I suppose that’s one way to avert disaster.

It was ad hoc. And definitely improvised.
<Snipped quote by Audacious>

Ah, you were responsible for the crystallization. That wasn’t a natural phenomenon.

No, yeah, it was a result of what I did.
<Snipped quote by Audacious>

What about when you initially acquired it?

This may come as a shock, but after I forcibly compressed the thing down to size, it solidified, crystalized, and stabilized. And I held time in the palm of my hand. It was a crystalline object about the size and shape of a dagger, or large icicle. Roughly.

How did you safely secure the artifact?

I didn’t. That’s where I handed it off to Rythian.
<Snipped quote by Audacious>

That’s unfortunate. How did you resolve the time anomalies?

It self corrected when the area wasn’t affected anymore, bizarrely enough, so the cleanup was as easy as it gets.

What a useful research conduit. Your team was fortunate to have found it.

It is kinda just collecting dust right now. Lame as that sounds.
<Snipped quote by Audacious>

Fascinating. Did you retain a sample?

It still exists. The whole shard, locked away.
<Snipped quote by Audacious>

What effects did that have on the area?

It was like a bad movie. Was making people from history come into Existence, but like in spurts, then they were gone again. Pure entropy. Absolute chaos. Massive headache.
<Snipped quote by Audacious>

I meant in the sense of recollection.

I do. What’s one that I can share, though… Kinda simple, but there is a literal shard of the Time Element that was formed when a fissure of it was compressed very tightly. And it stabilized.
<Snipped quote by Audacious>

Do you have an example on hand?

Not particularly. Like, physically, on me.
