No. Have you noticed that the only enemies that we really fight anymore, are enemies that we helped create in the first place? Or they just want to attack us because they want to take on the most powerful, smartest, and luckiest beings, and if you haven't noticed, that's us. I don't want these people... I see what you mean. None of this would have happened to them if we hadn't had our base there. Wow. I never realised just how big of an effect we have on the world around us... Just think of all the people that weren't saved from Waternaux.

Chaos is so broad of a concept. There are multiple tactics to kill a chaos user, and they're by no means invulnerable. The confusion is the hardest part of the fight.
