...this will sound weird but try covering your eyes like you would in the sun, if you have artificial lighting on
its eye strain which can be caused by multiple things, but helped by a lot
or wear a hat with a bill....that helps too

and the head i can't help you with.

Astley nods and smiles widely. "Of course" As they walk he keeps smiling, he feels so happy to have finally meet her...his soulmate. "So...tell me everything about you...I want to know everything." He finds a bench and sits on it gesturing for her to join him. He wasn't demanding, rather asking. He really wants to know everything...including what she felt about other races. Like his own. Especially with his birthday coming up tomorrow..which means gold glitter everywhere. At least it eventually vanishes on its own or he would have to constantly carry around a bag to clean it up. The flask in his pocket becomes slightly more visible.

twas the goal muh ha ha
basically since he heals rapidly what is being heard is the healing process going so fast you can hear it
and it sounds like running spiders XD

only exception is when he's stabbed by his weakness...that makes him sizzle and slowly the process down by a lot. So if he was stabbed through the chest the stabber gets the lovely view of the process in a slower motion.

....its gross and i love describing it because the imagery is just fantastic XD
