I mostly enjoy writing in the Casual section of the guild. Character development and exploring character relationships motivate me. I like to really think myself into my character and their view on others and the world around them which is why I prefer to stick to one character per roleplay. I love world-building but I am also easily overwhelmed with very detailed concepts I haven't been met with before. So you could say I love a decent amount of world-building and prefer original builds. Once everyone has settled, expanding that world and its concept is a great way to create more depth and keep me as a player hooked as I love to discover new things!
My favorite genre is and has always been fantasy. I guess you could say I love escapism to a point where I like to flee the mundane world entirely. I also feel drawn to sci-fi roleplays but I have noticed that those usually intimidate me. I feel like I am not adept at writing about technology and all that sci-fi goodness so I mostly just pine over how awesome some OOCs look and never apply to them.
When it comes to fantasy I feel right at home. For my mind, it is much easier to grasp magical concepts and worlds than sci-fi ones. As a result of this, all the worlds I write up (be it here as a GM or elsewhere) tend to be fantastical in one way or another. I especially enjoy adventure RPs and witch RPs. I like to see new magical systems and am always eager to learn more about the worlds I RP in.
Additionally, all my characters are queer, always. Since I am queer myself and can't imagine playing straight ^^
Although the days of witch hunts are long past us, life isn't roses. While the upcoming election is threatening witches with a potential anti-witch politician claiming the title of president, unrest is stirring in the corners of the world. A rise in threats has been detected - unnatural beings, magical beasts, and other supernatural phenomena pull media attention and feed directly into an anti-witch campaign.
A D&D One-Shot. A group of adventurers is hired to find the missing grandson of a wealthy couple visiting the town. He was taken by a mysterious knight who rode his horse into the deadly woods nearby, taking the young boy with him. But the knight is not a simple man, he is said to be a resurrected ghostly figure forever in search for a squire, kidnapping young boys who never return home.
Wandering Topside [1x1]
The Cult of the Dragon has come to Phlan, a lawless refuge on the Moonsea. Now, with no significant authority to stop the cult, other power groups in the Realms – the Harpers, Order of the Gauntlet, Lords' Alliance, and even the Zhentarim – must unite to stop the cult from fulfilling its dark purpose in the city. Meanwhile, Rhana, a drow rogue with a questionable past, and Salissa, a dhampir bard with flair, find themselves somehow involved in this as they tackle different missions aimed at stopping the cult.

Quirks ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔
I always write my IC posts in gray due to finding the white color pretty straining on the eyes.
Aaliyah watched the woman carefully as she kept talking to her. She listened to her words and let them sink in slowly. She was right. Whatever happened was strange. And she could tell that the woman was calculating her just as much as she was calculating Kosara. And for some reason she didn't mind. It still made her feel uneasy, like it had always done, because she knew that someone calculating her, trying to find out who she was or what she was doing, it would always come with questions. And she didn't like questions from strangers.
And like she had expected the first question was coming only a couple of moments later. She tried hard, and thankfully succeeded, in not making a face. All those people on this planet... they learnt how to lie before they learnt to walk. And then there was Aaliyah. Who was different and who was confused when she entered earth. And who couldn't lie.
What brought you to this corner of the woods? - You did. But she couldn't say that. Or rather she didn't want to. "I felt very drawn to it", she said in a low voice. "Like some magnet was pulling me towards it." She put a soft smirk onto her lips and looked at Kosara. Her posture had taken much more strength to it, she stood steady and straight, with confidence. "What brought you to this area?", she asked with a voice that clearly stated that she knew that camping wasn't the answer and she was giving Kosara the possibility to spill the truth... or lie to her again. If she decided to hide the truth, Aaliyah wouldn't continue to ask. Asking a lot, meant receiving questions in return. And she wasn't sure how many of these she could answer before she had to either not say anything or spill what really was going on.
Her arm had gotten weirdly numb by now, only the tattoo on her wrist burning down on her flesh like a poker freshly removed from the devouring flames. She was close to not being able to stand it anymore. She pressed her wrist against her side, hoping that it wouldn't look too obvious, but the pain was getting unbearable. She tried to maintain a straight face, but it was getting more complicated by the second. What was this pain? And what did it have to do with this woman? Whatever the tattoo said... she had never been able to translate it.
Aaliyah didn't let anything on her facial expression show if she haf seen these wings before the woman haf hid them from her or not. She didn't think it was important. Instead she listened to her cute stuttering with curious eyes and a soft smile on her lips.
