All I ask is that people communicate these things.

Not near me and we only have one temple. But thanks for the information. That's amazing.
@AngelofOctober

I think ketchup and some tomato sauces are okay. I only like tomato soup to dip my grilled cheese in.

Ketchup is my god. The people at restaurants now know this whenever they give me a lot of sauce
@Akayaofthemoon

I don't like tomatoes either, but tomato soups about the only thing I do.

Thank you. It's fine. More difficult because I am disabled. So I am low income because I am disabled. Everyone has a reason why they don't make enough money and I think its unfair for people to look down at them or create myths about them, that are quite frankly untrue. Sure there are exceptions in every majority, BUT knowing my struggle and plenty of experiences from other people as well those are a minority in a majority of people. Who are disabled, lost their jobs and can't get them back, or are mentally ill and cannot get the help they need to get themselves off the streets.

Moving them around. Treating them like no one wants them. Doesn't help.

It also seems to me people don't want poor people to eat. They complain when they buy junk food. But complain when they buy good food too. I remember once this senator talking about this woman buying lobster, and she was on foodstamps. One most people on foodstamps don't go out of their way to buy lobster. But when and if I do buy an expensive cut of meat, its the same reason other people buy an expensive cut of meat. A Special Occasion. Maybe her daughter she hasn't seen is coming over, her and her husbands anniversary.

Also not everyone on foodstamps is just the unemployed, its the working class too. People pay money and foodstamps for food because they cannot afford it on their paycheck alone.

Sorry.

-gets off soapbox-

Apparently I go on tangents when hungry. Don't worry making dinner right now. I managed to mcguevor a meal. Its what I call it when I don't necessarily have meals, I just go "I wonder if this and this will taste any good together" Sometimes it creates master pieces, like Ramen and Tomato soup is good. You take a can of tomato soup, and a packet of ramen, throw the seasoning of ramen in the tomato soup and the ramen noodles in the tomato soup.

Other times it makes not so great meals. My dairy free chili mac didn't quite turn out as well as I hoped and I was quite disappointed that month.

I am currently making pho, with the rice noodles I have leftover, and a pho soup stock I had lying around, with an egg.
@EchoicChamber

I agree. It just seems like such a weird thing to do, imo

Thank you. And it makes really upset when people give food pantries expired food. It just seems like senseless cruelty. People will argue about low income people buying junk food on Foodstamps, but then they give food pantries nothing but junk food. They don't care about low income people. They just want to dictate what we can and cannot eat without really understanding anything.

I buy fresh veg and I buy healthy food. Whole grains, brown rice, wheat instead of white. I buy farm raised meat if I do end up getting meat.

I don't just buy junk food. I do what I can to be healthy like everybody else. And I think its unfair, and rude of people not to understand what it really is like to not have food. Should see how empty my freezer and fridge are right now. Its not funny. On Tuesday I am going to a food pantry, but depending on what I get, I may have to throw half of it because its expired. And we're not talking a month expired, we're talking a year or two expired.
I'm just surviving right now. It's that time of the month. When you're on foodstamps, so all I can afford is to get a months worth of food exactly. And then I run out of food for the first week, sometimes two weeks of the month and have to scrap together what I can or not eat anything for the day.
