TDLR imagine Deadpool powerset but more tame personality wise, with Super Strength instead of weapons.

Basically without it being under Toonforce's lampshade, there aren't as many weaknesses. Esp mental weaknesses that being a toon would cause.

Hm... the character I wanna play, I can probably make her not have toonforce, but that'll drastically reduce the amount of weaknesses she has. yay powercreep.

I am aware of the "Toonforce," but I'll unfortunately have to decline. I have seen the power around a few times and a living cartoon doesn't really fit the more realistic/serious tone of the RP - or the characters I'll be asking for. You can make a character that uses cartoons or whatever for inspiration, but the "Toonforce" stretches the setting and the logic a bit too much for me.

So you don't want to see a toon-like character try to acclimate themselves to a more serious environment and all the potential plotthreads that could make? That makes me sad, esp with the RP's premace

Are you against Toonforce as their superpower? I REALLY wanna see how RPing such a power works in day to day.

So, no one wants to play with my toon character, and I've been working on making them a lot more balanced. Makes me sad :(.

I wouldn't say creating portals is an offensive power. But it's what part of the powerset would work the best, I think. But, at the end of the day, you're free to apply with whatever powers you want. Go for something completely different if you'd like, or pick another aspect of the power you wanna focus on and develop. :)

Oh, Portals is beyond omega level if it doesn't have the 'only xx can enter' and 'only in sightlines' restrictions. Which, just portable hole, doesn't really do much, she'd just be a carbon copy of The Hood.

Problem is, your having a problem with Toon Physics, the part of the ability I really wanna try RPing with. I can just work with her regeneration if thats ok, I guess. She'd be a better wolverine though thanks to it.

Like I said - I think the portable hole power is probably the one you should keep, and slope all the rest. Cartoon fanboy with a comedic touch and portal powers would make a fine addition to X-men. But a living cartoon is 'too' out there. It's 5th Dimension Batmite-levels.

Thats the problem, thats the part I wanna play with. I really don't wanna play with offensive based powers, but your forcing me in that direction. They aren't fun, because battles become wayyy too easy.
