Susano'o might actually work. See, if she can project her aura, then she could use her blood to project a physical/enthral construct to act very much like Sasuke's Susano'o. And Sharingan is just enhanced perception, so Aura-Infused Eye-sight.

She doesn't even need to use blood. Her constructs are pretty much solid chunks of aura she can control. So, all she has to do is make a human shaped construct around her body and move it.

I AM VICTORY.

Laura can't really be upgraded, outside of adding more dust types to her bracelets. Or getting a real weapon.

But, the kingdoms of the world banned her from possessing physical weaponry. Something about 'mutually assured destruction'.
