I don't get how Tarkus warrants being a threat. Aside from him knowing that the Grimm didn't show up to the Geneva Agreement, and as such can be terminated with extreme prejudice like the filthy monsters that they are. That and he can make Music Boxes, the deadliest weapon known to mankind.
