This is my second profile on here, and I have been Play-By-Post RPing for about nine years now. I do my best to see every RP to the end or at least let my character come to his/her own dramatic conclusion when I feel like signing off. Just like novel writing in real life, I tend to find myself on long hiatuses. Since writing is a great way to work out your brain, I try stay engaged as much as possible.
My favorite genres include futuristic worlds, mysteries, and super powers. Any mixture of these three elements will peek my interest.

I'll set more strict parameters on this issue.
Only regular Pokemon and regular humans will be pulled through the dimensional breakdowns. No need for buildings to transfer, no human/Pokemon hybrids, and basically nothing TOO off the wall... Keeping it simple!

One, and its a very big glaring issue.
If EVERY pokemon RP EVER is part of this, then wouldn't that mean that this is basically a multiverse RP where anything goes?

Pokemon: Worlds Collide
Hello Everyone,
I am starting a new Pokemon RP. I've been GMing for nearly a decade, and I've ran two Pokemon RPs already. These experiences have taught me what makes an RP work, especially a Pokemon RP. My main thought process behind this RP will be to keep things simple yet structured; this way I can manage the RP easier and players will never be at a loss of what to post.

Okay, peeps. I'm sorry, but this RP is fading out. I have ideas on how to evolve it (love that pun), but I've come up with another Pokemon RP idea that has me much more excited. So unfortunately, this RP is going to fall by the way side for now.
This new RP will incorporate the real world, our Planet Earth. It's going to take a lot of work on my end to set up, but once it is set up, it will be more automated than this RP and run a LOT smoother.
In short, this is the plot summary (and I'm sure this has been done before, but what hasn't really?):
For some mysterious reason (most likely involving a legendary Pokemon of some kind), the Pokemon Universe and our universe are colliding. We've seen them in the anime and in the games, but how much do we REALLY know about them? How will they effect our natural wild life? How will they effect us?
Players will have the ability to control up to two characters:
One, you can control a human from our world, a first generation Pokemon trainer. This will be a completely made up character, perhaps based off a real life individual (yourself or a celebrity). And when I say "based off" I mean that, don't use personal information.
Two, you can control a human from the Pokemon Universe, an already established Pokemon trainer. This second trainer can be a completely made up character, a character from the anime/games, or a character you've used in a previous RP. In this way, your characters don't have to die here with this ending RP.
Sorry to disappoint, but I hope you'll consider joining this new RP when it's up and running.

Running out of options, she knew what she was about to do would most likely not work. But she hoped that Arceus would take pity on her and just give her this one, not in all the years she lived did she ever truly pray to the Pokemon deity. But now she wished for it's help as the great ball left her hand and made it's way towards the raging pokemon.
Liz's Great Ball was one desperate act indeed. Duskull hadn't been weekend at all yet, if anything he was more fired up now that at the begging of the battle. How could this trainer not get it? How could she ruin his favorite thing in the world: dusk. The time of day which his species is named after.
The blue light from the Great Ball snapped him up, but the ball broke back open the moment it hit the ground below. Above the used up Great Ball, Duskull floated. The light inside him shined with a deep hateful red.
Then suddenly it changed. A strange calm washed over him, turning the light a pale pink. The sun was gone. The moment was ruined. There was nothing left to fight for. He had returned to his normal lax self. He turned his back to Liz to gaze out upon the sea. As he did this, his body faded away. Liz was left alone, and defeated.
Result: No Luck Today
"Niancy, use... EEEEEEMMMMMMBBEEEERRRR!" I yell out. I give the word 'ember' reverb with the intent to startle the wild pokemon. My battle cry is loud enough for any nearby trainer to hear.
Niancy frowns and shoots a weak fireball at the Hoothoot. She really doesn't want to hurt it, and neither do I. But we must do it if we want a new friend. Plus, this could all be part of becoming supreme world leader, to bring the world together and keep it safe!
As the weak flame came spewing out of Niancy's mouth, the wild Hoothot let out a loud noise. With only the power of her voice, she deflected Niancy's ember. The sound waves then crashed down upon the little fox pokemon. Wave after wave of sound echoed down upon her.
When Hoothoot's Echoed Voice attack finally finished, Niancy was left sprawled out on the ground unconscious. Hooting out in glee, the wild Hoothoot fled the scene.
Result: A Journey's Rough Start

Oh, I see. Sorry it took me a while to respond, but I had a little accident at my factory that left my one eye injured, and half my face badly wounded. It may take me a while to respond/react for this, while I recover to the accident with a damaged machine. I apologize for this, but these things happen. So, please be patient while it may take me an hour to type a response due to my bad vision. I hope when I can recover we can settle down to a sort of medium. ~Love, Jonathan.
It's all good. And to keep things moving our general pattern in this RP is I introduce the Pokemon, then, in your response, if you plan to battle, you will go ahead and initiate an attack. In my following post, I will have the Pokemon attack as well. I will roll die and give the result in that post as well.
What I'm trying to say is, please edit your last post to include whatever attack you are going to use against the Hoothoot. (Make sure you use a move that your Vulmlpix could actually learn by level 5.
Use Bulbapedia to determine what moves Vulpix can learn by level 5.
