Solace has claim over Plegia, Ferox and I assume Chon'sin, Ylisse has Darrian and Lantus and all that nonsense, what about Valm. Is there anything in Valm that I'd be interfering with?
So like, if Plegia, Chon'sin, Ylisse and Ferox are all pretty much off limits plot wise, what about Valm as a whole?
