Modified Mizuki's ability to make it clear he is unable to negate all of someone's power by touching only the manifestation, and that will only negate the manifestation instead.
Edit: Also, added that all healing powers would be negated so the original idea for his flaw would work again.

But again, there was no detail ICLY leading up to the fact that it was possible in the RP. No one knew of the eye being prosthetic or of an electronic signal between the eye and the pen. You literally took the information you learned from the OOC and immediately applied it to your character as his "plan". Metagaming at its finest, even if you didn't realize thats what you were doing. WE know it was possible, but its bizarre that he suddenly had this grand epiphany in the heat of battle. He just randomly had the idea to break his pen? I don't buy it. And besides, why would you even want to do that? It kinda killjoys the action when you can simply break a pen and nullify the entire challenge. And it doesn't make sense that someone like Edmund would be able to think like that. He isn't that type of character.

I'm not mad or anything, but sorry, I'm still gonna have to say no to your post. Your gonna have to redo it and come up with something else.
