"What was it?" Liam asked.
Liam was awakened the next morning by the sound of a Dodrio acting similar to a rooster. Liam sat up and yawned as he stretched.
Mudkip burst out of his ball and climbed into the bed to snuggle with his trainer.
Liam went back to one of the rooms, which had three beds. He got carefully folded his clothes and got into his pajamas. He placed the balls that held his Pokémon on the desk beside his bed and went to sleep.
"Word of advice, if one of the Nurse Joys tells you to stay in, it is a very bad idea to try and sneak out."
After a while, the ER light shut off and Joy exited back into the lobby. 'You did good on bandaging the Ralts up Liam." Joy said. "It will make a full recovery, it just needs to stay here for the night so I can make sure." Liam thanked her. She commented that it was kind of late, and it would be night before they could pass through the forest. She insisted that they stay the night in her center.
"Well, it was badly hurt by I'm guessing a Mightyena." My emergency first aid turned its 1% survival chance to a 30%, but now it's up to the professional healers."
Liam came out and sat down in the waiting room.
Liam took the injured Pokémon to the center.
