Pre-IC:

• WWII - The Justice Society of America is sent to fight in the war, fighting Hitler’s super powered and occult forces.
• 1980's - Krypton is destroyed and Kal-El and Kara Zor-El are sent to Earth. Baby Kal-El makes it to Earth and is adopted by the Kents. Kara is knocked off course.
• 1990's - Thomas and Martha Wayne are killed in an apparent mugging, leaving their son Bruce orphaned and one of the richest people on the planet.
• 2009 - Superhumans appear on the map as Superman reveals himself to Metropolis. Within months others join him on the scene. Wonder Woman and Aquaman team up to take down a sea serpent off the coast of California. Batman begins a one man war against Gotham’s criminal underworld. The Flash becomes Central City’s guardian. Dozens of heroes appear, marking the true start of the super powered age.
• 2010 - The arrival of BRAINIAC above Metropolis is too much for Superman to handle alone. In response, he calls up Batman, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Green Lantern, The Flash, and Aquaman to defend the city from the living computer, marking the beginning of the Justice League.
• 2012 - The rise of the “sidekick” and formation of the first Teen Titans team. Superman and his cousin, now called “Supergirl”, take on General Zod and his Kryptonian lackies who escape from the Phantom Zone. 
• 2013 - The Justice League expands, adding heroes to the main roster and spinning a second team off known as “Justice League International”.
• 2014 - The first Teen Titans graduate to a preliminary Justice League team known as “Young Justice”, and a new group takes over the Titans. Believing they have no other choice against the heroes, a group of the world’s supervillains band together and battle them. Known as The Legion of Doom, their clash ignites worry in the world over escalating superhuman activity.
• Christmas Eve 2015 - Doomsday arrives on Earth. He encounters the JLI first, tearing through the team on a beeline for Metropolis. When he gets there, Superman engages him alone, realizing that he’s the only one who stands a chance. The rest of the world’s heroes do their best to evacuate the city. By midnight, Doomsday and Superman lay dead.

1911- Bess Lynn is born
1923- Johnny Chambers born
1930- Libby Lawrence is born. Bess is 19.
1941- Pearl Harbor/ Johnny & Bess join in the war effort.
1950- Johnny retires and works on the formula that gives him super speed. (Thanks to his abilities, Johnny's age was retarded, keeping his appearance younger and vigorous, despite his true age)
1955- Jesse Chambers is born. Libby is 25. Johnny is 32. 
196X- Libby and Johnny divorce. It's extremely nasty and Libby leaves without taking her daughter. 
1978- Jesse is 23. She is still fighting against her father and his desire for her to become a crime fighter. However now that she is out of University, the pressure is increasing.
198X- Jesse finally sucombs to pressure from her father and gives the superhero business a try. She works with the JSA for a short time. 
199X- Jessie is in her 30s. Her father dies (becomes part of the speed force) and she takes over Quickstart Enterprises, giving up the superhero act.
2016- Jesse is 60. For the first time since her father dies, she takes back up her superhero mantle.

Jesse has power from both her parents. From her father she has the speed force through an ancient formula. Also, like her father she ages slower than most normal people. She might be in her early 60s, but she appears to be in her mid 30s.

Bess Lynn - Miss Liberty (Justice Society of America) Died in 1984 at 73 years old.
Johnny Chambers - Johnny Quick (Justice Society of America) Died in 199X in his 60s.
Libby Lawrence - Liberty Bell (Justice Society of America) Currently 86. Retired and in a nursing home.

 I need to talk to whomever is playing the Flash, so I can work things out with you with the timeline and which characters Jesse is friendly with in the Flash line.

Just wondering, in the case of Ginny's psychometry, what counts as touching an object?@SombreroSkin to object touch.

If someone kicked a door down with booted feet, would she have to read the boots to see who did it, or the door?@Sombrero
Either would work. If the door was in splinters, she'd have to go with the boot. However since most doors retain their durability even when broken, she could read the door just fine. It might take a little hunting to find the sweet spot, but it wouldn't be an issue. (If there wasn't a big boot imprint in said door)

In this situation she'd be able to see the boot clearer than the person. Since it would be traumatic (from the door's POV) it'd be easier to get a read on the boot. However she'd be able to see some of her person, and maybe even feel his/her intent. She wouldn't be able to differentiate between gender, unless it was very apparent. She might be able to tell height and skin color. But it would depend on the quality of the reading. She would however know boot size, color and maybe even the tread. 

Getting a reading from the boot would be harder. For the boot, it would just be another day. She'd have to dig through quite a bit of stuff, and depending on how long ago the event was, she might not find it from the boot.
