Sherlock was hit, and retailiated with Psychic.
"Now, Mega Evolve and use Recover!" Liam ordered. He activated the Mega Ring and the Alakazam was envloped in light, becoming the Mega Form. In his medatative stance, Sherlock recovered health.
"Psychic!" Liam called. Sherlock used the super effective move in order to hit very hard. (STAB, weakness, Sp Atk+2stages)
"Calm Mind again!" Liam ordered.
Ryu quickly moved in time with Mike shout and avoided the psychic as Mike called out "Okay Ryu, hit him with metal claw".
"Protect!" A green sheild absorbed the attack.
"Sherlock, Psychic!" Liam ordered.
"Alright Sherlock, start off with Calm Mind!"
"Sherlock!" Liam called as he tossed a Luxury Ball up. The shiny Alakazam emerged, the mega stone resting in a band on the Alakazam's arm.
Liam agreed to the battle. Since he knew his opponnet had championship titles, that he should bring his stronger Pokémon to the battle. "One Pokémon each?"
