*Tiny fragments of the metal explode outward from the suit, many of which get lodged in the dome itself, cracking it, and some of which glide across the dome and skate to a stop in the lip formed at the bottom. I raise an arm and flinch as some shard crack the dome right in front of my face*
… Should have expected as much.
*A layer of the dome melts away, allowing the lodged fragments to skate down the side into the lip as well, then the dome disappears, leaving just the lip as a ring around the suit’s remains. I lift one side of the ring up with my hands, collecting all the shards to one side, before letting the ring dissolve as well, dropping the metal into an appropriately sized bowl made of frozen oxygen*
