For the Stormtrooper Corp, yeah. But prior to 0 BBY, the 501st was specifically comprised of Fett Clones only. Meaning that after 19 years, the clone were still in good enough physical shape to serve as Vader's elite death squad.
Not all the clones are dead by 4BBY. The Clones of the 501st were almost entirely Clone Wars veterans and served as 'Vader's Fist' until his death and likely beyond. Many ARC troopers and Clone Commandos also escaped to Mandalore, where they lived into the ABY and eventually found a cure for their enhanced aging.

Actually, a clone had children with a Twi'lek woman in The Clone Wars. Not sure about zabraks, but human x twi'lek is totally viable apparently.

The Empire had made an alliance with the Trandoshians during the Razing of Kashyyk and a few of them were attempting to protect that investment... With lasers... As far as I know she's never even met a female Trandoshian though...
