Both versions looked at Eden. They knew she had been there...she had just been sleeping...which put the 'Twins' on edge. They both moved and started pacing. "Subconcious illusions. We are of him...but different" demon rolled his eyes and stepped in front of her. "You were sleeping. We could have been killed with you not paying attention." demon sighed and angel moved to stand next to him. "This healing is taking longer then normal. The illusion that had snapped was very realistic. We do not know how long it will take so some aide might be beneficial" demon grumbled. "We don't need help. We never had it before and we were just fine." angel shook his head. "We have never snapped from that kind of illusion before. Aide would be wise to ensure recovery" they both looked at Eden. From the expressions it was clear she would have to pick a side. Much like how those voices in your head works. Pick one or the other.

As the sun went through cupids window the two versions paced opposite of each other. Both didn't seem very happy. This is taking longer then usual" demon paused. "He hasn't been snapped from an illusion that realistic. It would take longer then normal. At least he is safer then before." angel tilted his head. "Then why are we here if he's supposed to feel safe." both looked at each other. Angel had a bow and arrows now and demon had two swords. They nodded and turned to face the doorway.

Cal had stopped running. He had gotten new shoes since the ones he had burned out on the soles. He was still getting his mind wrapped around everything, trying to figure out what to do...away from everyone. He made his way to a buffet and ate.

Well...there are a lot of darker joker comics where some of the stuff he does is down right sickening

Like one part where he skins a person and makes them perform on a stage until they die and before they do he slaps their butt and it makes an awful noise. I would recommend just not...
I mean he gets his face removed and Harley runs around with it for a bit.

That's what I heard. They also made the new iron man a teenage colored girl so there's that.

Honestly...it's a comic. If you look at characters like the joker they have changed all over the place over time.
For the record though kids should not read some of those batman comics with the much darker joker. *shudder*

But yea...it's a character. To get people reading sometimes writers feel the need to shock an audience. I'd say it worked.
