ATTENTION

The first OOC post has been EXTENSIVELY UPDATED. I added some more NPCs, and I removed the rule of the 3 powers limit. However, the amount of powers still has to be reasonable and cannot be overpowered. K?

Context

The video is of Uzbek fighters who are on the side of the Syrian rebels, who are trolling a sniper who is fighting for the Syrian Government. I found this video a while ago when searching for combat footage for the Peshmerga, ran into this little gem. xD
