Bio: Noel was born in Konikoni city and was raised in a family of fire performers and as such also wants to be a fire dancer. Despite having a love for fire dancing in her family she is considered strange and weird by most for her appearance vs her personality which can seem dark, twisted, or sometimes even sounds hostile when she doesn't mean to. This has caused her more problems that good and despite this does not know the reason people tend to get upset with her or fight her. Similar to kaiwi she also wants to become a professional fire dancer but wishes to go abroad and learn from other people in the world instead of go to a school for it. She has had less friends but due to her enjoyment of ghost-like things shes generally seen around grave areas or practicing there claiming shes practicing her fire dances in front of friends, family, and ancestors giving her another step away from the norm of the people. It could be either due to her loneliness or maybe things are actually there in the dark that she can see. Despite her odd concepts and strange and eerie disposition she is generally a nice person who is considered to be very helpful.

"A Battle huh?" said a voice from behind. Prof Kukui walked up. "Alola!" He said waving with the gesture appropriate to the region. He turned to Liam, Shiranui, and Chuck. "I heard you three battled against the Masked Royal, he's quite a strong trainer, huh?"
"Yeah," Liam said, having given up on getting the Prof to admit that it was actually him in the mask. "Were you wanting to watch?"
Kukui quickly made up an excuse to not stick around and left off in a rush, unknowingly dropping a mask that was exactly like the one the Royal was wearing. Liam picked it up so he could return it to Kukui later. He then turned to Mike. "Shall we get started then?"
