Elias had been watching the sun set. Knowing full well that this would put where he was standing in darkness, he did not seem to mind. He loved watching the sun fall below sight even though this was the time when trouble came prowling. Though, the town seemed rather quiet this time around. His mind traveled to thoughts on why until his attention was caught by the approaching deputy.
Elias tilted his head as he watched the deputy approach. He raised a brow before shrugging and silently following the man of law inside, grabbing his hat from the chair as he did so. Elias had a feeling this visit had something to do with the church social that his girls were always invited too. He was too, but he usually did not go. He was half tempted to accept, the annoyance of itchy skin reminded him how bad of an idea that was. He waited a few moments before clearing his throat.
"Deputy Carter, pleasure as always" He tipped his hat then motioned toward the seats. "Why don't you have a seat?" He sat and looked up at the man. "What do I owe this visit too?" He offered a smile, though that seemed to fade fast as he soon found himself scratching at his arm once more with annoyance. He really had to find something for his itchy skin problem, but then again, who could help him with that without killing him after realization. Annoying problem...or death. Not the best options.

Landvarian's ears swiveled at the noise of someone approaching. Red eyes opened and he turned to face her. He raised a brow and his tail swished a bit. His head tilted at the sight of her mark but he shook his head. Landvarian. I guess we do..." He studied her for a moment before shrugging. "Should be an interesting trip. Though I wish I had better clothes." He rolled his shoulders. "Oh well gotta make do huh?" He felt awkward. That and he hadn't spoken so much in so long...well actually ever.
His large ears folded back and he looked up a bit before refocusing on her. "How long do you think the others will be?" No idea how to carry a conversation. Oh well...gotta work on the speaking skills if i was to try for clothes later.

Magnus raised a brow as the two children interacted. He rubbed his face before sighing. He was used to dealing with animals and supernaturals of at least 18. This was a new and terrible experience. He looked at Linus. "Witch child...Would you kindly get out from the corner and sit somewhere more open?" He then looked at abigale. She was sleeping. Guess he wouldn't be moving too much. Or he could wake her up. He gently went about waking her. "Wolf pup would you take remus and move to one of the seats? While I think you have good intentions....some people do not appreciate touch. And I think you both could use space from each other" Please move without complaint please
He looked back at Linus. "If you are against the charms I do believe I have something for nicotine on me. But....I figure since Callie is in the kitchen perhaps I could teach you something" What is it about kids that made him this tired. This tired and willing to get them to stop growling at each other. If they didn't cooperate he was going to have to be more creative. This is what I get for avoiding my instincts for over a century.
