James walked over and sat down at the breakfast table. He had just woken up, so he was still shirtless and barefoot, wearing just his pants and his necklace. He sat down across from Noona. "Am I the only one who isn't either hung over or still drunk?" he asked. "Damn lightweights."

Fun fact, while looking up gender-neutral alternatives to 'puella', I decided to see if there were any other terms for 'magician'. There were. The suggested term for 'magicians'? 'Feceruntque similiter malefici incantationibus'. Actually relevant to the codex, if by 'abusive' you mean people like Shinji then Kyubey just graduated to the top of the 'worst people in the Nasuverse' list considering that the Magical Girls are supposed to be teenagers at oldest.

Ruka's Wolf Pack

Umbra looked at Ruka. "I think he'll be surprised to see me here when they get back from their hunt." Shadow nodded, then went ahead and circled around to the other side of where the elk were supposed to be, rolling around in a mud puddle to hide his scent. He then just watched the elk, giving the others time to get in position.

Ruka's Wolf Pack

Another wolf who looked just like James carefully sneaked up behind Ruka, and giggled. "So, James has come back, has he?" She knew it would be a shock to Ruka, because she supposedly died in the incident. It was James's sister, Umbra.

Ruka turned around to come face to face with another wolf. "Yes, Shadow is back, not officially a member yet though."

Umbra giggled. "Don't you recognize me Ruka? I mean, I almost died."

Ulfang shook his head, "Yeah we should be." He quickly looked around then back at Shadow, feeling sad that the two girls left but this had priority over them. "Well..looks like it's just us. I think the best course of action is to use your ambush tactic. You flush it out and I'll ambush it. Come on, they should be just over that hill." Ulfang pointed his snout at the hill, which was about a quarter of a mile away. he trotted off.

Shadow looked at Ulfang while following him. "You should wait on this side of the group of elk. I'll circle around and find one that's big and old enough, and scare it towards you."
