite defensive techs. ”Sanga Zanshu(Beheading of a Thousand Snakes)” Nazo said as Seisui’s blade came in. The seconds that elapsed from the Mayonaka’s initial dash to the point of contact between his and Nazo’s blade allowed the Yagami to flow his chakra into his blade and as he rushed it out of his scabbard, he slashed in all directions. This included horizontal, vertical, diagonal , and any other kind of direction. The result was multiple chakra sicles being thrown at Seisui’s blade. Eventually, the process would back off Seisui, but who know what Seisui would do in respond to this.
