Well, I have no recollection of when, where, or even who I was created by... And as for after, I was found by this Reploid named Red, and joined his syndicate for a while, until I noticed their methods of doing things were overly violent, with no regard for who was hurt in the process.

Ah, well, you see; Mavericks are basically rogue Reploids, affected by mostly reprogramming or bugs in the system, but sometimes they act on their own free will. So, my job as a Hunter is to track down certain Mavericks and either apprehend them, or terminate them.