She found it incredibly adorable that it took her a while to form a real sentence. Now that was something she hadn't been familiar with. She stuttered a while and then told her her name. Kosara.... She hadn't heard that name before. Which was strange since she thought she had heard about any name by now.
The woman decided to touch the tree again and the sensation was just as strong. She felt it on her skin as intense tingles and in her veins as a pleasuring fire. Her arm felt like hot steel was being pressed against it and she hissed in pain. Her vision blurred for a second.
Then the stranger moved back, sat down and asked her if she would come down from her tree's position. She knew better thank to believe that a sweet, stuttering voice meant peace or weakness. She knew that this woman was powerful. She had felt it. Powerful enough to take her down if she wasn't careful. Nevertheless she found her body moving without consent of her mind. And a second later she had dropped off the branch and landed on her feet smoothly on the floor.
"I'm down", she said. "I'm Aaliyah." She wasn't sure how much she could really trust this woman, but she knew that her body had already decided that she would have to trust her. No consent of her mind being asked. Aaliyah hadn't ever felt like her body was a force on its own, not caring for her mind's decisions and danger warnings.
This woman had already made so much different, and she had only just met her. Aaliyah wasn't sure yet if she liked the way it made her act.
Nicknames: She doesn't use nicknames, but her wife is allowed to call her Nat
Age: 27 years
Gender: Female
Sexuality: She doesn't like labels
Occupation: Face of KindaTV (professional YouTube channel that produces LGBTQ+ positive series)
Barista on the side
Appearance: With her twenty-seven years Natasha can look quiet young sometimes, up to a point where someone would ask her if she was looking for a prom dress when she was searching for a fancy gown in a store. The brunette woman is 5'3'' tall and weights around 110lbs, but she doesn't care much about her weight, as long as she feels good and healthy. Her hair is of a natural dark color and her eyes are a deep brown. She doesn't have any specialties about her appearance, there are no abs, no tattoos or piercings except from the regular ear piercings. Natasha has a preference for wearing beanies. Her style ranges from leather jackets, ripped jeans and chokers to more 'adulty' clothing, from all black to color orientated. She dresses as she pleases and her way of dressing has caused some other parents to talk behind her back. 'What kind of mother can she be, if she likes to look like a rebellious teenager?'
Natasha owns glasses, which she doesn't need constantly, so you will see her with them on her nose every now and then.
Personality: Natasha prefers to be an example about acceptance and spreading positivity. She tries to never judge too quickly and listen to someone instead assuming anything. She lives by the rule 'my life, my decisions' and tries hard not to let anyone's opinion stop her from being herself and doing what she wants to do. Occasionally that gets to her, but her wife is a steady rock in her life to always bring her back on track just by being there with her.
Natasha is an animal lover, dogs especially, she has fostered some dogs in an earlier time in her life and helps out volunteeringly at a dog shelter when she can. She believes that what you put out there comes back to you.
She doesn't like to admit it, but she has a temper that she tries to control. Even though she can get quiet worked up, she never uses any violence. She prefers verbal fights. Natasha is a very emotional person, even though she has worked on that for some long years. She gets upset and hurt too soon, she feels attached to people too quickly. She has dealt with depression and still has moments in which that mental illness shows through but it has gotten so much better, only showing occasionally at this point in her life. And she has found out that being held by her wife for a while will make her depressed phases fade faster. She is passionate about feminism, fairness, equality and everything LGBTQ+.

Okay so I think Ive waited long enough for an answer. I never got one. So if anyone is interested in playing my character's wife, let me know.
I am sadly a bit too busy these days so this will probably go slowly for a while. Please excuse this, I didn't think I'd be getting so busy. I am really sorry. It would be awesome if you stuck around during this slow time. Again, I'm really sorry.
Hey @Erklings25, you still around somewhere? I'd still be down to do this or re-do it, if it's ever gonna be taken back to life somehow.
@ihinka Dillon really seemed amazing. I'm sad I didn't get to see her. Also sar I didn't get to play with my character more because I really loved her and all the work I put into her. *sigh* maybe somehow I'll find a RP that fits her so I can use her somewhere still.
@ihinka Your posts are always spot on. I love the depth of thoughts and feelings that linger in every sentence. It makes it feel all so much more real. I am really happy with this pairing ;)
