Once everyone was gathered, the raid activated and a huge silver creature that resembled a building emerged. Liam pulled out his Pokédex.

"Duraladon, Gigantamax Form. A Steel and Dragon-Type. It's grown to resemble a skyscraper. Parts of its towering body glow due to a profusion of energy. The hardness of its cells is exceptional, even among Steel types. It also has a body structure that's resistant to earthquakes."

"That means its only weakness is Fighting," Liam said thinking aloud. "I only have one Pokémon right now with a fighting move, so Smaug! It's time to shine!" Liam sent out his Charizard. "By the way guys, I hope you don't mind if I ask to be the one to get to catch this one."

Liam also took off for the den after putting on the band and recalling Beckham to his ball.

"Does not having the band present a problem, other than not being able to Dyna-" Liam stopped when he heard something from up above. A Delibird flew down and handed Liam a package and took off again.
"I thought Delibirds weren't native to Galar," Liam said before turning his attention to the package. There was an attached note from Prof. Magnolia saying that she had some help and got the bands ready quicker than she expected too. Liam read the note aloud before opening the package and distributing the Dynamax Bands.

"I want to go check it out," Liam said. "We still have some time before we have to be at the Motostoke Gym for the opening ceremonies."

"Yeah, it does sound interesting," Liam replied. He noticed a pillar of light with more light swirling around it off to the west. His map said that it was in a section of the Wild Area labeled as the "Giant's Seat". "Hey, what's that pillar of light?" He asked pointing to it.

"Isle of Armor?" I guess that means we could see her again soon." Liam commented. He also explained to Selenia that part of the delay was due to being attacked by a flock of Rookidee and a Corviknight because someone decided to kick something at them." Liam looked toward Beckham on the word "someone" and Beckham was trying to look adoreable.

This train traveled all the way to the Wild Area and announced that the train can not move further due to some Wooloo on the tracks.
"Well, that sucks for the people who wanted to go on through," Liam said as he disembarked the train with Beckham hanging onto his shoulder. "Ah, well it looks like a nice day anyway."

"Who can say?" Liam replied. "But we have other matters to attend to now, such as getting to Motostoke after out roundevouz in the Wild Area."

"She reminded me of Jessie," added Shiranui, thinking about Bewear keeping Jessie, James and Meowth in check back at Alola but getting the feeling they'll cross paths in Galar.
