@Eyeris hurray! I get brownies as well as amaretti biscuits. Today is a good day!

Also I take it I was correct about the body being where it was? I wasnt actually completely sure.
Charles Balderdash

“Pleasure to make your acquaintance.” He said after nodding at each person in turn who introduced themselves.

But hearing that apparently no-one had any idea of how they got here did cause Charles some disappointment. His smile momentarily twisted into a look of mild annoyance. He had to agree with the word Twain had used to sum up that aspect of the situation. Charles had never been a fan of not knowing things, or even being unable to find out about things, and after a few years in such a field as his this dislike had formed into a mild hatred.

“Well never mind that.” He slapped a smile back on and his case onto a nearby slab of rock. “Certain we’ll figure out that little detail together eventually. Probably a few clues hidden away here or there.” He bobbed his head ‘here’ and ‘there’ for a moment trying to get a better look at the decrepit walls around them.

“If I might ask is there anything else in particular around here that might be of interest to our investigations? I couldn’t help but notice that as we walked in you were in the middle of gathering various...” Charles too a deep breath as he tried to think of the best word to use: he had never been the best one around body parts that weren’t attached to where they belonged. “Bits and bobs.”

Another quite twirl all around and Charles then spotted something over in the far corner of the hall.

“Ah. That um. Hm, yes that, that might be something of interest.” Was all Charles had to say concerning the corpse laying upon what he assumed to be some sort of altar, although it had obviously seen better days.

With nothing more to say on the matter Charles dashed back to his case resting politely where he had left it. Standing in front of it Charles flicked his wrist for a small set of keys to appear in his fist. The latches undid with satisfying snaps allowing Charles to rummage through the contents of the case.

“If someone could place these labels about the body that would be fantastic.” He said holding out a set of cards with letters on them. He then paused and with a frown cocked his head to the side slightly. “hold the phone….Can anyone else hear that rumbling sound?”

and I'm probs gonna wrap up Mac and Cheese's big ol'fight soon because it's getting boring. So if anyone wants to help move it along with the good old "okay what the heck is going on with you two?" that would be fantastic.
Mac and Cheese

To both Mac and Cheese the stranger before them seemed to be acting like Medieval Knights laying their swords upon each other with vows. It was such a bizarre sight that Mac couldn’t help but chuckle slightly under his breath.

What nutters. He thought.

Cheese simply scowled at him. To her such a thing was pretty normal and highly regarded way of showing ones loyalty to a cause, although it was slightly outdated.

“So…” Mac said slowly. Holding his chin in contemplation. “You fight the Heartless? If you’re all going to different worlds and going to get rid of them, then I’m in.”

Mac moved away from Cheese, sending her a dark look of his own, to stand within the circle. And with a flash of light Mac brought his own sword to lay upon the others. But he still found it slightly ridiculous.

“But only if we head to my world soon.” He spoke with an edge to his voice. “I have a friend and I need to make sure she’s okay and safe from the Heartless.”

“Well I might as well join in too.” Cheese bristled as she too moved into the circle, making sure to stand opposite him. “I want to help undo the damage that’s been done to my home, while there’s still hope for to be saved.” A second later her own blade laid atop Macs, and she shot him another glare just for good measure, “Eese, but everyone just calls me Cheese.”

Cheese was absolutely fuming on the inside. How dare he? How dare he treat her like this!? A harsh chill ran up her spine and cheese wasn’t sure if it was from the cold breeze or the rage seething within her. Right now she wished nothing more than to shout at him, to scream at him and make him see that he was the one in the wrong not her! But of course, stupid 'Human society rules' said you weren’t allowed to do that.

Mac meanwhile held a different sort of anger in him. It sat and glared from the pit in his stomach. Mac wanted Cheese to feel bad, he wanted her to twist and squirm knowing she had done nothing, absolutely nothing to help anyone but herself. He remembered when the heartless attacked and he remembered when he felt darkness envelop him. He also remembered Cheese waking him up in a street corner of Twilight Town, and her telling him about the Heartless and the other worlds he had never known about. But at no point did she even spare a single word for anyone else in the club. She had let them die.
eyeris why you so mean? .n.
@floodtalon Personally I think that they're just lumps of metal now after their users have died and whatnot
