*there is a loud CRACK in the air around the main base as a pilot flies in on an X-wing jet. The fighter jet's black carapace seems to absorb the light around it, even as it rockets through the sky. It gets closer to the ground and loses some speed but not much, and the landing gear doesn't deploy. As it is almost touching the ground, the jets takes a sharp left and the wheels come free of the jet's fuselage and the wings fold upwards. The tires screech along the ground and the entire jet drifts along the concrete, stopping just as it slides into a parallel parking spot just large enough for a truck. The jet's right wheels come off the ground a few inches, the the whole thing smacks to the ground, rocking slightly. The cockpit opens and the loud sound of Jimmy Hendrix's purple haze is playing.
Tox jumps out of the jet with a big grin*

She is a bit of a loose cannon, doing whatever seems right in the moment. Dante heavily believes in loyalty and backing your friends. While she can be violent and definitely has been in the past, she isnt isn't a violent person. Dante simply sees violence as the best way to get a peaceful solution... or something like that, she hasn't really thought about it to much.
Bio: Dante has lived on the streets fending for herself since she was ten. Her parents died in a fire when she was very young and no one else would take her in because of the... difficulties of dealing with her. Fires would start around her, even though there was nothing for her to start them with. Older children would complain that she hurt them, they would be covered in huge bruises and scratches, but she never had any kind of weapon on her. Eventually she was told that she was a freak and that everyone would be better off without her. So, she left and made a home for herself on the streets. As the years went by she taught herself how to use her abilities, as much as she could. She found that she could suck electricity from sockets, but she always had to expel it or she would get a searing pain all over her body. She could make her body turn into the same materials of whatever she was touching. (i.e. If she was grabbing a steel pipe her body would turn into steel.) But after a while (a few hours) she would always turn back into herself. she couldn't turn herself more than twice in one day, she would get horrible full body aches if she did. Eventually she ended up in illegal bare knuckle brawls, fighting for money. She would use her advantage of power to subtly swing the matches in her favor.(Concrete knuckles can go a long way in a fight) It wasn't long before she was being set up with bigger and bigger matches, she got quite a bit of money, and a fairly large reputation.
Then she got arrested and was discovered by the Achademy.

One of my friends is working for them full time and sent me a job opening that they had recently created. I try to avoid using others as leverage when I can (so I can be fair to others who don't know the same people I know), so she sent me the opening, I applied, they said my experience checked out and hired me in a week. I had speed in my favor because of her though, so that helped.
