Genevieve fired three shots off at the incoming KGB units as she sprinted as fast as she could with the person who accompanied her; Blaine. She kept up with him fine, but it would've been nice to have him check on her once in a while, just out of the kindness of whatever he had that he called his "heart". All she could do right now was to just run for her life, and support would've been a rarity in a location like this, and they definitely wouldn't be getting out by anything quick.

She only heard the ever so familiar phrase before she ducked into another hallway, nearly slipping as the motion was ever so sudden. The English woman ducked a bit low as she heard bullets impact the wall near her, which was never a good sign to her. Of course, if they managed to make it out of here alive, then they would receive quite the chewing out from ARES, but at least they would make it out alive.

As Blaine talked as they ran, Genevieve thought for a second, "Does it look like I've had the time to?" She only said, before following Blaine down another hallway.
bumpy bump
I'm interested in this, although I have no idea how the Arena works.
buuuump.
Wendy got up and followed Scott to where he would stack up on the door. Along the way, she withdrew her Mk14, and ended up drawing her P229. She slid the slide back, allowing a round to be chambered as she slammed herself against the wall behind Scott. She leaned forward so she would be able to start faster, and all she could do right now is wait for Jan to deploy his 870 and breach. She put her goggles down to shield herself against the incoming dust and pebbles and shrapnel that would be kicked up as they breached. She also had to make sure her Mk14 was secure, and wouldn't dangle around as she dashed inside. Once she heard the 870 fire and the unmistakable sound of a door being kicked in, she followed Scott inside, raising her pistol in sync with her foot, her eyes peering through the sights on the pistol as she tried to obtain a target.
Both the secret agent idea and high school idea interest me a lot :)
buump.
Ariana and Sarah sat by idly in their seats as Liam drove on. The two of them stayed quiet as Liam mentioned something about a beer, and only awaited for the time they would get home. It was definitely obvious that the two ladies in the van had the same thing on their mind- both of them missed their kids dearly, and couldn't wait to see them once again. The both of them took this line of work to provide the best line of work for their family, because once again- they were both single mothers. Sarah checked her shotgun, and put it down for the last time for this operation as the transporter went on.
Two Days Later

Ariana lied on her bed, holding up her tablet as she was on a video call with her daughter and caretaker. Ariana was really glad that this hotel had Wi-Fi, because she wouldn't know what she would be doing without it. She was smiling as her daughter giggled and laughed. She was just really happy to see her daughter once again, and had nothing to say at the moment.

"When are you coming home, mommy?" Her daughter asked rather eagerly. Ariana grimaced and scratched her head, looking down as she thought up of a response.

"You'll know when I get home." She winked, chuckling softly.

Her daughter groaned, "I hope it's soon! You know my birthday is coming up soon!"

Ariana rubbed her face with a hand, thinking up of yet another response, "Don't you worry, I'll be home in time for your birthday."

Ariana spaced out as her daughter talked about how Janey Smith did this one thing and what her plans were for the party. She snapped back to attention as her caregiver butted in, telling the little girl that it was time to get off and go do things. Ariana's daughter of course groaned, and Ariana's heart dived to her feet as she saw both the caregiver and her daughter in the same screen.

"Bye mommy, I'll see you later!"

Ariana nodded and waved, "Bye, I'll see you soon."

The call ended, and Ariana rolled over on her bed, staring up at the ceiling. She knew that she'd definitely have to do something to get herself the hell out of there in order to get back home for her daughter's birthday. The problem for her was that she didn't know what Malcolm or the company had in store for Hydroxide in the future, so she definitely needed to communicate between him and her. Her phone rang as she was thinking, and it was definitely out of her reach. She groaned, and sat up, wondering who it would be at this moment. Much to her surprise, it was Pavel. She picked up and listened, hoping that Malcolm didn't assign them yet another operation. Turns out, it was the polar opposite of another operation. She stood up from her bed and placed her free hand on her hip. She currently wore a pair of skinny jeans and a black sweater underneath an olive drab jacket, something suitable for an environment like this, "Of course I'm up, I need something do to here anyway."
Wendy scrambled to regain her composure, grabbing her Mk14 and moving to Scott's left, mounting the bipod and getting set. She peered through the ACOG sight, waiting for Jan's order to rain down fire on the tangos in front of her. Whatever Scott couldn't hit, she would pick off herself. She tried her best to ignore the sound of the M249 strumming away, and went to go find any other tangos that happened to hinder Jan and Zhenya breaching the door. She pulled on the trigger, sending 7.26mm rounds down the field, hopefully allowing them to meet their target and make Zhenya and Jan's job easier. Wendy hoped that the pair didn't have to mobilize, since she was injured and unable to mobilize quick enough. She managed to locate another brave soul that dared to fire at the two, and Wendy made quick work of him and fired a burst of rounds at him, dispatching him and watching him crumple like a bag of rocks.

Wendy kept low as she felt rounds whiz over her head, and let Scott deal with the damn person as she found a pair of people running over towards the squad below, dispatching them rather effortlessly with two carefully placed rounds to their heads. "No targets visible!" She said, around the same time Scott announced his status as well. She undid the bipod as she watched Scott get up from the corner of her eye, prompting her to follow suit and limp as fast as she could to cover the rear angle with Scott.
