(Three days later)
Liam was back to 100%. He registered for the Conference. He used what time he had left trying to balance his training as much as he could.

"Something I found while helping Rayquaza deal with the meteor." Liam said.

"Out of this world." Liam said weakly with smile. He tossed a shrunk Master Ball to Shiranui and asked him to transfer that one to Oak for him.

Shiranui would find that Jiriya was guarding the door and had been prepared to attack whomever was entering, should they intend harm of Liam. Jiriya stopped when he saw it was Shiranui. He silently nodded to Shiranui.

Joy still did not like the idea of Shiranui running off when Liam was like this, but figured there was no point in arguing. She put on the warm smile she and her fellow nurses were known for and told Shiranui the she and her helpers would keep an eye on him. Goodra walked up to the desk and placed a badge case and Pokédex on the table. He pointed to the computer and opened the case to show Liam's eight badges. Joy said she was sorry, but she couldn't register Liam unless he was here in person to do it. Goodra sighed. He gave Shiranui a thumbs up before going back to Liam's room.
The doors to the center opened and a keystone soared through the air, aimed at the back of Shiranui's head.

"So, your best friend is recovering after nearly going into a coma and you're not staying by his side!?" She asked raising her voice. Luckily, they were the only humans in the lobby at the moment so there would be no one gawking at the scene. Goodra walked down the hall. He was confused as to what they were talking about.

"How long is he going to be resting? And what happened?" She asked concerned.

Liam staggered into the building, at which point, a quick acting Blissey caught Liam before he fell. The Blissey supported him to the front desk. Joy worried asked him what happened. He weakly said he would explain later, he needed a room to rest in for a few days, and to register for the Evergrande Conference. She gave the Blissey a key to a room. Liam said a friend of his would be right behind him.

"Alright." Liam said as he reached out and grabbed a hold of Titania and leaned on her for support.

Liam regained consciousness. He was still laying on the floor. He thanked Titania. Steven commented that the Heal Pulse likely saved Liam from a comatose state, but he may still need to rest for a few days, and they should probably go back to Evergrande for the tournament.
