This is an idea I had a while ago and I'm craving to give it a try. First things first, basic info!
- 21+ Partners - Being in my late 20's myself, it would feel really weird rping with a teenager.
- Reply length - I'm looking for someone who can reply with at least a paragraph. I get that can't always be the case but I'd like more than just one-liners
- LBGTQ+ friendly
- No smut - I don't write smut. I'm fine with blood, guts and gore, I just don't feel comfy writing smut when I'm happily taken
The Plot
Two people, a vampire and a vampire hunter, must put aside their differences and ingrained hatred for each other to stop the end of the world.
Vampires and hunters have been in a strained truce for years, not going near each other's territories but happily killing one another on neutral land. However, when a long-forgotten prophecy begins to rear its head both sides refuse to acknowledge it.
One hunter, however, won't back down and leaves their clan in search of a vampire to help them stop the pending apocalypse. The two have their difference but they do their best to put aside their pasts and work together.
The world
The world began with four races. Demons, angels, humans and vampires.
Angels lived amongst themselves, not wanting to interfere with lesser beings. Demons spent their days possessing vampires and humans alike and causing nothing but chaos, vampires tried to fight demons but being dark creatures themselves they had no such luck, humans spent all their time trying to keep away from the vampires and demons that hunted them.
Things went on like this for many years, humans being the playthings for otherworldly creatures. Until the angels took pity on the humans and shared how one could exorcise demons and banish vampires. With this knowledge, they began to fight back. Soon, the world had become almost empty of demons and vampires.
The vampire clan leaders knew they had no choice, they agreed to come to the table and speak with the elder humans. A truce was forced, territories were drawn and that's how it remained for hundreds of years.
The existence of vampires faded into stories, and the government actively tried to hide any proof of them from the public eye but they could only do so much against supernatural beings. The vampire hunter clans made an agreement with the governments of the world, they would be allowed to hunt vampires without any interference from law enforcement, they would be well supplied and well paid and in turn, they would keep vampires under control and under wraps.
