The villain scratched his neck. He cocked his head and stared at Nensu, eyeing the injury he had caused on her. He tried to move, but before he did Midoriya had jumped towards him.
"GET AWAY FROM HER!"
Midoriya flailed his fist at him, using One for All on the arm. It was the first time using it at a human being, and he didn't know if he'd control himself this time- but he had no time to worry. His friend was in danger.
"SMAAAASH-"
A wall of dark flesh appeared in front of him. His fist hit the giant villain, and a great amount of dust rose as the impact wave traveled through the air. When the dust settled, Midoriya's arm was fine, and the villain was still standing.
"A fan of All Might, huh? Too bad we have a plan to kill him."

Hiems didn't look at Yaoyorozu's direction until he was sure she was wearing something to hide her top before she could make her costume again. He crawled out of the material and stretched his arms, letting out a wide yawn as he looked around.
"Well, I guess we're fine. Except Kaminari. He's.... yeah."

The man with lots of hands attached to his body turned to Midoriya's direction after realizing that All Might won't be coming any time soon.
"Then, just to lower his moral a bit..."
After a moment he appeared in front of the students, his hands reaching for Asui and Midoriya's face.

Hiems turned around as soon as he saw Yaoyorozu's back bulge. He knew something was coming, and as expected, a thick layer of insulated material popped out of her back, ripping her costume open, and covered the students except for Kaminari. In the small space formed under the material Hiems turned away from Yoyorozu before anything else. Meanwhile in the outside, Kaminari surged electricity at his max strength. When Hiems lifted the material, in attempt to escape the awkward situation as fast as he can, he saw that Kaminari had solved the whole situation rather quickly... and turned dumb as a side effect of using his quirk over his limits.
"That's nice."

Midoroya and the others safely crossed on the ice structure before the villains could bring them down. When they met dry land Nensu brought down the structure, taking the villains by surprise, and caught them in the middle of the water by freezing the surface with her quirk. Midoriya gaped at the pue power of Nensu's quirk.
"That's harsh..."
Mineta commented. Meanwhile, Aizawa had cleared most of the villains and decided to take on one of the three standing in the distance. He seemed to put up a fight, all fine, until the big one moved with unbelievable speed and smashed his face to the floor. Pieces of concrete flew as the hero's face was planted to the cold ground.

"Not much of a long story."
Hiems kicked a villain in the face and threw his knocked out body at another one charging at him.
"I wanted to be a hero just like you and I moved over to here. Then I entered UA."
He looked around at the area. The number of villains had surely decreased, thanks to the students putting up a good fight. Hiems himself had quite an amount of fight left inside him.

"Alright, everyone by the ice! Thanks, Todoroki-san!"
Midoriya said. He let the two classmates pass first and followed behind them. He kept on glancing worriedly at Nensu as he slided down the slope of ice, making sure she was doing fine. He trusted her, yes-but you never know. Midoriya wasn't sure if he could control One for All enough to knock Nensu out safely, or if Asui could hold her long enough to get help.
"Taking the easy way out, huh?!"
The villain who sliced the boat now clawed at the ice ramp, taking a noticable chunk of ice off it. Midoriya gulped and wished the structure would remain as he ran on it. He could see other villains gathering around the structure, hitting at it to bring it down with the students on it.

For your interest Hiems isn't dominating the villains like an average anime protagonist.
Think of something like lazily flailing and stretching your limbs around to hit people speeded up a lot. That'll fit the scene a bit more.

Can we just make a deal with Loma where she disappears with Mineta as a sacrifice

Midoriya nodded. He could think of a possible escape plan, but... could they try? Midoriya glanced into the water, and at Nensu. Would she be able to keep Loma under control?
"GET OVER HERE, YOU DAMN KIDS!"
A villain used his quirk to create a claw out of water and slashed at the boat. The vehicle was cut clean in half and started to sink, its body tilting towards each other. The students had no time to wonder any longer. Midoriya decided to trust Nensu.
"Todoroki-san! This might be the timing to create an ice bridge for a way out!"
He said. If fhey were fast enough the villains would never get them, and they'd be away before anything goes wrong.

'Amateurs.' Hiems thought. Villains were sent to the ground with each punch. In the heat of battle Hiems dashed around the crowd of villains as he smashed them with all four of his limbs flying around. He kicked, punched, and smacked villains down to the ground, knocking out one after another. Any attempts to attack him through the layer of armor, which were far from thoughtful methods, were blocked and even countered as ice grew over the poor villain's arm, followed by a fist covered with extra cold ice landing on their face.
